Never went out of my way to post a bad review but to anyone like me who saw the reviews and thought "it can't be that bad" and was badly craving some simple chicken tenders and fries ....... Stay the hell away took an hour for my combo to ready, place was not clean, and worse of all my boneless wings and fries were cold ... and the ice machine didn't work .... I wasted $20 dollars these kids probably don't get paid enough anyway so I can't hate on em it's just a matter of horrible establishment ... pls save your money and get some Taco Bell or raising canes instead or something read more

If you want to wait in person for 40 minutes and get overcooked wings, go here! Ordered a 10 wing combo and a 3 chicken tender combo. It was awful read more

this place must be the most disgusting and the most incompetent crew I have ever seen. They always get the order wrong and never have enough supplies. they don't even deserve a star. yikes! read more

would definitely recommend to someone i hated deeply forgot 20 wings, kept saying my fries were almost ready for my order yet kept serving others fries, restaurant was trashed. i felt sorry for the staff until i saw them giving each other looks as if it was funny to make people wait. manager was stoned, came out front for a minute and quickly hid in the back. reused bowls over and over and over. order said it would be ready in 20 minutes, drove over after 15 minutes and waited for another hour. food wasn't even good, some of my wings were split in half making it "2". i am not a picky person in any sense i will literally eat anything but this was an automatic no the second i saw it all in all, if you want missing and foul food, bad service, incompetent management, come to this location!! read more

As a former employee I wanted to give the crew who was working on 4/7/24 at around 1:15pm a shout out. I ordered an 8 boneless combo with voodoo fries and every thing was very good. The only exception was that I could tell my fries were reheated but it wasn't a huge issue because they were the voodoo fries. The order came out within a good time and the experience was overall good. The wings had the perfect amount of sauce and the fries had a perfect amount of ranch and cheese! read more

Wingstop was so great! I came in to feed my family for dinner and everyone left happy! Shoutout to Miguel and Andrea who helped us out and had our food out quick. They were awesome. Thank you Wingstop! read more

This entire week my friend and I were extremely excited to dine at establishment. From first glance, it looked yummy. Then we waited 30 minutes for our simple wings, fries, and side of vegetables. What a disappointment. Not sure we will be back, HOWEVER the celery was quite delicious and the music was bopping. read more

Came to get an order and when i told them my order, the manager (assuming she was because she was ordering the others around) turned and didn't say a word. Didn't even come back to tell me if they have it or not. Then she went to hide in back and there were constantly customers waiting to place their orders with no one to take them. The busier it became, the less you saw her. Then she took a break when there was a line out the door. The employees were spending A LOT OF TIME standing around doing nothing and socializing with each other. Very poor management, i can see why all the recent reviews are so bad. You guys need to hire a different person to run this location because this place is unprofessional and slow as **** read more

Terrible service everytime I go. I am always polite but recieve the rudest service or none at all sometimes. The wait time has never been less than 25 minutes for me. Even when I call ahead to try and speed up the process for when I get there. read more

Horrible. They gave me the wrong order then when I brought it back the cashier was acting like it was such an inconvenience to her. And when she finally gave the correct order, the box was covered in sauce. This place sucks. read more

So disappointing. There are 3 workers but only one is working. the other two are sitting on the table. I only ordered a combo and I waited for an hour. if I was told it would take that long i should have not ordered. And worst, it cost me $20! oh my! read more

This establishment is truly a waste of money and time. If you are looking to enjoying some wings on a weekend night, DO NOT and I repeat DO NOT go to this wing stop. Not only will it ruin your taste buds but it will ruin your week. The most inhospitable and dirty environment, a mound of dirt is more appetizing than this place. Mark my words it is a waste of time and money. read more

It's a spacious little place, the service isn't the best, the one guy is constantly on the phone so trying to talk to him isn't going to work, the rest of the people are in the kitchen and then the other guy he knows what he's doing but can be a a bit cocky about it, he also thought he got everything on the order when I knew he didn't. I asked for my drink cup at least 3 times, probably 5 and never got it after saying he would give it to me, I waited for the guy on the phone to eventually get my drink about like 10 min later, for all that food I only waited maybe around 20 min, the order was packed for to-go so idk if they would still pack it like that for dine-in, I did dine-in so I thought I was gonna find out but they packed it for to-go and that's what it said on the receipt, it was packed beautifully though, just like last time so they consistently pack nice which is nice, but to get to the food, it's really good, the food the first time I came here vs the second time is almost no different except the second time was better because I ate it there, the flavor is on point and it's just so good, and even though I ordered some hotter versions of things, the flavor was still so good and it wasn't hot to the point it ruined it, even the atomic still had flavor, also there's no trash can inside only one outside so someone fix that, due to the service and no trash can inside, and bathroom issues mentioned below, I would give this location 3/5 stars, but you guys deserve 4/5 just on the food alone, great job, thanks Wingstop, the food was bussin, the rest you fu*kin, and please get a trash can inside and maybe a mirror in the bathroom too, and check it more frequently, it was out of everything and dirty, all with love, please fix it because your food is actually so good and this is killing you! Update: Sometimes the food is not consistent and doesn't match the same amazingness it was the first time I tried this place but still really good. read more

