Our server was very kind, but the food was unsatisfactory. The lemon pepper dry rub wings had little to almost no seasoning, we asked for extra seasoning in a little cup, but it wasn't the same. Then came the ultimate nachos, almost no cheese throughout the whole dish. We honestly used to enjoy coming to Buffalo, but it just wasn't as we remembered. We received only 4 napkins- for wings. The table was sticky in some areas, nonetheless, we do not blame our server, she was patient and kind, and we would like to thank Jamie for her kind service. The portions are generous, the food comes out fresh and hot, and I appreciate that the to-go packaging is environmentally friendly. Both visits, I ordered Garlic Parm (wet), Lemon Pepper (dry), Gold seasoning, and Salt & Pepper Vinegar wings. They were flavorful, cooked well, and reasonably priced for the amount you get. Once we sat down, because we were never sat, the waitress was very accommodating. However, half way through our meal a guest in our party pointed a roach crawling on the back of the booth. Well, we tried to give them another chance. We walked in and although there were employees about, no one said anything, so we went past them to the bar area. The only employee visible was the bartender, who had her back to us for some time, so we chose a table. While waiting, we noticed many unbussed tables, and that the barstool seat covers were torn and missing pieces. When a waitress finally arrived, we discovered that - again - they were "out" of two of the three featured happy hour beers, and they offered no substitution (despite dozens of taps). We have been waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes and we only have drinks. We are now out of drinks and no refills. We had to ask another waiter named Johnny to get us refills another table next to us has been here for three hours and their waiter has not been back. Both of us have the same waiter she's not good. Johnny is a blonde tall guy and should literally get employee of the year he is literally taking over all of her tables and has gotten us the manager. We still don't have appetizers and half of the table has no drinks. Johnny is the best employee. I just want my damn wings no drinks or silverware. Johnny is also hot so that's a plus . She was attentive, industrious, courteous, and was very much on point on everything. Not only serving my services but other customers as well. The service was horrible, as a pervious server they weren't that busy. There was absolutely no reason for her to act like she didn't. We asked a question she didn't know a answer to. So she said she'd find out. We then asked her another question and she continued to roll her eyes at us and then just walked away from us mid conversation. Only 2 of the 4 of us got our drinks we ordered and she did not put what she took of our order in. So we waited 15 minutes and then another server came and took our order and helped us the rest of our meal. It will be a very long time before we come back. Our group came here this weekend. I understand managing a group of customers is demanding but managing the orders takes the team. If a customer is waiting 30+ min for food the expo and manager should get involved. Our food came well after other friends at other tables who ordered AFTER us. By the time we got our food, some of our group was already done w dinner and another table was half way through their meal. When our food FINALLY arrived (after repeated requests to find out how are food was coming along) the wings were cold and my salad was wrong. Cold, sauced wings are inedible but seeing we didn't want to wait another HOUR for our food was not going to happen. We basically didn't eat all the food despite being hungry. The manager was not involved until we had to pull the Karen out of us to find her. As soon as a ticket is at 30min, there needs to be pressure on getting it out. 45+ min is unacceptable. Rectify the situation when you see the customer is wronged. Comp one of the meals, bring out some quick appetizers for the delay, something. Don't leave us angry and still hungry. After seeing other reviews of this restaurant and our experience, it seems like the owners need to revisit their training of all staff. read more

Too bad I have to give one star just to create this review. We wanted to watch the Astros game, went in no one approached us to seat us, so eventually we just went to the bar area and the staff watched us pull 4 tables together for the 12 of us, clean the tables off of empty glasses and leftover food ourselves, and we watched the waiter complain to management about us creating a table for ourselves. You could tell he didn't really want to work, which is too bad, because our group would have tipped well. We weren't being waited on so we decided to get up and leave and go elsewhere. This was the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. First off the place was absolutely disgustingly dirty. The restaurant had trash all over it food on the floor dishes and food all over the tables. When we finally got seated the waitress took forever to take our order. They had nothing in stock and no cold beers on a Friday night. It's a sport bar type of environment, there is no excuse for not having cold beers at a sports bar. We placed two separate orders but they went in at the same time it took them 45 minutes to bring the first order out and it was incomplete. The second order came out 20 minutes later and it sat in the window under heat lamps so long the bun on my sandwich was rock hard. My fries didn't have cheese on them like I ordered I never did get my ranch dressing I asked for with our appetizers. Refills yeah right that wasn't happening. And to top it all off please tell me why we had to go get our own silverware that was also dirty. The waitstaff stood around while the restaurant was filthy and they did nothing. Food all over the floor dishes everywhere and they all stood there half asleep. The manager was rude when I told him that I would not pay full price for our meal and he only took $15.00 off the meal. We went to this restaurant to receive service and to be waited on and we got our own silverware and waited over 20 minutes for refills. They didn't even give us everything we ordered. We shouldn't have to pay like we are dining at a good restaurant when we we experienced conditions of such awful disgusting unsanitary filth. PLEASE don't waste your money if the restaurant was that dirty for the customers to see just imagine what the kitchen looks like. The health department would violate them in so many ways this coming from a night manager and server of 15 plus years at a downtown Houston 24 hour bar and grill. BWW is a typical sports bar. Bad food, bad prices, strong drinks, and flirty waitresses. Another reviewer mentioned that they charge for substitutions - this is annoyingly true. I'm not sure why it's such a bother to exchange fries for a salad or to use a different sauce. Clearly, this is a problem for BWW. The food is insanely expensive for what is, essentially, microwaved, pre-cooked bar food. Tiny portions, never big on taste - exactly what you'd expect from a dive bar. Not a large chain with a presumably functioning kitchen. The drinks are fine, if that's your thing - expensive, though. The waitresses are rude, especially to women. I don't know how this town spawns so many hateful girls who become servers, but it's true. It's a problem. Flirty with the men, rude with their girlfriends/wives. Classy. All in all, I'd rather watch a game on our big screen than pay $40 to go here, deal with someone else changing the channel, bad food, flirty waitresses (not that hubs notices, but c'mon, it's not cool at all.) and bad service.
