If you like wings, this place is pretty good. I'm a big fan of the Louisiana rub and the Cajun fries. My tip would be to not order the boneless wings. They're mainly bread and not too much chicken. Place is also pretty clean so that's a plus. read more

We placed our order at 5:28pm an we didn't get our food until 30mins later an then our chicken was cold so we sat here with just frys waiting for new chicken so they got cold! I'm happy to see a restaurant has finally opened in this location, but Wing Stop is mediocre. We went at 6:00 on a Saturday night and the place was almost empty. We had the boneless wings in several different flavors, and quickly realized WHY the place was empty: the food was uninspired; on-par with just about any fast food restaurant. (In fact, KFC would've been half the price and twice as tasty, and they have a drive-thru.) The lack of flavor may have been forgivable if the ambiance provided a comfortable restaurant-style place to hang out, something with booths and comfortable seating, but they missed the mark here as well. Limited menu options, pricey food, unimpressive flavors, and fast-food ambiance earns this restaurant two stars. I might give them one more chance (this time avoiding the boneless wings altogether), but so far I'm unimpressed. Update: I finally did return to try their regular wings, and I have to say I actually found them to be much tastier than the boneless chicken. Still a bit pricey, and this time we ordered out, but I'll probably return just for their regular wings. read more

I used to like going here until recently one of my late night visits turned into me becoming aggitated because of an employees twin brother. He came to our table sat down and began to ask us questions. I kindly asked him if he could pick a different spot to sit but he did not move. I had to end up raising my voice at this idot so he would move. When he did move he was just watching us from another table. I feel bad for the guy working he was nice. His twin brother not so much. When anything restaurant related opens in Ukiah, it's a big deal. I went to Wingstop last weekend, and I wasn't too impressed. First of all, I didn't find their prices to be outrageous, so that was good. I got 6 wings with mango habanero and cajun, and they were fine. The fries were ridiculously salty and hard to eat; all of the salt just made the fries unbearable to eat. The coke machine was a nice feature. This place isn't really meant to be taken as somewhere to eat for dinner, but more like snacking, etc. or if you're wanting to watch a game. I don't think I'll be back anytime soon. The service here is so slow.. I came in on a Monday evening at 4:30 pm. There were mayb 10 people inside. It took over 50 mins to get two 8 pc meals to go..... I'm not usually a wing fan, but when this restaurant opened in Ukiah, I had to give it a try. It's a nice change from all the burger joints around the area. When I first walked in, I was pleased by the cleanliness of the place. The staff was friendly. The first time I tried it, they had just opened. It took a while to get the food, but that's to be expected from a restaurant just starting out. I went back a few weeks later with friends and the service was much faster. Love this location. I had low expectations coming here due to the reviews I read, but I was blown away by the exceptional service. They told us in advance it would be about an 18 minute wait for our food since it was busy, and I timed them to see how off they would be, and the food came out at exactly 18 minutes. I was impressed. Everyone was very friendly and I was surprised that even after we started eating our food, the cashier asked how everything was and if they can get us anything else... they went above and beyond, and thanked us as we left also. So we order and the person working here taking our order looks like she doesn't want to be here. We ordered the 40 pack with 4 didn't flavors of wings plus fries and sodas.. Ask for a little cup for the baby and the little cup doesn't even come with a cup.. Like seriously if this is suppose be a family restaurant they should include kids cups/menus then when we ordered our drinks the size medium cup kids they were out of. Went to the bathroom to wash my hands and I couldn't dry them because they were also out of paper towels. Our kids were running around like crazy because they didn't have any coloring book for the kids while waiting for the food. We came in a family of 7 and I had to reorganized a table for us and not one of anybody helped us who was working here they say there and stared at me. You would think this place being new they would upkeep everything and make sure everything was in stock. Other than that the food was okay although I did not like the fries but that's just my own opinion. 1 star tells the story but I'll elaborate anyway. When my friend and I walked in we were the only customers in the restaurant. I ordered the 20 wing choice in 3 different flavors and an order of cheese fries. When we got back to my house we found the wings to be virtually uncooked on the inside so we didn't eat them for fear of getting sick. The fries were unbearably salty making them inedible. All of that after waiting 20 minutes for our food when we were the only ones there. They do have a cool soda machine but that won't draw me back. A truly disappointing experience because I've been to other Wingstop locations and they were excellent. read more
