On my one encounter with him, he was exceedingly kind, respectful, and brought a positive attitude that made my day better. When he served me at the cash register, I had an issue with my payment(forgot to transfer money into my account) he played it off soo professionally and cared to not make me look bad next to my girlfriend that he also provided the time and patience to get it situated in a way I've never seen before. The other two didn't smell fresh to him either, so he warned me not to eat any of it. I wish I had listened. I avoided the yellow one but ate the other two ranches -- and within 30 minutes I felt extremely ill. We're talking serious nausea, Pepto-Bismol, Tums -- the works. I was praying I wouldn't throw up. It was a miserable rest of the day, and the fact that even the "normal looking" ones made me sick that quickly is truly alarming. First, I waited in the drive-thru for about 10 minutes with only two cars in front of me, but the line did not move at all. So I decided to go inside to order instead. When I went inside, there were no customers, but an employee saw me waiting and didn't even acknowledge me or say he would take my order soon. I waited another 10 minutes. When I finally called him ( Black young men) and asked if I could place my order, he came up to me and started yelling, saying, "Can't you see I'm working alone?" When I told him he shouldn't yell at me, he responded with extremely offensive language and said, "Who cares about you?" and insulted me. When I asked for his name, he said he didn't care and that I could do whatever I wanted. He then claimed he was the manager and said his name was Sean. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable. I felt disrespected and shocked by how I was treated. I hope the management takes this complaint seriously and addresses this issue
