Do not order from this location! I just bit into and cut my tongue on a shard of glass that was in my voodoo fries. The least they could do is refund me and it took 15 minutes on the phone to even get that. I have no trust for a place that broken glass had made its way into the food, now I'm terrified that I've swallowed glass unknowingly. People I have told are recommending I sue.

Breading balls. not chicken at all

Don't waste your money. It's all breading. Barely any chicken. I got the so called thigh pieces, but you'd do better going to McDonald's for the chicken nuggets. It may not be all chicken but at least you get something in between the breading. I wouldn't feed this to my dog. Just horrible. I won't be back

a basket of fries and a hot dog

Fries were super smushy and just not appetizing what so ever: The chicken was over done with barely any of the lemon pepper seasoning on it.

Boneless wings are the adult name for chicken nuggets, aren't they? They aren't much different than the six piece meal that you would get growing up. Wingstop is convenient when you need something quick for the family and want to feed them something different than fast food. Not all boneless wings are the same though. After having kids, you start to become a connoisseur of chicken nuggets/boneless wings and notice the differences. At Wingstop, you'll appreciate that the meat is not processed but actual chunks of chicken that are breaded and fried. For takeout, I was pleasantly surprised that the breading stayed crispy despite staying in the container - no kid wants a soggy chicken nugget.  Our kids enjoyed the chicken tenders naked without a sauce but there were plenty to choose from. Some were a bit too salty or sweet but our favorite was the Harissa lemon. For a couple of bucks more, you can add fries to your meal. Overall, not a bad deal when you need something quick for the family.

Meh, $15.00 for 6 wings seams a bit too pricy. Food was good, just a very poor value for the money.

They aren't the absolute best boneless wings and fries I've ever had, but they are pretty good.

I got -shrimp po boys (x-tomato) with fries -one of each sauce -peach cobbler On my 15 minute drive home everything was still fresh and warm and crispy. -Fries were SO perfectly seasoned I almost didn't even need a sauce, which for me is crazy as I need a sauce with everything (but I always try it first without). -The po boy...my god. It was so crispy, fresh, the shrimps were perfectly battered (hate when they hide the shrimp between 10 layers of batter), the lettuce was fresh and surprisingly not wilted by the time I got to my destination. I'm not one for cheese on my po boys, and almost got it without, but im actually really glad I kept the cheese on. -Sauces were all great, the Roumalade is where it's at though. I could've really just had 10 of those and been happy! The tarter was a bit less zesty/tart than what I'm used to, but I ended up putting the hot sauce in it and it was delicious -peach cobbler i have yet to try, but it looks so glossy and creamy, will be eating tonight! The service was really just the cherry on top. Elizabeth, the owner, is the one who greeted me, and she was just a doll. She's a sauce queen, like me, so she made sure I try every single sauce! And gave me the peach cobbler on the house as it's my first time there. She's just the sweetest! You can tell her, her husband, and her son just have so much fun together. I'm just so warmed by my experience there, as she went so above and beyond, AND my food was impeccable. I'm quite the critique with my food, and only rate honest to what I feel, and this place deserves 5/5 stars hands down.

I'm going to…read morepreface a bit by saying there aren't enough great or even good quality places for fried shrimp and fish in the burbs. That said, this place impressed me upon my first visit. I stopped in for lunch to pickup a large order or shrimp and fries. I was greeted by Elizabeth initially. She insisted that I upgrade to the plate instead which included cole slaw and potato salad for a small extra fee so I proceeded to lock it in. Shortly after, her husband Kenny greeted me and we had a friendly talk for a while. They hooked me up with an additional side and drink (they did not have to do that) which I thought was a very kind gesture. My food came out prompt, hot and fresh. I ate a few shrimp and fries while there before hitting the road. Everything was crispy, seasoned well and appetizing. I ate the cole slaw and potato salad later at work and enjoyed each. Overall, this is a business I'd certainly return to in the near future. Cost is very competitive and on par with most places so this is a reason to further recommend them. To the owners, thank you for an excellent first impression. Hope to see you again soon!

I was really looking forward to…read moreenjoying the 14-piece chicken tender meal, complete with Mac & Cheese, biscuits, and Cajun fries. When I arrived, there was a bit of a wait, which is totally understandable during busy times. I eventually picked up my order through the drive thru and headed home, excited to dig in. However, my excitement quickly turned into a significant concern. As I started to enjoy the meal, I was pretty shocked to discover that several of the chicken tenders were completely raw inside. I counted four distinct pieces. As you can imagine, finding raw poultry is quite alarming, and out of concern for food safety, I had no choice but to discard the entire box of tenders. Naturally, I felt it was important to let the Hanover Park location know what had happened right away. I called them, and after explaining the situation, the person I spoke with suggested I bring the food back. When I politely asked if I could speak with a manager to discuss the issue further, she unfortunately ended the call abruptly. That was a bit frustrating, to say the least. Following that, I decided to email Popeyes customer service directly to explain everything. I received a response the next day offering a partial refund of around $7. While I appreciate the gesture, I replied back to clarify that we had only been able to eat the sides the Mac & Cheese, biscuits, and fries and had to throw out all the tenders. I was hoping for a more comprehensive refund for the uneaten chicken or perhaps a credit. The resolution offered after that was 600 points on the app, which, honestly, doesn't even cover the cost of a few tenders. It felt a bit like a joke after spending my money on a meal that was mostly inedible and potentially unsafe. It's genuinely disheartening to have spent my hard earned money on a meal that couldn't be enjoyed due to a serious quality issue. I totally get that mistakes can happen, but this experience, combined with the difficulty in getting a satisfactory resolution, has left me quite disappointed. I really hope there can be a bit more attention to detail in food preparation and a review of how customer service issues are handled at the store level.
