Tonight, I had an order placed. 2 chicken sandwiches. 2 fries. 10 wings. It said the order would be ready to be picked up at 7:33. I got there about 7:30ish. There was a couple people in line ahead of me and it took around 5-10 minutes for any 1 of the 5 workers to come up to the front to check if anyone was ordering or picking up. So they finally did and the wait was on. 20 minutes go by and I was gonna go up to the counter to ask about my order, but decided to wait and maybe see how long it would take for them to either bring my food or ask me again my name for the order. So person after person comes in and not once did they come to the front to see if they were gonna order or pick up. They only came up once an order was complete to announce the name. They called order after order after order. Maybe about 6 or 7 orders before finally calling mine. I'm not upset they got called first, cuz they probably had their order placed online too. I actually thought it was funny that as soon as a couple different people walked in their name they as called and they were out as quick as they were in. One hour and 2 minutes. That's how long I waited in the store for my food to be finished. Plus the 20-30 once the order was placed to the time it was supposed to be ready. And not even a "sorry for the wait" which I did hear them say to someone was waiting for like 10 minutes. Not one time that I've gone to this location have I had a good experience service wise. The weird thing is. It's not just this location. I haven't had a good experience at any Wingstop I've ever been too. 3 different locations. It's like they go out of their way to hire people who don't care. If you have taken your time to read all this, I suggest you don't waste your time here. If you do decide to go, I hope your experience is way better than mine. The food is excellent, but not worth the trouble to me. You'll never catch me in this place again. P.s. they really need to do a better job cleaning up the tables and the trash can outside read more

Wingstop - A rotten potato in our food - Chicken Wings Near Me - San Marcos, California

Dirtiest, filthiest establishment I've ever been to. The soda machine was covers in red soda, sticky and gross. The restroom that is both genders disgusting as hell. The floor looks sticky the toilet itself is full of brown dirty marks. Food wasn't ready on time and I was on my lunch break. This wingstop should seek new management ASAP !!! read more

Today was a great reminder of why I shouldn't be coming to this specific Wingstop. When I arrived there was NOT one customer and the employees were all chatting (totally cool!), and I placed an order of 3 different flavors of boneless wings. Quickly more people started to show up. Many of them trying to pick up their online orders. In a span of 10 min the room was full and they were telling online orders to wait between 5-15 min! The employees were basically chatting still and yelling from across the room to continue their conversations. At one point most, if not all, of them were at register just talking about the schedule... It has been 15 min and still no order up for me. Finally after a while I got my food. When I get home I see these "WINGS" without chicken. It was all basically fried batter with seasoning. I was so mad! Obviously they knew because they added more than 5 pieces of whatever that was supposed to be. Completely careless. read more

The customer service is outstanding! Manager Jj had the best customer service we had in a long time. She is kind, takes pride in her job, and has a good soul. Thank you Jj! We need more people like you in the world. read more

Very friendly staff. They were very nice and welcoming the whole time we were there. My kids really enjoyed it.

Osmar ( not sure if that's how you spell his name) is the nicest cashier at this location. He deserves a raise. I only recommend ordering on site, most of my online orders have been wrong. Other than that, food is good, but over priced. read more

Just no! From the person at the register to the food, no! Lack of care, attention, IQ. IDK, but nothing is good. I have never been in a place where I thought the employees cared less and wanted to be anywhere else more than where they are. Never going back. You couldn't pay me to. read more

Ordered via Uber Eats. Can honestly say it was disappointing and gross. Terrible quality and tasted like a processed frozen reheated product. I found it hard to even eat. Ordered both boneless and bone in wings with a variety of flavors. Squishy and poorly prepared. Arrived in same container, cold and nasty. Tyson frozen chicken nuggets from Costco are superior and a tenth of the price. read more

This place used to be pretty good, not so much anymore. I went to pick up my order when they said it would be ready. I got there and they told me it would be another 10 minutes. Got home and none of the wings had sauce. Pretty sure the manager doesn't give a shit. read more

