Some child absolutely got her forehead wrecked by the playroom door. Mother wasn't with her but staff wouldn't even bother to offer part of their first aid kit. Didn't investigate where blood was spilled except for a quick peep around and didn't even bother to wipe the booth they were in when trying to get the bleeding to stop. OK! WHO doesn't LOVE LOVE Chick-FIL-A? Their service is Superior! The employees are SO Sweet & attentive & of course your order is ready as fast as the line takes you! I order the Chick-Fil-A sandwich (with cheese) their wonderful fries, & top it off with a frozen lemonade or regular lemonade! YUM!!! Very glad we can always count on good service. First time visitor to this town but knew that most fast food restaurant aren't reliable. NOT HERE! we are so happy that the manager was able to help. Only reason i didn't take a star because of the service. But honestly, the sandwiches were all lukewarm to cold. But the fries were hot. it's chick-fil-A if you're a fan you know what to expect fast service, cleanliness, yummy foods and busy establishment. this one is not the exception is always busy, long drive thru but service is fast and they have plenty of people to serve and help you, they constantly ask if you are doing OK and refill your drinks. The food is always delicious and we always end up here to eat. we love them. except their frosted lemonade was not our favorite but out all the we consume is not a big deal. Love the food but people working need to be more attentive and get orders right. Went to get breakfast--asked for four pieces in chicken bites and only got three but we were charged for extra one. Also paid for a yogurt with fruit and didn't get in order. As my daughter had to hurry to get to work, she didn't check order before leaving drive-thru. Next time I'm going to check!! This is a hard review to write, because I absolutely love chick Fil a as a company. I have never had a bad experience other than at this particular location. I am a sales rep. I bring food to doctors offices twice a day, every single day. In the mornings for breakfast, and for lunch as well. I use chick-Fil-a often for both. Depending on the size of the office, I'll call the day before for larger orders, but there are many days I'll call same day for a lunch pickup and never have issues. With this chick-Fil-a on Navarro, I have issues most times I try to order, whether the food isn't ready on time or what have you. I called around 8:00am to order a lunch for 6 people that I wanted to pick up at 11:30. The woman who answered was quite rude (which is strange and not like chick Fil a employees at all!). She stated that I would not be able to place the order bc 'all catering orders must be placed the day before.' Even a single order for the small salad plate. I asked if I could pre-order 6 individual salads to be picked up at 11:30 (mind you, this is 3.5 hours before hand). Amy Lacey, the woman who I was speaking with again told me that would not be possible Bc 'they cannot sell a salad before 10:30 am on Mondays' as they just got all of their vegetables in that morning. I explained again, that I didn't want to pick anything up until 11:30, and she just repeated her exact words in a slightly more rude way. Oakes if I could please speak with a manager, and she told me she was the director of operations and the answer is 'no.' So just FYI, if you and your 5 friends walk in to this chick Fil a for lunch on a Monday and try to order 6 salads, Amy Lacey, the manager, will NOT allow it. You should have called it in the morning before apparently. I've spent hundreds of dollars at this chick Fil a per month as it's one of few options to get food when I go to Victoria. And as I am a big fan of the company and every single other location I use is so easy! Since this conversation with Amy, I will not be back and I've found a lot of other great options in this town to avoid chick Fil a on Navarro. I'm super disappointed with the lack of common sense in what to do or not do for a customer but even more so with how I was treated! The chick Fil a's in Houston still continue to earn my business and I am a big advocate of the other locations! read more

Wanted to give an update and say that the staff is very wonderful there. Everyone has a good attitude and they are willing and ready to serve you. The food is always great and served on a timely manner. They now have 2 lanes at the drive-thru where now more people can order and get served quicker as well. First of all...Why did the side salad get smaller? The price is the same as the last time I purchased, but it's about 1/2 to 3/4 the size than it has always been for like 20 years. Second of all whoever is counting the nuggets has shorted me on 1 nugget enough times now that I have to complain. The good old days of chic-fil-a in the mall just about always got an extra nugget. If one was small, you got two small ones. That made sense. Not only was I shorted one nugget out of 12, close to $0.50/pc, the sizes are inconsistent counting tiny ones as one piece. As much business as this location gets, why are they so stingy? Those nuggets literally cost them a few cents a piece. I have been ordering a 12 pc with a side salad for around 25 years now. Not only has the price skyrocketed, but the portions are getting smaller. Have not eaten at another location lately to compare if this is a location shortcoming or if it's company wide. I stopped eating at the mall due to lettuce being wilted too often. Their salads used to be fresh and crispy. I switched because this location is very busy the salads are always fresh. Raising Cane's will be open soon. I think I will hold out on chic-fil-a until they open. Happened again. 11 nuggets in a 12 nugget box. 2-7-20. Same location first time back. read more

I like Chick-Fila for multiple reasons. 1. Their food is absolutely quality! 2. The personality of each employee is consistent enough to tell me that the manager does a good job keeping everybody positive and in "servant" mode. 3. Their focus is on pleasing the customer to the extent that when hunger pangs come again, positive Chick-Fila memories will be there at the same time! 4. (More good things could be said!) I did have one small issue: (it happened several times, or I wouldn't mention it) After ordering my meal at the drive-through, the person inside repeats the order back to me and asks if that is all, and I add, "Please make sure you put 4 packets of ketchup in the bag." (I eat fries with heavy ketchup.) Several different times, even though I made this special request, they did not include as much ketchup as I ordered. The lady at the window seemed to be in a hurry (long line of customers justifies that), so I didn't take time to dig down and count the ketchups before driving away. It seems like such a small thing, yet I would think they'd pay attention to special requests. I'm gonna count my ketchups after this, so I don't have to eat my fries dry. I love love love Chick-Fila! It'd take a whole lot more than my small complaint to get me to stop going there. God bless Chick-Fila!
