Was told no ice for drinks, but that they came out of the dispenser cold. NOT! It was completely warm and flat. One of our orders was for 8 drums. The chicken was very small and WAY over cooked, dry. Both orders were very under-sauced. The fries, which are normally "seasoned" and considered the best in town, had no seasoning other than salt, and tasted like frozen fries instead of hand-cut. You could tell they were frozen because there was no skin on them. This restaurant has gone WAY down-hill from what they used to be. I have gotten better wings and overall quality at Applebee's. Food was awful. Service wasn't much better. We never go to this location because of past experiences like this one, but decided to give them another shot since it has been a year or so. "Maybe it has gotten better" we thought, what a giant mistake that was. Wings had no sauce or toppings, I may as well have ordered all plain. The garlic parmesan wings had neither garlic nor parmesan and were cooked to the point where they were almost chicken jerky. Extremely overcooked. Not sure why the owners of this spot allow it to operate so poorly. This town has very minimal options for good as it is, a well run Wingstop would absolutely kill it here. But I digress, I would avoid this spot. They do not care about the quality of the food here. They do not care about you as a customer and they do not care if you are unhappy with your experience. This shop has so much potential with its location. Great spot to park, easy on-off the Highway access, great staff and outside seating. The food and its quality are what is holding back this location from success. When I walked in to order, I was greeted with a message on the wall "Food cooked to order". What this meant to me was a little more time was needed for a fresh, hot meal. What I observed as I was making my order was a half-basket of cooked wings hovering over a fryer. I hoped that this was not for an my order. When I received my food 20 minutes later, it was disappointing. The wings and fries were warm, with the fries slightly soggy. Clearly NOT cooked to order. On a positive note, the fries did feel like they were prepared on-site, even if the cooking was not thoroughly done. Fry seasoning was great, not overwhelming. The wings had great seasoning. The facility was moderately clean, with the bathroom sink very slow to drain. I'm not a fan of the rolled paper towels in favor of napkins, especially when that roll is not secured in a holder or mounted on a wall. Also, there was no visible trash can, all trash had to be handed to the checker. The ketchup was a huge positive; brand name in great packaging. The website is also a plus, as I am celiac and gluten free. The menu was a huge help in knowing what I could order. One of my splurges & one of the first places I saw the soda machine where you can mix and match all different flavors using a touch screen and it comes out one nozzle. I want this business to succeed. I am writing this review because recently I noted a more professional staff AND more clientele! I may actually order in sometime. I always order ahead with the phone app. Super easy to use. As for the wings, my personal opinion is boneless is an abomination! Mango habanero & the Garlic Parm are two of my favorite coatings. The french fries have a tendency to go soggy with takeout but there are other options than just regular fries. It's been about two years since the last time I have visited this location. As I stated in my original review, I have gotten some of the WORST customer service experiences that I have ever gotten from ANYWHERE that I have ever eaten at from this location. As time has gone by, I didn't get any unprofessionalism during my most recent visit. This time I was greeted nicely when it was my turn to order. The young man serving me also asked me about the alternatives you can get with the different kinds of fries or dipping sauces which I often never get asked about when I order and when the server just usually assumes you already know those things about their menu. The fries were just as good as I remembered them being and I went with my two favorite sauces, the Mango Habanero and the Garlic Parmesan. Good wings and good fries always make an excellent combination. As this was my first visit to this location in a very long time, things have improved to my knowledge as I didn't have any issues with the guy who served me nor did I hear any of the employees use profane language in front of customers this time. Hopefully that one girl who I had some very bad experiences with does not work at this location anymore and hopefully their management is now more strict and serious about who they hire. read more

The place was completely dead, which should have been enough of a reason for us to leave. We wanted a quick bite to eat and a beer. We ordered one regular French Fry and one boneless wings. The fries had more salt on them than I have probably consumed in the past month. I have never had French fries this bad. We ordered the buffalo flavored wings, and they were by far the worst wings I have ever had. Do these people ever stop to try their own food? If they did, I don't know how anyone would ever continue serving it. To top it all off, they had no napkins available. When I asked for napkins, they placed a roll of brown paper towels in the counter, which may or may not double as their toilet paper. I don't know how anyone can invest the money needed to open a new restaurant and then serve the food and experience being served here. Was told by Mr Scrooge our order would take 25 minutes, 35 minutes later we went and checked on our order and was told another 10 minutes but clearly seen others that came in behind us already received their order. 55 minutes later received our order and had to go get it ourselves instead of Mr Scrooge bringing to us.... This place has gone downhill since they opened. The food is good but the service is terrible. The sign says they are open until midnight, but it seems like they close whenever they feel like it. They say they close at ten if you ask them, but they won't take orders after nine. If you call your order in, they will take it, but you can't order at the counter after nine. I went to this one once when it opened, thought "meh" and didn't go back for some time. Every once in a while I want some chicken wings, so I think, "It'll be better this time." The staff never seems to be friendly, it takes forever to get your order (I even ordered through the app at work, took my time driving down there, and still waited for twenty or more minutes--and the place only had about five people there). In fact, I rarely see people in there. Maybe it's different at night, I don't know. Last time I was there the counter was filthy. Wouldn't recommend it, go across the street to In N Out, or head down to another place downtown. The wings don't taste good either. read more

The store gave my husband attitude when he asked for a refund. They just told him to order more food. I work nearby and was excited to see Wing Stop open. My family dined at this restaurant the first night they opened. We were impressed with everything! I really like the online order option for a quick lunch break. However. The last 3 times I was in there, the dining room was empty of customers and the entire dining area was filthy dirty. Makes me wonder how clean the kitchen is! The staff was not doing much and could have been cleaning. The last time I was in, my food was barely cooked. They have the freestyle drink machine, they have beer, they have a bunch of big TVs...beer. That said, the food. The seasoning is incredibly strong. Way too much salt throughout the menu. The chicken is well cooked, and nothing seems inherently wrong with their fries, so it seems like it could be an easy fix. I'm surprised it hasn't happened yet.