honestly .. check your food before walking out. I swear I did not rub anybody the wrong way but they thought I was taking the food to go and I'm thankful I stayed .. the boneless wings were the size of a quarter and when I got the new ones they were the actual size .. the size of the palm of my hand. I was disappointed to see that happen or even go back to have them change it . If they did it perfect the first time we wouldn't have to complain sorry guys read more

Love this place. So clean. The staff is so friendly. I love coming here because the food is fresh and tastes good. Charity, the manager, has always been very friendly and cheerful. New wing place in town. CONS: -Ridiculous wait times -Pricing structure on Chix Tender Meals has to be wrong? 3pc Meal for 6.49 5pc Meal for 12.29 ????? Double the price for 2 more pcs of chicken? You are better off the order (2) 3pc meals and get 6pcs of chix, 2 drinks and 2 sides. -Fries are icky, they taste like sugar PROS: The million dollar chicken tenders with Garlic Parm were delicious. But, its not enough to win me back, especially with the weird pricing. read more

Anytime wings come up I hear Wing Stop is the place to go. I saw this location while out shopping and decided to finally try the infamous Wing Stop wings! I peeked at the reviews of this particular location to check things out 3 Stars well....let's try it anyway. Reviews talk about slow service. I stood behind a couple of ladies who were together. It took an uncomfortable amount of time.....so painful. Finally my turn and I thought wow the order process seems to be a struggle for them. It took from the time I ordered to the time I received my food...21 minutes...seems very long for eight bone-in wings and an order of fries. Well next...the fries I've heard about being so delicious....they were cold after 21 minutes of patiently waiting....oh man....I ordered 4 of the wings with hot....four garlic Parmesan....I didn't like either one. What a let down! Especially the painful ordering and then even more painful wait. I'm really sad it wasn't good. Hard to find a great wing spot. I'll keep searching. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of parking (Saturday). read more

Had to make an account for this cause holy guacamole It was awful. We called to place an order and was on hold for about 20 minutes so I decided to come in Tom place an order which turns out was a big mistake!!! There's 4 workers behind the counter all making food with no gloves, then after about 15 minutes of their workers glancing at us they decide to take our order finally!!! Still no hands washed or gloves used, our order was taken. Soda machine had about 4 of their most popular sodas empty, no manager on duty, and absolutely no idea how anything gets done around here. Multiple customers have been waiting since we got here for Togo's. I'm in awe of how bad everything was and would love if you guys could hire a manager or someone to train these poor workers. read more

I love wingstop and the quality of the food at this location is not the problem. No one answers the phone, there is no communication while waiting to be helped, rather than asking whose picking up they just are shouting orders out and it feels like workers are ignoring the front. As a waitress I understand being understaffed or being busy but that's what communication is for! a simple "we'll be right with you" is better than staff looking at us and just slowly walking away and not helping us. The music also has been skipping the whole timeLove the food, dislike the location! read more

So, I ordered online for pickup. I ordered the All-In Bundle and opted to upgrade the fries to a large cheese fries for an extra $1.40. Other than the bundle, we also ordered a regular seasoned fries and cajon fried corn. My wife and daughter went to pickup the food and once in the car they noticed that they didn't give them cheese. They went back to complain and worker told them that they did not have any cheese so they put an extra ranch in the bag.. but they didn't tell them. My wife explained we paid an extra $1.40, he said that the ranch is worth more than $1.40. Huh!?!?! Ranch is free everywhere else. I know it's just a buck forty which is nothing, but its the principle of it all. The manager came out and refunded the money. We're not going back to this place. read more

Never had issues with my order before at this location, I ordered the Cajun meal at 1:13 PM.I have received my order at 1:59 PM, for a small amount of fries and completely wrong main meal, instead of a sand-which they gave me wings. I refuse to believe it took nearly an hour to make such small amount of food. I also noticed that they prioritized their highschool friends orders who had larger orders than me. Totally unacceptable and will never be returning to this location. Only go here if you're a student at the local highschool, as it seems to be a hotspot for kids. read more