I ordered a garlic parm chicken sandwich. After paying, i was informed that they did not have sandwiches but i could get tenders. Waited 30 minutes for tenders, and they gave them to me in a bag covered in some kind of sauce or grease leaking all over in my car. I finally open the chicken and its not even garlic parm. What an awful ride. Even the music in there was not only terrible, but the speakers are busted and sound awful. Only reason i took it to go instead of eating there, i did not order to go and was so frustrated after 30 minutes of listening to garbage on busted speakers read more

I went in and order 8pc combo. Half Louisiana dry rub & half bbq. The fries were literally the skins of the potatoes & there wasn't a spec of Louisiana dry rub on those wings. Highly disappointed in this location. Called in to report it and they offered me a refund. Hoping that actually goes though. Posting this just in case. The bbq was perfect but I threw the rest away. read more

I have my mobile receipt we ordered the 15 piece wings for $31 bucks & they shorted us out of wings. Not to mention I don't live so close to this location so going back want an option. Walked in today on VALENTINES DAY and it was packed. There were 4 girls working in the back hustling and doing a great job to get everyone's orders out. The people waiting for their orders all had nasty attitudes because they had to wait, if you want your food fresh and hot then you have to wait. Everyone is so use to getting information at the click of a button that they think real life is like that as well. read more

It's been a long time for a review! I've decided to try to give a Covid review :) . This review is of the delivered food. We ordered through DoorDash (i think) - they do ok. Now the food - We've been ordering from Wingstop on Friday nights for the last 4 weeks. So safe to say we're fans! I'll review what we got. The traditional wings - have a decent amount of meat and the sauces have yet to disappoint. The boneless wings - the boneless wings were meaty and again, the sauces were delish! The drinks - We get a kick out of ordering drinks. We always order un-sweetened tea. It's a gamble if we get the unsweet or something else. The corn - IS SO GOOD The Fries - believe it or not, even through delivered, the fries are pretty good! All in all - This Wingstop has done a great job with the quality and reliability of the food through delivery. read more

Service is horrible. Workers are goofing off in the back while a long line of people are waiting to pick up food.

I had ordered my food for 1145 once I got there they were still making my order which was 10 minutes later I didn't get my order until 12 o'clock which is ridiculous. Once I asked the girl why is it taking so long and how long it's gonna take all the lady responded to me like I said she's working on it I said that's not what I asked I asked how long was it gonna take so if not, I can get a refund she said once again like I said she's working on it I said OK there's no need to be rude. I ordered my food for 1145 and it's about to be 12 this makes no sense and she was like I'm not being rude to you. I said yes you are that rude, my food was not prepared correctly and they gave me attitude because I asked for my order that I had already previously placed and they lost customers because they were taking a long time. No customers should be disrespected because they do not know how to manage. read more

What can I say besides I like the wings. Do i recommend? If you like wings that are a tad expensive, yes.

Wow! First of all, half the time employees dont even notice when people walk in, or they straight up ignore them. And some of the people working arent even wearing their uniform, or they wear an unrelated jacket over the uniform. The tables and floor are always dirty, and the soda machine is always out of ice and all soda. They will charge you for a soda they dont have if you order online delivery. Dont order from here if you want your food in a timely manner or you want to eat in a clean environment read more

The 'Not Good' one star rating doesn't even begin to describe what I would call this place. All the people who put a three stars or higher are absolutely out of their minds, are probably paid by the owner, or have no idea what a food establishment should even begin to look like. Let's start with what caused me to even write this. The fact that I saw two different employees WIPE THEIR NOSES on MULTIPLE occasions, NOT WASH THEIR HANDS, and then HANDLE FOOD!! Absolutely disgusting, people have staph in their noses, and I could have gotten incredibly sick, its's a lawsuit waiting to happen. Another thing, is that the toilet was completely broken, would not even flush. I walk in, and there is brown water and toilet paper building up, and it smells like complete sewage. Besides that, the food took AT LEAST 30 minutes for 6 wings and some fries! The staff were moping around and just chucking food into bags as fast as possible, and the atmosphere was just grotesque and depressing. There was trash overflowing outside and the place and especially the kitchen didn't look thoroughly cleaned in a long time. For the health and safety of the community, I hope nobody orders from here for a long time. read more

Let me just say, the food has nothing to do with this review, it was delicious. But i will say, the alternative woman working at the front seems to be over worked, along with the kitchen staff blasting trap music. I feel bad for them. The actual environment of the restaurant was so depressing, I can see why they were not having a good time. Great food though. read more

Server was extremely rude, food took 30+ minutes for 10 wings. Would not eat here again.

