We stopped in as we hit town. Inside was loud so we sat on the patio. It's a great outdoor space, but the mosquitos were horrible! We ordered a chicken sandwich and a salad. Was anxious to try this place, sounded like a cool joint. What a disappointment. The place wasn't really that busy (inside), lots of empty tables. Still took a while to get waited on. Our server was nice, but she must have been a hummingbird in a previous life because she didn't stick around very long. She dropped off menus but then didn't wait to take our drink order (we were ready). She came back for our drink order but then jetted off before we could give her our app order. Later she dropped off food and skedaddled before we could order a second round (which we had been ready for for awhile). Food? Meh. It was bland. Took 45 min after ordering to get to our table. The philly cheese steak. More steak than cheese and wasn't prepared remotely like a cheese steak. Large chunks of steak, not shaved. The ambiance was kind of cold, not very inviting. Food is terrible we went on 2-15-25 around 6pm. We had the jalapeño poppers and the pulled pork. The pulled pork was so dry inside the jalapeños. And the Mac attack was just Mac and cheese with chicken fajitas on top nothing to brag about. Fried pickles were undercooked and soggy. The atmosphere is nice but the food is so bad. Aero Crafters is a great establishment. Depending on your income, they're not overly expensive, but it is relatively easy to get a decent check amount after 2-3 food choices alone. That being said, it is most definitely worth it. I've been a few times (the most recent being a day ago) with some friends. I can't wait to have a better paying job, as a friend and I are looking to make Aero Crafters our once a week hangout. The lighting and atmosphere is welcoming with no blinding lights. The music choice when played is really good and sends me back to some nostalgic choices. The staff is respectful, attentive, and kind. I typically get their Rueben Egg Rolls; I can't get enough when paired with the dipping sauce they offer. My recent visit I tried their Fried Pickles (extra crispy), paired with the egg roll sauce and I was not disappointed. Lastly, I would definitely partake in their cocktail menu. I am not one to drink alcohol except to be social, and even that is rare as I'm picky. Despite this, this establishment always has me eager and excited to either purchase one of my favorites (currently it is the Lemon Lift Off), or trying something new. Even if you don't see a classic drink listed, it doesn't hurt to ask -- my friend ordered us both a Long Island Iced Tea, which wasn't listed, but it didn't disappoint and was the first Long Island I actually enjoyed. For extra measure, even when trying new drinks, there's always hits and misses; I don't mind the misses I might take here as they're still pretty decent in some shape or form. We waited for 10 min for a server to tell us she may or may not be taking care of us and then another 10 min for her to come back and say "I guess your stuck with me" so it took around 25 min to get our first drink and that's exactly how the rest of the night went with her. One table behind us sat down and was never once serviced so eventually got up and left. But the second they left a server went to put their menus up. So if you saw them why didn't you help them?? If you like beer then this will probably be a decent place for you. I was looking for a cocktail bar and this came up as the number one cocktail bar in Victoria. Yeah, it's a no go for cocktails. They have 5-6 signature cocktails and a handful of seasonal cocktails. Here's the thing, if it's one your menu then I assume you know how to make it...and make it well. I understand the craft the bartending is truly an art it's not for everyone. If you're not getting beer it's a whiskey and coke place pass on the "cocktails". Measurements or ingredients- or both - were off in all the cocktails I tried. I will say that their beer/cider/wine flights are pretty cool. My friend commented that the beers and cider were a little flat and not very cold but that's something that can be fixed easily. I will say that I'd come back if I just wanted to have a glass of wine or a beer they seem to be a good place for that. If you're looking for a weekend get together during the day with family, stay far away! Website clearly states, "There is no fee to reserve an area or tables during normal operating hours." However, Mr. Mike "I'm Grumpy" Brewer says no matter what, during the weekends, it's $20 a person to reserve even a table, regardless if it's an 8yr old or your 70 yr old grandma who doesn't drink. Great bar with plenty of seating inside and out. Love the aviation theme! Beer selection was well above average for Victoria. Food was good, and reasonably portioned. I ordered fish and chips, and it was very good. I'd rather have modest portions of good food than huge portions of mediocre food, and this bar seems to get that. read more

We went to try this place out on NYE as a pregame to Moonshine, but we never left! Our waitress was amazing. She helped us pick out beers that we would probably like and gave us a "menu 101" because of how many different sections there were. She even made the countdown special by putting strawberry "pearls" in all the girls' champagne flutes for the toast. It was really different for Victoria and service was better than anywhere else. Her name was Cassi or Cathy but she had blue hair and kept us laughing. Plus, the bartenders made some really great drinks. One of them had a flower in it but I don't remember the name of it. 1st time here. Its a very well kept restaurant but menu is scarce and not much to choose from especially if you are hungry. Portions are small and seem like they are for someone who is trying to watch what they eat. For a place to drink and watch sports I'd expect a good menu to go along with that. Horrible service and way overpriced. The whole setup is very confusing. There is a front seating area, a back seating area and an inside seating area. If you sit in front or inside, you get service at your table . If you sit in the back area, you get no service. If you want a drink, you have to chose from the canned options in the back bar or go inside for a draft. If you want food, you order from a bartender if in the back area. Why???? Bad management for sure. Food was okay, not terrific, but at $13 per plate, you think you would get served food on an actual plate. Food was in paper baskets and brought without forks or napkins by a grumpy, very unfriendly girl who obviously didn't want to be there. Beers were $7 for craft beer, which is about $2 more than what you would find in Austin. When you go inside to get a beer, you see about half a dozen bar tenders busy and about 5 servers standing around doing basically nothing. Why they don't serve in the back area is a mystery management will have to figure out while they are shutting this crappy place down. Don't waste your time or money here. read more
