I placed an online order for pickup and loved that my order was ready to go when I got there. I added on a fountain drink in the restaurant but the staff were quick to get me one. The wings and fries were great! We ordered the garlic Parmesan, Louisiana rub, and mango habanero. We also love the corn and the seasoning that comes on top. I don't even know where to begin. I've been to this location a couple of times and they are just wildly incompetent. There's so much to say but honestly I'm just too upset to get it all out. I'll just say this, the problem this time was I placed an online order over an hour ago and it's still not ready. A team of about 5 people can only complete one order every 10 minutes which is just absolutely insane. It's chicken wings. It's not rocket science. Do not come here. When we got home, we discovered mine and my husband's wings were missing, our kids received their sandwiches and strips, nothing for my husband and I. We called to let them know and they told us to come back. We live nowhere near this restaurant and only ordered because we left Kaiser appointments in that area. We were not driving back with a crying baby in traffic that took us 46 minutes to get home. We requested a refund that we were told would take 10 business days. They promised us a $20 refund for the 20+ wings we did not get. I'm really irritated that now I have to take time out of my day to file a complaint with BBB for "failure to deliver goods and services." A young male cook from the back tried to help us place an order while his female manager, Mercedes (who had access to the register) refused to give him a pin to take our order because he "had access" and was on break. This let to quite a bit of waiting before we could even place an order.
