I really don't know where to begin, this place put me in the worst mood on Saturday. I really want to know if they changed the staff for this place because I have came here several times and NEVER have I seen these people before. We go in ( my 2 friends and I ) and my friend Oscar orders his first since he already knew what he wanted. He just had debit card on him and I know they check the id from time to time. Sometimes they do sometimes they don't, I guess it matters who works the cashier? Well the cashier would not take his order without it and he repeatedly kept saying how he did not have it so to the manager she went. He said that's fine he just needs to see another credit card under his name. Um does that make sense? NO so he thought about it and told her he'll go check his bag in my car to see if he had his ID. What did this girl say when he walked away ? She said " Oh all of a sudden he thinks he has it " What the fuck super professional and to say it when he isn't hearing? I took my order I sit down. We get out food and I ask nicely if I could have some hot sauce, he goes to the cashier and says " I'm going to charge you for this " I say " Since when? today?" He does not even look at me and says something under his breathe so I just walk away. I take a bite into my boneless wing and its cold like its been sitting for 30 minutes and my fries look disgusting not even seasoned. I'm really not a complainer but I am not gonna eat cold food that I paid over $10 dollars for. I go and ask for the manager. The same guy come up to me and asks whats wrong. I say " the wings are cold and these fries are supposed to be seasoned, do they look seasoned to you? He says in the most sarcastic tone " Yeah they actually do" and then gives me the dirtiest look and just walks away not even saying a word to me. Why the hell is this guy a manager when he has negative communication skills AND looks like he just hit puberty. Don't you have to be over 16 to work? I stand there to make sure nothing fishy goes on. I stand for about 10 minutes and comes back with my food and just stands there not saying anything to me. What is this guys problem? My friend gets his food and asks the girl for hot sauce what does she do? Give it to him no problem. Honestly I really want to know the hiring process of Wing Stop. Especially the " manager " requirements. Also the girl at the cashier had tattoos on her arm which were visible. Do they not have to cover them up? Trust me no one wants to see your green "Sagittarius" tattoo on your arm, no one cares about your sign girl. **I would state the name of these people BUT of course they did not have name tags, professional? All have to say, it is wonderful to see a Wing place in the valley. Let me give you a little background. I was born and raised out here and we haven't had anything new in these parts since KFC!! YUCK!! The food at KFC sits under heat lamps all day waiting for you to order and then they just drop it in the bag. It isn't even fresh... When it comes to WingStop, all I have to say is PEOPLE don't you want your food FRESH to order. Meaning, they only cook it when you order??? Yes, I know the wait can be long, but you can solve that issue by calling in or ordering on-line which is what I do and the order is ready when you get there. You can't expect to get your food in 14 minutes if you order 50 Wings, unless you don't care how it taste. Yes, the restaurant had some growing pains as all do, but when they grew into it, they HIT IT!! They have excellent customer service, for example, I did have a problem with my order and I did address the manager who politely apologized and fixed my order with no problem. Everytime I have gone there is a manager on duty to assist there employees. My suggestion to order the Lemon Pepper WIngs with baked beans and large fries... YUM YUM!! For all those critics out there, I think you should think about the words COOKED TO ORDER and know that is in your best interest, at least it is a little better for your health. If you have a problem talk to the manager, they seem nice enough!! We need WINGS in the valley, and I wish them the best of luck. Trust me, they are better than some of there restaurants that line Van Nuys Blvd. and call themselves a sit down when you know the food is just sitting in the back!!! Oh yeah, I applaud them for opening in this economy and working with the youth of this age, they need guidance and EMPLOYMENT!! Yeah, they may have been rough around the edges at first but it will all work out!! I LOVE WINGSTOP and suggest everybody try it. read more

First off this place is awesome. When it comes to winning I give them 4 thumbs up ( including toes) because they have mastered how I love wings (considering I'm extremely picky). I also want to say you have an amazing staff I mean barely anyone gets my order right but this amazing woman by the name of Odalys at the Sepulveda store in the city of Van Nuys, CA understood that when I say I want Atomic wet...that it does not mean dry...and that's extremely important to me, because if it is not wet "like a puddle" then it does not belong in my viscinity. Also this awesome woman by the name of Kierra,( she works there too) realized that I left my cell phone behind and immediately brought it to my attention. NOW THAT'S LOYALTY!!! These two lovely ladies made my day and because of them I will be coming here for as long as I can comprehend. Thank God for wingstop and Odalys and Kierra at Sepulveda in the city of Van Nuys because I know I will be taking cared of like a King.. If you need verification call me at 8188630161..now go and grub and tell them Anthony sent ya read more

