Food is always made fresh to accommodate each order and always comes out piping hot. Chicken was cooked perfectly and was very moist. Fries tasted great with their very distinct seasoning provided and the veggie sticks are top tier when it comes to freshness and quality. I honestly don't know where to begin with how awful my experience at Wingstop was. First off, the service was incredibly slow. I placed my order online ahead of time, expecting it to be ready when I arrived, but I had to wait an additional 20 minutes after my scheduled pick-up time. When I finally got my food, they made a mistake with my order -- I specifically asked for extra ranch with my wings, and there was none. Instead of owning up to the mistake, the staff had the audacity to blame me for not asking for the ranch "properly" when I had written it clearly in the notes. On top of that, when I asked for a solution, the staff didn't seem to care at all. They didn't offer to correct the order, and acted as if I was inconveniencing them. At that point, I was done. Worst service ever. Made an online order at 5:07 was quoted 20min. Got at the location at 5:30 where a whole bunch of people seemed to be waiting for quite some time. Went to the cashier and let her know my name for my online order to which I was told they're just waiting on fries which was fine. There wasn't a line when I got in but the order took around half an hour and the majority of it wasn't close to being right. Asked for two order of fries well done and they came out pretty soggy without any crispness to them. Asked for traditional bone-in wings and received boneless wings. They got the mango habanero chicken strips correct but this was the only thing. Also, the drink foundation was out of Coca-Cola, which happens of course but the nozzle hadn't been cleaned off anytime recently and was spraying soda all over the place. I don't understand why this place gets so many negative reviews. I love coming here for wings ever since (I believe) the new owner took over. The new employees are a lot nicer and friendlier; they always asked me if there's anything else I need for my orders. Yes, the orders take a while to make; average at 20min after I place the orders. However, it's made to order and they have many online/take-out orders as well. I always order my wings Lemon Paper and Plain, flats only (pay extra). They always came out as perfectly cooked; my orders were never over or under cooked. I ordered mine to-go most of the time, but I do eat there from time to time as well. The only thing I would complain about is the cleanliness; it's not overly dirty, but they could use a bit more cleaning or just keeping their tables cleaned at all time. Hence, the one star off here. Utterly disappointed that this is the closest wingstop in the area. Each time I've come here I've gotten less than acceptable service. Today, for example, upon entering, I literally stood at the counter for 10 minutes before being acknowledged. I know this because I received a call at 6:40 when I arrived and it was 6:50 when someone approached the counter. By that time, 5 others had lined up behind me. While we were all standing there, an employee walked back and fourth in front of us and never made eye contact or said a single thing to anyone. At the very least, it's good practice to greet customers with a smile and reassure them "we will be right with you." When I was finally approached by someone at the counter, he was very irritable and not pleasant to talk to. I waited long enough in line that I decided to put in my order online rather than ask someone behind the counter to do it because I wasn't sure how long it would take for someone to actually greet me. I tried to give this place additional chances before leaving a negative review but nothing has changed and maybe this is the wake up call the establishment needs. Maybe even corporate. This Wingstop looks so small, you wouldn't think that it offers indoor seating. Yet it does. On top of that, it offers pretty respectable service, even to those who ordered ahead via the mobile app. We all ordered ahead and got our orders within about 20 minutes as the app told us, so they were doing pretty good on time. Do note, however, that we came at a good time on a Monday evening as opposed to some other times when I know the wait time becomes a bit ridiculous. Onto the items: - Fries with parmesan seasoning: I would highly recommend that people get fries with either the parmesan or the cajun seasoning. They just taste so good. - Wings: For my boneless wings this time, I got Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan. I'm not sure why there's so much grease that comes with the Lemon Pepper, but these wings were great. They don't skimp out on cheese with the Garlic Parmesan wings. Fair warning, these wings do come with quite a bit of salt (more than any other wing place I've been to). - Ranch: Somehow, Wingstop manages to make this dip way better than it already is. I know they make the ranch in-house with a custom set of ingredients, which is why a single regular-sized dip costs around a dollar. Still, I'd say that the ranch is a must to enjoy the wings and fries. The problem that I had here was with the freestyle machine--there were barely any drinks available when we got there at 5 PM. How did that happen? One might guess that they forgot to refill the machine before the day began! The new crew that is back there cooking are a tight team that is happy to make these wings to order. These wings are on point!! Just like when Wingstop first came out and they were always perfect! The guys cooking are really serious ab The best part of my experience was Juan the new manager! This guy is friendly and when he checks on your ticket to give you an estimate it is the real deal. He is also so nice and polite to every single customer. He notices what is going on even when he is attending to customers. Cold chicken is unpleasant but not horrible. What really pushed me to write this review were all the unplucked feathers I kept finding in my wings. One or two? I'll get over it. But after I plucked out the fourth feather, I looked through my remaining wings and saw even more. I felt so disgusted, I stopped eating immediately and threw the rest away. I don't like wasting food and mind you, this was my first meal of the day so I was hungry. But cold, poorly seasoned chicken with unplucked feathers to boot just killed my appetite completely. Another business feels the effect of the pandemic. I will never ever come back here again. In fact, this location in particular has made me loose my confidence in any of their other locations since my experience here was so horrendous. They messed up my order. Forgot about the sauces, and when I asked about it, they said "Ooops," and assured me that they were giving me blue cheese. When I got home, they gave me ranch not blue cheese. In the order we got the traditional wings which ended up being dry, and old. The meat tasted stale. I could only get through 3 wings. We also got boneless wings, which ended up being heavily breaded.
