DO NOT patronize this place. Made a last minute decision to go here tonight to get some wings. Worst mistake I could have made! I ordered wings, fries, and baked beans. I did what I always do and ask for the wings to be extra crispy. It has NEVER been a problem in the past. I was told it would be a 45 min wait because they said they were short-staffed. I agreed to wait. To my surprise the food was done in about 20 mins. I thought that was strange considering how short staffed they were and also when I order extra crispy wings I'm always expecting to wait a bit longer. I walked out to my car and decided to check the bag before driving off......the fries were already on death's door. If I didn't know any better I would have thought they were sweet potato fries(that's how dark they were). Then I opened the wings. They were light brown and soft. They weren't even close to well done. I decided to take them back in and get my money back and go home. It was getting late. I went back into the store. The same guy that took my order come over and asked what was the issue? I politely told him I wasn't pleased and why. He apologized and said it was all because of them being short staff. I told him I understood. He then told me to hang on because he needed to get the manager. He walked over to the manager and said something. The manager came over to me and asked what was the problem? Again, not knowing it was going to be an issue I repeated the same thing as I had to the first guy. The manager asked if he could look at the food and I said of course. He said the fries were extremely well done, which was a problem. Then he opened the wings and that's where it went left. He said "anytime we have a busy day, or there is a big game day or event going on our standard is to cook the wings for 3 minutes. If a customer wants well done then we cook them for 5 mins. Based on what I see I have full confidence in my staff that they cooked them to our standard and therefore I am not refunding your money." I couldn't have heard him correctly, so I asked him to repeat what he said, and he did. I also didn't understand why he was making reference to game days and events when there weren't any. Basically, it sounded to me as if he was saying whenever they are busy they half cook the wings. So, he's contradicting himself. I told him if that was the case then that should be posted somewhere so customers will know. He loudly said, "No, I don't have to post that anywhere." I told him I don't have an issue with his staff. I'm just not happy with the product. He said he doesn't care if I'm happy or not. He kept saying he's not refunding my money. Then he got loud and I got loud. He was screaming at me and therefore I screamed back at him. The place was full of customers and this manager was literally having a shouting match with me that he's not giving me a refund. He told me if I want a refund then I need to contact my bank or better yet, call corporate. I asked what was the corporate number and he said it was on my receipt, which is a lie. I told him to get corporate on the phone. He told me he's not giving me his phone to call corporate and if I want to call corporate I need to call them from my own phone. Then he tells me the customers behind my back are giving him a thumbs up for the things he's saying to me. He literally said that! I turned around and asked them who and what were they thumbing up? They put their heads down in silence and one lady said, "I just want y'all to work it out." Her friend with her told her she needed to shut up and stay out of it. I told the manager he was very unprofessional. He's pulling customers into a dispute like this. He told me I was unprofessional?? Then the manager said, "My employee here came and told me there is a crazy lady out here that wants a refund." I looked at the original guy in disbelief and I said, "What? You said that about me? I was very nice to you when I came back in this place. I didn't said one harsh word to you. How was I crazy?" The employee dropped his head and shrugged his shoulders. He knew I hadn't been rude or irate at all. They are a bunch of liars. That's why the original guy wouldn't confirm what he said. The manager then bagged all the food back up, including the fries he'd just admitted were too well done and pushes it back at me on the counter. I got my wallet and turned and walk out. I called corporate immediately. This so called manager named Santos Aguilar is vile, foul, disgusting, and doesn't need to be managing anyone's store. I have never in my life had an experience like that at a place of business or otherwise. I have never seen a manager yell at a customer like a common hoodlum, especially for them simply being unhappy with the food. By the way, NONE of the food had been eaten and it was returned less than 5 mins from when I walked out the door. $29+ wasted. And I already know his staff is going to lie for him. read more

I LOVE THIS WINGSTOP LOCATION!! I've been coming here once a week for the past couple months and I can say that I'm completely addicted. I come to this location since the service is good as well as the wings. Everyone is so friendly when ordering whether it be on the phone or at the counter. I've never had an incorrect order. I always order the 6 boneless combo with Parmesan garlic. You can really taste the chicken versus some other boneless places where you can only taste the breading. Everything is always cooked fresh even the fries. I've never had lukewarm soggy fries. I also love the cheese sauce to dip my fries in. The ONLY reason they are even getting a star is because the food actually isn't that bad. The 1st time I visited this location a couple weeks ago, my 6 wings and fries took 45 minutes to come out and by that time I had to put them in a bag to take home. In those 45 minutes, I listened to hard rock music at a very loud volume which was not edited in the least, must have been satellite radio. The 2nd time I visited with a friend, they got better, it only took 40 minutes, but again the music was out of control. We vowed to not eat there anymore, but instead to use the mobile app to avoid the wait and the music. The