This was easily the worst food I have ever gotten from a Wingstop. The fries were completely unseasoned. There wasn't even salt on the fries. The wings were fine at best. They just looked awful and they did not taste that great. The soda was completely completely flat. Like it truly tasted rotten. Meaning they haven't cleaned the soda machine. I absolutely dislike this location. I come in to order boneless wings and there was a huge poster sign that read $.70 boneless wings and also inside as you walk in. I place my order and the guy charges me $37 for 30 wings. As I calculate my order I knew the math did not add up so I told him that that is not correct he goes on to say it's $17 for 15 pcs. He then calls the cook who was just as clueless and puzzled! Then the cook goes on to direct the girl to look. She then tells me she has to ask the Mgr. She then comes back to tell me that the promo is only on Mondays even though both signs clearly states Monday & Tuesdays. I told her she has to honor what they clearly are advertising and she then tells me no I'm sorry my mgr. says it's only on Mondays. Then says "don't worry I'll take down the sign" I told her she can take down the sign after she honors the price. Argued with her for like 10 minutes just to finally give me the "price". Do not order from this location! I just bit into and cut my tongue on a shard of glass that was in my voodoo fries. The least they could do is refund me and it took 15 minutes on the phone to even get that. Boneless wings are the adult name for chicken nuggets, aren't they? They aren't much different than the six piece meal that you would get growing up. Wingstop is convenient when you need something quick for the family and want to feed them something different than fast food. Not all boneless wings are the same though. After having kids, you start to become a connoisseur of chicken nuggets/boneless wings and notice the differences. At Wingstop, you'll appreciate that the meat is not processed but actual chunks of chicken that are breaded and fried. For takeout, I was pleasantly surprised that the breading stayed crispy despite staying in the container - no kid wants a soggy chicken nugget.  Our kids enjoyed the chicken tenders naked without a sauce but there were plenty to choose from. Some were a bit too salty or sweet but our favorite was the Harissa lemon. For a couple of bucks more, you can add fries to your meal. I'm looking at pictures of my food on the ground at the wrong address. I phoned Wing Stop in Streamwood,IL the middle eastern young lady hung up on me when I was trying to explain this to her. I asked to speak to the manager and the dial tones is what I got. The customer service at this Wingstop has to be the absolute worst. Last night I called to put in and order .... only to find out 30 minutes later when I showed up to pick up my order that the girl who answered the phone hadn't put in my order. So how exactly does that happen ? the manager a young "Indian" guy couldn't give me any answers either ... he just said I'll put in your order right now ... and when I refused and ask for a refund he seemed frustrated that I wanted proof of my refund .... how am I suppose to trust him to refund my money when he can't get his team members to do their jobs correctly ?!? I'd only give 5 stars if it blew me away. 10 pieces and a side of fries ($13) was enough for two meals. 5 boneless wings is enough for a lunch. I read some of the negative reviews before going but the customer service was actually pretty average and unremarkable. Also it is fast food, so I knew it was going to be greasy (fries). I only order wings & they make them nice & crispy at this store just how we like them. Parmasan garlic & Cajun are our two favorites. Orders have always been pretty fast as well compared to other wingstop locations. A few weeks ago I accidentally made a wrong order through my phone. I ordered thighs instead of drumsticks. About 20 minutes later I realized it and called over to see if I could change it before they started cooking. The young lady who answered the phone said they had already started my order but not to worry one bit she would request a refund from her manager so they could make the order I wanted. She was so courteous & empathetic she made it seem like it was their mistake not mine which to me is the ultimate in customer care & I greatly appreciated her kindness. My order was redone. I'm so glad this location opened up close to our house. I have been a Wingstop lover for more years then I want to admit. I know this location just opened, so I'm not holding grudges on the little hiccups I noticed. My garlic Parmesan wings were lacking seasoning, next time I will probably say extra. My mild wings were more mild then usual, kind of boring. I am a big baby with heat, so I chose to be safe. Next time I will order the hot, my boyfriend got them and they were perfect. Ordered the big tub of blue cheese, their blue cheese has always been my favorite. They didn't have the big tub, so instead I got like 6(?) small containers. No big deal. The blue cheese did taste a little different then other Wingstop blue cheese I've had in the past. Am I still using it for salads I've made this week? Yes. I will be back, probably often. read more

I went to this new location last week and right away I was hesitant when I entered the establishment because the staff appeared unfriendly and the place was unclean. We I finally decided to order wings when I arrived home opened the bag and there was a BIG NASTY BUG in my fries...I screamed. When I returned them with the bug huddden and covered in sauce. The restaurant REFUSED to provide me with a full refund! He said I had eaten some of it and he would only replace it with more chicken. I told him NO WAY! I will NEVER eat at this location again! When we get there to pick it up it is always ready, our order is correct, and the food is delicious. Love Wingstop but this location is pretty bad. I've been to this location before and the wings themselves were okay. I have been to other wing stops that are better. The main reason for the 1 Star review is the staff. When we went again recently, of course we went on Super Bowl Sunday and we anticipated a wait and we had no problem with that. But they were rude to everyone. Nice customers and rude customers. They had a few extremely rude customers while we were waiting and I understand the frustration but this is also your job and you're representing a corporation. I've worked in fast food, no matter how rude, you still need to keep your composure. I don't know if it was the manager but there was a man that was almost yelling back at customers. And they didn't really seem to know what was going on or how to answer questions. What was the most frustrating was that online it said no online orders but when we went we stood for 15 minutes and they told someone in front of us they were only accepting phone orders or online orders. They didn't have a sign or anything saying that so we called a different location and just went there instead. They were more expensive than other locations and had less flavors. My wife ordered boneless wings with the Hickory Barbeque sauce. She could not even eat the wings because there was no Barbeque flavor with an overpowering hickory flavor.