Confused if this Is an actual place of business or a hangout for male hood rats. The 4 times I've been there has been 10-15 teenagers who aren't eating anything. Just sitting at the tables yammering on about stupid things like flipping off cops and stealing alcohol from Albertsons. They can't seem to form an intelligent sentence without yelling "foo" and the F word, over and over. 3 women were waiting for takeout and I could tell they were extremely uncomfortable with the ignorant and obnoxious kids. I mean if you can't stop yourself from cussing in front of woman and children you were raised wrong, have no respect for anyone and really should stick to hanging out in dark ally's and your buddies garage. Took my kid in one time and just ended up leaving due to the constant profanity. Manager is obviously a giant wimp who can't keep a business free of obnoxious kids, or he is part of the idiocy. It's too bad. Liked the wings. Driving to Epic Wings from now on. Slightly more expensive buy WAY better experience and more importantly, no derelicts. read more

We've gotten wings and other items in the past and they were mediocre, but they've got a great deal so we kept going back. Not anymore, we were in the mood for bone in wings so we got the Buffalo wings and they were way over salted and the sauces were almost all grease, the fries had even more salt than the wings and were not freshly fried. Sorry wing stop we'll be getting our wing fix from epic read more

So I went in and ordered 6pc; they had a special discount to add 5 boneless, so I ordered that too. The 6 pc is supposed to come with fries, veggie sticks, and a drink; I asked them to hold the fries and give me extra veggie sticks instead. My order came out, I went to the car, and opened it; no veggies, and no extra boneless. I went inside and the guy came right out with the boneless, laughing as he gave them to me. I'd been here before; the wings were overcooked and tough. When I ordered I asked them to make sure not to overcook them. When I got home, I had the 6 wings and the 5 boneless, and no veggie sticks at all. The wings were miniscule; what I really got was 11 pieces of breading with a small piece of chicken in each one. So they got my order wrong (no veggies); they 'forgot' the boneless wings and I had to ask for them; and the wings sucked. Go to Pizza Port or Churchills if you want good wings. This place is terrible. read more

I have tried to much to like this location since we just moved to San Marcos and Wingstop is a household favorite, but this location is TERRIBLE! We have gotten raw fries on multiple occasion, no seasoning when we request extra, and our order is wrong almost every time. TERRIBLE!! Avoid this location and choose another if you can! read more

I came in here about two weeks ago and came in today trying to get my cash refund back for an order of food that I obviously couldn't eat or I would get sick. One of the managers here is a guy with a beard is very unprofessional and with the least concern to try and fix this situation. I came into contact with him on my two visits. I am displeased by how he handled this by simply not returning the cash payment when I'm the one who was at risk with getting sick. I don't understand why they would even make it an option to give the customer a receipt when an incident like this could happen and then he wants to say that he couldn't find my receipt order in the system and even reached out to me when he never did. Extremely unprofessional. read more

I appreciate Edgar and his staff. This Is the only wing place worth driving across town for in the rain....multiple times. Can someone say Mango habanero Wings with Some dipping sauce? Each bone is loaded with solid meat...nothing else and the flavor is layered and has fresh herbs. None of this wasn't done on purpose and is worth every penny. I'm a big mother effer, that always drives away with a big order...just for me. Since it's packed with meat and balanced rub with dip on the side...it's guilt free!!! Enjoy. You guys gotta try it, thank you again. I'll definitely be coming back. read more

The place is filthy. I don't get it. I want to like the place but man the owner must not care at all. The floors, tables everything. Yikes

Picked up some lemon pepper and original hot boneless wings. Tad more salt for my taste but solid. Friendly staff. Recommend.

Horrible service will never order from this location again. We had a delivery order and the guy was rude and items were missing and what we did get was wrong. We called to have it fixed and waited forever to speak to a manager. Had to drive there to get order fixed they would not deliver it even though it was there fault. Bunch of teenagers just sitting around doing nothing and have no concern about there customers read more

Just returned fromA quick pick up order. The cashier guy who took order was helpful. However it took over 17 minutes for 6 wings! I voiced my objection and the cook quipped that I was actually quoted 30 minutes and they were ready before that. I guess they don't need my business. Won't ever go back. Service is horrible for the price they charge in my opinion. Go to Churchill's on San Marcos Blvd instead. read more

I order 70 cent wing today I called in my order wich was 35 wings they told me I couldn't order that much so I got 20 and order 15 on line I get to the store and they had regular wings instead of the 70 cent boneless wings so the girl was mad that she had to make the right ones when I get home all of the wings r full of oil and they where burnt too read more

Please check ur food before leaving.... They were really stingy with sauce :/ won't be coming back, such a waste.

Tonight there were only two girls working. They were not friendly, and ignored us most of the time. Two combos took 45 minutes. It was an worth building and there weren't any to go orders waiting. The girls were on their phones and talking in the back while they took their time to package up ordered. We got so much attitude from both of the girls. We got charged for add on's that we didn't receive, we got charged for the wrong stuff, we didn't get the extra sauce we asked for. We were so patient, and got nothing but attitude back. Plz don't waste your time here. read more

If you're gonna come eat at this WingStop...don't. They take forever to bring out your food.