Order a simple combo. Everyone in my table got their food. Waited exactly 23 min and watched 7 exact online order and 3 inside guess received their food. I finally asked about an update and instead of them agreeing they dropped the ball they finally notice and was told 4 min instead of apologizing . The other thing I have never experienced was that there was 0 trash cans to throw away my food. Was I supposed to walk by the kitchen and throw it there. I notice everyone was trowing their trash outside, which even that one was completely full and bags sitting next to it. This is not to hate, but for management to look more into this maybe they need more staff or actually trash bins. read more

8/31/23 11pm I'm a door dasher and I got an order to pick up from this wingstop. The crew that worked this night wasn't attentive at all. So unprofessional with the way the guy was greeting the customers, and the heavy set short female that was with him looked like she's at home cooking with a tank top on sweating. So unsanitary! They ran out of ice in their soda machine how convenient is that? Please do better Wingstop. read more

Probably the worst Wing Stop i've been to. the customer service is rude. The food takes forever to be made. The restaurant is messy. There's always a bunch of flies flying around the tea area. It just gives very dirty and poor management vibes. read more

I placed an order online at 5 PM and the website said my order would be ready at 5:30. I got there at 5:30 and asked for my order, only to find out they had given it to the wrong person. They started to remake my order and I have now been waiting for an additional 20 minutes. I thought this would be a quick and easy dinner for a family of 5, but its been a total of 50 minutes since I placed my order. Every time I've been here they've been slow, but this is a new level of incompetent. While I'm waiting, employees in the kitchen are on their phones and leaning against walls and cursing at each other. I don't think I will ever be returning after tonight. Update: I checked the bag quickly at the store and everything looked fine in their (horrible) low lighting, and figured it looked right and rushed home since my family had been waiting 55 minutes for our dinner by that point. Got home with our food ONE HOUR after ordering. Opened it up and started eating and almost the entire order was wrong... we ordered all boneless wings, 15 Hawaiian, 15 garlic Parmesan, 4 lemon pepper, and 6 Cajun, with 3 large fries with fry seasoning. What we received was boneless wings (at least they got that right), 15 Hawaiian, 19 lemon pepper, and 6 original hot. NO garlic parm and NO Cajun. And to top it off the fries had lemon pepper seasoning and not fry seasoning. The original hot tasted like straight vinegar, and the lemon pepper was so greasy and oily there was a puddle in the box. This is the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. read more

I've been to this wingstop a few times and I'm officially never coming back. I ordered 2 meals, and out of both of them, there were a total of 4 raw wings/drumsticks. I don't know what to say besides how disgusted I am. The photos speak for themselves. read more

Good overall! Customer service is alright. Nothing to rave about. Food was faster then other wing stops I have been to

I was having a whimsical day today until I stepped into this nasty dump, never have I seen anything close to this. I could not make this up if I wanted to. They should be shut down. On top of this I asked for ranch and they told me and my grandma to go fuck ourselves. Never felt more disrespected by minimum wage workers in my life. So bad they made me reinstall Yelp. Worst business ever. I will never order from this place ever again. Placed large online order to be picked up, scheduled for 1 week later. Changed my mind and tried to cancel within 2 hrs. To begin we walked in and were waiting to be attended, meanwhile there were 6 employees just standing there looking clueless. They took our order without any issues but then took about half an hour for the food to come out. Even then our order was missing a side of fries. The maintenance of the restaurant is non existent, ALL the tables were filthy and had trash on them. The beverage station was not stocked so multiple people had to go up and ask for things such as straws, napkins, etc. The workers simply looked like untrained lazy teenagers that simply do not want to work. Food was alright, but the service and experience is terrible read more

I ordered, waited 35 minutes and asked where my food was. Oh it was sitting here the whole time on the rack. I was the only person in the store besides my wife. No apology, just shrugs.
