Make sure you download the app. We were able to save $10 on our order that was 50% off. You have to order using the app. It takes a little longer to get your order... We had to wait 15 minutes for it to be ready. They have Pepsi fountain drinks (Dr Pepper too) you fill them yourself which we like. All the food we had was hot and delicious except for the coleslaw that's supposed to be cold. Will definitely come back again excuse They have wraps and nuggets on the menu now too... Haven't had their actual fried chicken in a while (and we've actually started to replace what KFC means, since we love Korean Fried Chicken so much). Suddenly my meal showed up in the quick pickup slot. No drink was present and I told a woman by the area my drink was missing. She said something I couldn't understand. I got my drink and left. Obviously if you're going to KFC in my opinion I go for the mashed potatoes and gravy and their coleslaw not to mention I've been getting their popcorn chicken since I was a little kid and it brings back those childhood memories. However my last encounter which was two nights ago really had me not only shaking my head but almost left after paying and didn't even want to get my food at that point. I work in customer service I am a manager at a large grocery store chain and customer service is my number one priority and I get teenagers it's usually their first job however first of all learn how to speak when you're in control of the microphone at the drive-through window and first of all when the speaker is on and you're talking we can hear everything you're saying to your employees and what they are saying back to you so as I am asking if you're ready for me to tell you my order and instead you're giggling and making jokes about me with your coworkers and then finally I just told you that I would wait until you were ready to take my order and let me know when you were done. When you were finally done making conversation with your coworker as there was a line of cars behind me you finally asked if you could take my order however you were giggling and still speaking with your coworker the entire time to the point of which when it came for me to hand you my money you asked me what dipping sauces I wanted and I told you I wanted to honey mustard's you put them in the bag gave me the bag said have a nice day and then asked again what kind of dipping sauces I wanted even though I said oh I'm pretty sure you gave me dipping sauce and you said again what dipping sauce would you like did you not hear me the first time?! So I'm really hoping that the manager of this location reads these comments because I'm pretty sure you're employee that worked on last night Monday, November 1 and this was maybe 40 minutes before you closed pretty sure she was on some thing if she had to ask me three times what kind of dipping sauce I wanted and then continued to argue with me when I told her she already gave me the dipping sauce but thank you anyways. And I think I already was in line at Popeyes waiting to order from them but instead decided to go to your location because I actually enjoy anything on your menu. I just closed my grocery store so I'm busy nights I don't get dinner break or lunch break so when I leave work and I literally have the option of McDonald's or KFC or Popeyes at that time of night because Taco Bell doesn't stay open past 8 PM anymore since no one wants to actually work these days apparently I actually take pride in ordering from these fast food restaurants when it's too late and I'm too tired to cook something at 10 o'clock at night. All I wanna do is order something come home relax eat my dinner at 10 o'clock at night before I go to bed and have to do it all over again and if I can go 10 to 12 hour shifts and stay pleasant and deal with customer complaints all day every day and manage my cashiers and every other department I do it all with a smile on my face I understand people have a good days and bad days but the first thing you learn in customer service leave your attitude and your issues that you're having at home at home. Not only was my food upside down in my bag like someone threw it all in there but my popcorn chicken was literally no longer in its box it was in the plastic bag that now was soggy because of the condensation from the heat of the chicken created water in the bottom of the bag and my mashed potatoes and gravy opened so I had soggy popcorn chicken and my coleslaw was leaking out of its container so nothing was properly sealed the correct way or properly bagged to begin with. Literally it's just as bad as if somebody at my location was bagging groceries and put a 2 Liter bottle of soda on top of a loaf of bread or put cans of soup on top of bananas. Tried to order original chicken with a coupon. Was at the counter and the lady cashier stated I can only get 5 pieces of original recipe and 5 extra crispy pieces. 7/2021 Our first time here. Been to many a KFC over the years and we frequent one closer to our home. This turned out to be a bit more convenient this time, so we went through the drive thru. The chicken and sides were great as always! A pleasant and courteous voice came over the speaker and that is always a plus. Seemed like a clean and tidy location with easy access. The only reason we can't give it a 5 star rating is because they charged me to switch a side out of the Fill up bucket. We get KFC from other locations and they have never charged me for the switch. So this was surprising. And honestly, it may have only been $1 but that would encourage me to keep using the other locations. All in all, it was a good place and if we lived closer we would use them. This KFC cannot fill an order correctly. I ordered an 8 PC extra crispy meal on Oct 4th. I also paid extra to swap 2 back pcs for 2 Breast pcs. What I got was 8 pcs of original recipe and they didn't exchange the breast for the backs. I want back to the restaurant right away to get the correct order and they screwed it up again. So I asked if he would stop here for me--he obliged! I was thrilled! I got the breast meal that comes with one biscuit and two sides for $5.69. It was a LOT of food! I chose the macaroni and cheese and the potato wedges as my sides (carb overload)!! It was a lot of food, but it was all delicious. My chicken was extra crispy and had a lot of meat on it. My macaroni was just like I remembered it, and the potato wedges are really well-seasoned. The woman at the drive thru was really sweet as well. Very friendly and curteous! This is the second time that I have gone to this location, and the second time i received really awful food. I ordered a 16 piece meal original with cole slaw, potato wedges, biscuits and corn, and mashed potatoes with gravy. I also ordered a chocolate cake. Most of the order was terrible. The chicken was mushy and greasy. It was even hard to get it out of the bucket. The cole slaw was dry. The potato wedges were over fried, hard and very dark.The gravy had no taste, but the biscuits were good. I paid for my order, and couldn't get a receipt , because the printer had no ink. I took my food home to find No Chocolate cake. I couldn't even go back with a receipt because the printer had no ink and didn't print a receipt . Lately, KFC has been pushing their new grilled chicken and I don't know what is up with the KFC off Barrington Road, but they seem to always be out of their grilled chicken! Honestly, KFC serves pretty good Fried Chicken; nothing to rave about, but I would still find my self here when Im craving Fried Chicken, and there is no Popeyes Chicken close by. Yes, I admit, Popeyes Chicken is much better then KFC when you compare their chicken and Popeyes extensive side items, but KFC is still a crowd favorite. Some people prefer that extra breading which gives KFC chicken that Hallmark extra crispy taste; and they also serve a pretty mean order of fries. But I found their mashed potatoes and gravy lacking in flavor; unlike Popeye's mashed potatoes and Cajun gravy counterpart. Aside from their fries and mashed potato and gravy, KFC does not offer many side items unlike Popeyes, that serves a totally mean side orders of Beans N Rice, Mashed Potatoes with Cajun Gravy (oohhh so yummy), Cajun battered Fries and Onion rings, and their popular Cajun Fries. My mouth is drooling just thinking about them. I have to admit, KFC chicken is also very juicy and crispy on the outside; but often times, I find myself drenching their fried chicken in condiments (like honey) just to get more flavor out of them. So if you are like a handful of people who prefer bland fried chicken, along with standard fries and mashed potato with gravy, and your not close to a Popeyes Chicken, then KFC Chicken is the place for you. read more