The wings were horrible . The garlic Parmesan had way too much garlic and I. Told them to make my wings spicy and they were absolutely not spicy. Even my nephew tried who hates spicy food and he said it was not spicy. Also, I ordered by calling them on the phone and they said I could go and pick it up in 30-40 minutes. Without exaggeration, I went exactly 40 minutes later to pick them up and they said it was not ready. They said it would take another 10 minutes when I only ordered 30 wings. After 10 minutes passed, they said it was still not ready because they had a huge order of 120 wings for somebody's party and they were very busy. They made me wait another 25 minutes until there were finally done. I understand that they have a huge order and they only have so much time to focus on other orders but I don't think that they should give others service like that. If they new they were busy and it would of took 75 minutes then they should have told me in the first place so I would not have to just wait there for and extra 35 minutes. read more

There have been lots of negative reviews for this location, but apparently management has been reading them and rectified matters. This was my first visit to any Wingstop and the woman manning the counter was patient and helpful. All the staff was working hard and friendly. The gentleman that handed me my order made sure to recite what was inside the bag before I walked away, ensuring I had the right items. They told me the wait would be fifteen minutes for my order and they were very busy. Their approximate was close as far as how long it took. The fries were soft, but that's their style. The wings, seasoning and sauce were all great, as well as the side of bourbon baked beans. All in all, an enjoyable fast food experience at a bustling location. read more

I went to Wing Stop with my students because they voted to go there, I am not a big fan of wings but I heard they have boneless chicken wings so I thought I might give it a try. Unfortunately when we go there they said they were out of the boneless chicken wings, it was 11am so what happened? The old switch and bait trick? I ordered basically a fried chicken patty on a bun, it was okay. I had read reviews that said the fries were tasty. I thought they were a little strange, it tasted like they had dusted them with sugar?? I kept eating them and kept thinking they were a little strange. I give it three stars since the people in my group seemed to enjoy their wings and after it all it is called wing stop. read more

Seriously the worst service I have ever had. I preordered online and still had to wait an additional 30 minutes in store. When I asked why pre-order if they're not gonna start working on your order till you get there and the lady replied it was just "some corporate thing". Not only did they not have my order on time they didn't get it right. I mean why would they right? They seemed extremely disorganized and as if they didn't actually care about their jobs. I've been to other wing stops and this location is an absolute disgrace to the chain. NEVER COMING BACK. read more

I had an amazing experience at Wingstop! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. What really stood out was the outstanding customer service from Avely D and Miguel P. They were both friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. It's not often you come across employees who genuinely care about providing a great experience, but they definitely do. Their positive attitudes and excellent service made my visit even better. Wingstop is lucky to have such an amazing team. I'll definitely be coming back! read more

To me personally the price of the food here is not worth it. It is quite expensive considering what you get. I have spent way more money on food and other nice restaurants. However when you go to those places you get much more for your money here this is not the case. It is fast food that cost a lot and you don't get much. However generally The Taste is pretty good. I've had had this place a few times before where the chicken was not cooked all the way and it was not to my liking. But in general the majority of the time it is ok. Neighborhood not so nice. read more

The wait time is pretty long but the food is usually good. Last night my girlfriend and I each ordered boneless wings, Louisiana rub & spicy Korean, and shared fries. She woke up at 12 midnight with every single symptom of food poisoning you can imagine. The store's team leader offered me 20% off my next order. I pressed a little to see if anyone else got sick of if he's run it up the chain and he told me it wasn't his problem. At the very least, Wingstop just lost a customer. There are way too many places to eat that haven't gotten us sick. read more

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Wingstop, I ordered 100 wings and only received 50 of them after waiting 35minutes for them. When I called the store to address the issue, I was told there was nothing that could be done because I had already started eating some of the wings. This is unacceptable and was embarrassing for me and my guests. I will not be returning to Wingstop in the future. The lack of concern for customer satisfaction is unacceptable. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment! read more

I just wanted to recognize Avely D and Miguel P at Wingstop for providing exceptional service. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, attentive, and made the entire experience enjoyable. They handled everything quickly while still making me feel like a valued customer. The food came out hot, fresh, and exactly as ordered. It's employees like Avely and Miguel who keep me coming back. If you're stopping by Wingstop, I hope you get the chance to be helped by them--they're truly a fantastic team! read more

I've called like more then 4 times because I was on hold and each time they told me to wait okay cool. First call on hold no problem that's fine but it wasn't only 4 minutes. It was 10 and nothing so I called a few times like I said and same thing again how hard is it to just pick up and get my order. Instead of putting us on hold and never at least check on the costumer to let us know what's going on. Get it together please read more

This wing stop is the WORST I've visited. ALWAYS check your order you will NEVER get EVERYTHING you requested. Cup no straw fry no salt wing no napkin. It's done so much INTENTIONALLY you will constantly see a cycle of new employees & "security guards" that how horrible it is Most fast food places are starting to give you wtf they want & not what you ordered read more
