I went with a group of friends and they took our orders quick, so we didn't have to wait in line . We received our food in under 5 minutes of ordering. The employees were nice and attentive to our needs. I would recommend coming if you want some good wings and great service. read more

My experience has been awesome here! I've been a regular at this location but today was great. We accidentally spilled a ton of soda on the floor and this awesome lady promptly mopped it up. How good can a chicken wing get? Probably as good as Wingstop makes them. From teriyaki, to atomic, wingstop includes 10 different flavors ranging from not spicy, to super spicy. Not your typical fast food fries, but some of the best tasting fries you and your family, friends & pets will ever taste. The combination is genius, even Einstein would've been shocked. It's almost as if Wingstop is necessary every so often, if not daily, to function properly. Either way, you can only go so long before temptation gets to you and are forced to try one. This isn't a type of peer pressure, but come on, just try it. I myself chose wingstop as my go to restaurant for wings. I find my self craving wingstop for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between. Due to the genuine flavors, they may take a while, more than desirable, to hand you your wings, but not to worry, the final product will most definitely make up for the wait. I tend to order either the Original Hot, or Cajun because they're my favorites, along with fries, ranch, and a drink. This has to be as good as it gets for me. Out of all the times I've been, not once have I not been satisfied. Everything is well done every time, you are sure to be impressed Wingstop has 10 different flavors so you are sure to love at least one, if not all of them. First off, my downgrade is not because of food quality. I order 40 wings, 4 flavors, and fries (family pack) for the super bowl. The wings were excellent, not overly sauced (like Buffalo Wild Wings seems to always be) and well cooked. The service, however, was pretty bad as the other reviews will tell you. I ordered about 3 hours in advance and arrived 10 minutes early to pay. When I got there, they couldn't find my order on the list (I even called in, so there couldn't be a computer error). I was told that it would be some time until it was ready. I understood that they were busy on SB sunday, so it wasn't a big deal. It was about 45 minutes after my original time that I was curious as to how much longer it would be, and they had my order sitting on a stack of others. My guess was that it had been ready for about a half hour or more, and they just never told me. I was 5 feet away from the cashier the entire time, and they never called my name or even gave me any updates while I was waiting. It was as if they didn't care that I was the only customer sitting on the bench waiting and acted nonchalantly the entire time. By far the worst customer service I had experienced at any take out-type restaurant. Overall, I would love to get their wings again, but would have to talk to them like infants to ensure that they actually got my order. That just seems unnecessary. read more

I have gone to many restaurants trying out the how wings. I have gone to places where they sell pizza and have tried there hot wings. Many of this places have had decent hot wings. Yet for my tastes and expertise i have concluded the Wingstop has the best how wings in the central cost. The different types of Hot wings are great. especially for a hot wing enthuses. I have trying each flavor of hot wings and let me tell you the the hot wings are splendid. When the sound of the hot wing crunches in your mouth. The best part is the taste. I personal like the Lemon pepper and the Atomic. Especially with the ranch that they provide. Just when you thought it couldn't get better getting the Fries is a must have. The fries seasoning makes the whole then complete. They fries with the Hot wings and dipped in ranch is one of the best feelings you will ever have. The works make you feel at home. WIngstop gives you more Hot wings for you buck. They also do in fact have two types of How wings. You can order boneless or traditional ones with bone. I personal like the boneless because the have a more flavor and the flavor they add to the hot wings are mixed with the boneless hot wings from the inside and outside. You can also see how they made the hot wings and fries because when you are ordering and waiting you can see the workers making them. The menus really inform you about all the products they offer. They even have offers for parties from hot wings at 15 pieces up to 100 hot wings pieces. This is a great deal and you don't have to go to the store and order you can call or order online especially for when you are busy or you are going to have a party and can't wait. This is the only Wingstop I've ever been to where the wait is almost always a hour. I ordered by phone and was told the wait was 45mins. Every other Wingstop I've been to, no matter how busy, has a wait time of 20mins, maybe even 30 at the MAX. I get to Wingstop a hr after I ordered on the phone and they still don't have my order ready. There was one cashier when I got here and another girl opened up the 2nd cashier. Once the 2nd cashier came, the first girl asked if she could go on a break even though she clearly saw the line was to the door. This isn't the first time I had to wait for my order for a 1hr+ long. This is ridiculous and the management needs to do something about it! read more

We just had the worst experience. We received the wrong order on a take-out item and immediately called them to let them know. They put Mariah (the manager) on the phone and we explained the dilemma. She said that the order must have been read back to us and we didn't say anything then so there was nothing she could do. I explained that the we were willing to come pick up a new correct order and bring the mistake back and she said that she would have to charge me. Unbelievablely horrible service. I asked to speak to the owner and she said he only comes in sporadically. As an owner of a small business, I am unsure how this place stays in business with service like that. read more

Like everyone else in the recent review--a disaster. Called ahead, made order. Showed up 30 minutes later. Wings weren't done. Was told 20 more minutes. Then--after 20 more minutes--I was told they forgot to make half of the order and that it would be 15 or 20 minutes more to finish everything. Asked for a refund and left. A couple years back, this place was OK. Went there many times. But now, forget it. This was my last trip. Based on the other reviews, my experience appears to be painfully common. Santa Maria has the worst wingstop I have ever been to. Absolutely the most horrible customer service and even worse management and ownership. We had an issue a few weeks back they didnt have what we ordered in stock then they purposely shorted us on our order the owner herself told me yes you were shorted on your meal. They over charge you and short you with the way their meals are set up. We then again this evening gave them a second chance even after I spoke to the owner myself and was guaranteed a call back and never was and to no suprise our order was messed up again. This second chance was given even after sent a letter off to corperate I was so upset and heated and that as well was never addressed. Wingstop corperate I hope would be horribly embarrassed with this kind of ownership and management. If it says fries a side and a drink and you only get a side they shouldnt put fries in the same description thats Consumer Fraud and I fully plan to have this looked into as I believe this is false advertisement. I have done my homework and will exhaust all avenues until Im satisfied that this kind of Consumer Fraud comes to an end. read more

Usually split the 15 wing 2 drinks and a fry combo which is plenty for 2 people. I love the mild bone in wings, they are the best wings I've ever had. Hit and miss on the fries. They've been a little on the salty side at times. As far as customer service, I've always had a good experience. read more
