Note to owner- get better staff.. I also had your menu in my AirBNB which I took out because I think you less then full restaurant is going to go out if you don't get better staff. NOT anymore in my opinion. Service was prompt, found one of the last tables that wasn't high top, waitperson came over to take our drink order quickly. Great customer service and she got help right when we received our meal. Ordered a root beer to go with our burgers. This is a Bar joint, loud enough music, seating at the bar or high top tables. A few regular size tables too. The place was packed at 4:30 PM on a Thursday afternoon. Naturally, all three of us ordered burgers, me a hamburger, my FIL a cheeseburger and my husband the Cowboy Burger, bacon, caramelized onions & mushrooms. My husband had to remove most of the onions, claimed they were like hard shoestrings, the bacon apparently cooked in a deep fryer. All three of our burgers required salt/pepper. Seasoning was nonexistent. My burger was cold, the fries semi-cold. This burger was a major disappointment because I was really looking forward to a delicious fresh-made hamburger Most likely will not be returning.

What should have been a great day ended with a disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. When we brought our concerns to management, we were told there was essentially nothing they could do. That's unacceptable. After waiting that long, our food arrived cold. The wings were supposed to be wet, but they came out dry and overcooked. The only fresh item seemed to be the onion rings. The biggest issue wasn't just the food--it was the lack of accountability. A simple "sorry your visit was bad, hope to see you again" doesn't address the problem. The kitchen appeared disorganized, and the service staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared. To the owners and management of Buffalo Wild Wings: pay attention to your reviews. Customers shouldn't have to wait over an hour for cold food and then be told nothing can be done about it. This location needs better management, better communication, and much higher standards.

There were two large parties and it's a bar so it was loud and busy on a Saturday. We ordered the fried cheese triangles appetizer. The description on the menu really doesn't do this app justice. It's a caprese style fried cheese. It was wonderful and just the right amount for being an appetizer. I enjoyed the tomato's and basil and balsamic parts so much. I ordered the med rare ribeye and husband had chicken fried steak. My steak was great..maybe a little under in the middle but that's better than being over. I also ordered the chimichurri sauce. I didn't like it as much. I prefer fresh. Steak had great flavor and we finished it up. Husband said Chicken fried steak also good. It was a little over (he's picky about chicken fried steak...most people wouldn't even notice lol) but it was crispy and the gravy was good. Talked to the waitress when we paid, they all work very hard to keep their customers happy so we didn't see her much. It took a little while for us to get our food but we entertained ourselves watching the football games on tv. If they took a little longer, we were about to go play some pool. She suggested going on a weekday for a more less busy "quieter" dinner as Saturday's and Fridays are more active. Everyone seemed to be having a great time and enjoying themselves. I also heard the funnel fries were good but they were sold out when got there...guess that says something in itself...it's very popular. It's not the "fanciest" place in the world but if you want a great steak, I'd give this place a chance. Great service and great food. We will be back.

The fish was flavorless and okay but nothing special. Based on the menu, we expected a mango jalapeño/habanero pico de gallo type salsa on our tacos, but instead we got what was obviously just mango wing sauce drenched on the taco. It ruined the taco. The whole meal was flavorless and overly sweet from the literal wing sauce on a TACO. The truffle fries were okay but were really just salvageable because of the aioli. My other coworker got mac and cheese and it was obviously just kraft brand. Bad quality food and the restaurant smelled. Most of the young staff looked miserable too. Do not come here unless you just want to drink and enjoy the view.
