Great customer service and she got help right when we received our meal. Ordered a root beer to go with our burgers. This is a Bar joint, loud enough music, seating at the bar or high top tables. A few regular size tables too. The place was packed at 4:30 PM on a Thursday afternoon. Naturally, all three of us ordered burgers, me a hamburger, my FIL a cheeseburger and my husband the Cowboy Burger, bacon, caramelized onions & mushrooms. My husband had to remove most of the onions, claimed they were like hard shoestrings, the bacon apparently cooked in a deep fryer. All three of our burgers required salt/pepper. Seasoning was nonexistent. My burger was cold, the fries semi-cold.