LAST time I will ever visit Wing Stop was today. I placed an order on the mobile app for pick up at 11:14 am. It told me my order would be ready at 11:35. So, when I got there at 11:38, my food wasn't ready yet. I told the cashier that when placing my order I wasn't asked the customary question of "ranch or blue cheese". She said our wings don't come with sauce you have to buy that seperately. This is the first time I have ever heard that. OK, so $.94 later I have my ranch and it's 11:42. They THEN tell me it will be 5 minutes for my fries. So, I asked to speak to the manager. Tom, the OWNER, comes to the front and says WHAT? I asked him about the ranch and the wait time and he tells me "If you don't like our prices or wait time, you can eat elsewhere" I told him that his customer service skills were subpar, ESPECIALLY for the owner of the franchise. The wings are the smallest you can find. The flavors are not very good, except the lemon. Do not even bother to order the hottest wings as they are quite mild. Also, the times I have been there the wings are just slightly warm. When I have done takeout the most popular hot wings are cold.. I've been to this location a couple times in the past and it's been decent but this last experience was terrible. I was trying to order some wings but couldn't order online because I was driving. I know the wait can be long so I thought I was planning ahead. The guy on the phone asks me to hold and leaves me on hold for 5 minutes before I hang up. I try calling back and they put me on hold again before I can even say anything. I was already on the way there and I'm on hold for over 10 minutes and I physically ask them why they have been keeping me on hold. I get to the restaurant to see 4 employees talking and laughing behind the counter. I try asking the manager why they leave people on hold and he tells me that I should try ordering online next time. Good quality and the ranch taste great. Take very long though. Nowadays it's hit or miss if you get what you ordered or you get people behind the counter who couldn't care less what they're serving. This last time was the worst. I originally had my mom pick up my order which was okay. The real reason I'm writing this review is because the unprofessionalism and miscommunication in staff. This place doesn't even deserve a star after the last two experiences I've had in the past week. I usually order wing stop later on in the evening closer to closing time. The first order I made was wrong and wasn't given what I had paid for. I work in customer service so I know that towards the end of the day your mindset is to get customers in and out so you can close up for the night. However there is something called paying attention to what you're doing. I was charged for two rolls and was not given any and one of the flavors of my my wings was wrong so I have held on to my receipt. The second incident which has become the last straw for me was tonight. I placed an order online and checked to their hours to make sure they were open until midnight before I placed my order. My order is confirmed to be ready at 11:32pm. I drive up to the place and I see employees in there cleaning up with a paper sign on the door saying that they were closing at 11 and orders must be placed by 10:30pm. I asked one the employees if I will be receiving a refund for my order and he acted as though he responded that the order was never received but yet my bank statement shows I was charged and I also received an order confirmation! I will be writing a letter to corporate and I would strongly advise anyone to take their business elsewhere. Wingstop is not the only game in town and I'm surprised this location has been opened as long as they have. read more

This location seems to be getting worse and worse as time goes by. My wife likes the wings so that is the reason why I keep coming back. But I think I'm going to have to go get her wings from Hard times if this place doesn't fix its problems. I hung up the phone and told my wife the cost and she said that she didn't remember it being that expensive l. Within 30 seconds I call back and the same employee picked up the phone. I told him that I just wanted to be sure that I'm getting 8 wings, celery and blue cheese and no fries and he said yes. I said, and it's $13 and some change and he said yes. I was like okay, I'll just check the receipt when I get there. I go in and notice the usual, a couple of employees doing nothing but joking with each other and not working. I was expecting them to all be working with a 35-45 minute wait time. A guy comes up to me and I tell him my name any what I ordered. He puts a bag on the counter and tells me it's $13.76, so I hand him a $20 and he gives me my change and the receipt. I notice that there is a $3.89 charge for extra ranch and that I didn't order ranch. He was like, oh I'm sorry I thought you wanted it. I said no I never asked for it. And then he asked if I wanted some wings instead. I said no, I want a refund. He then calls someone over to give me a refund and asks for my card. I said, I paid in cash. He was like oh yeah. I then look in my bag and there is no ranch at all and bring this to his attention. He apologized and said he was the one that took my order over the phone. He then hands me back $3.89 but he should've handed me back a bit more cause he didn't refund the tax on the $3.89. I just wanted to get out of there so I took my money and left. This employee was either really high or was trying to pocket the $3.89. I'm sorry, that's the only conclusion I can come to. Honestly, most of the employees look and act like they're high each time I come here. I know the tell tale signs of someone that is high. If these employees could smoke weed and do their job, then there isn't a problem. But if they get high before or during work and it affects customers orders and the reputation of the business, then the managers and the franchise owner needs to know and fix the problem. I'll update my review in a few weeks when my wife is craving wings, I'm really hoping for somewhat of an improvement. We shall see. Beware, check your receipt before you leave. read more
