I placed an online order for pickup and loved that my order was ready to go when I got there. I added on a fountain drink in the restaurant but the staff were quick to get me one. The wings and fries were great! We ordered the garlic Parmesan, Louisiana rub, and mango habanero. We also love the corn and the seasoning that comes on top. However, this time it had very little seasoning, it was more bare. It was still good just not as spicy or flavorful. All in all, quick and easy way to fill that wing craving! read more

I don't even know where to begin. I've been to this location a couple of times and they are just wildly incompetent. There's so much to say but honestly I'm just too upset to get it all out. I'll just say this, the problem this time was I placed an online order over an hour ago and it's still not ready. A team of about 5 people can only complete one order every 10 minutes which is just absolutely insane. It's chicken wings. It's not rocket science. Do not come here. Our family ordered an online pick up at this location on 7/15. When we got home, we discovered mine and my husband's wings were missing, our kids received their sandwiches and strips, nothing for my husband and I. We called to let them know and they told us to come back. We live nowhere near this restaurant and only ordered because we left Kaiser appointments in that area. We were not driving back with a crying baby in traffic that took us 46 minutes to get home. We requested a refund that we were told would take 10 business days. They promised us a $20 refund for the 20+ wings we did not get. I'm really irritated that now I have to take time out of my day to file a complaint with BBB for "failure to deliver goods and services." A young male cook from the back tried to help us place an order while his female manager, Mercedes (who had access to the register) refused to give him a pin to take our order because he "had access" and was on break. This let to quite a bit of waiting before we could even place an order. She then came up and gave her fingerprint access, seeming very upset to be disturbed, giving quite a rude demeanor to us and her coworker. The chicken was tough and overcooked. There was a good mix of wings and drumsticks. It's unfortunate that they don't include one sauce for free with your order and any sauces cost extra. I go here once a week, usually on Monday or Tuesday for the boneless wings deal. I order ahead on the app and it's ready 15-20 min later. My order has always been correct and portions are generous. I love that they have a Coke Freestyle machine, bonus that it's stocked with Ginger Lemon Diet Coke. It's hard to find. read more

Tonight, I had an order placed. 2 chicken sandwiches. 2 fries. 10 wings. It said the order would be ready to be picked up at 7:33. I got there about 7:30ish. There was a couple people in line ahead of me and it took around 5-10 minutes for any 1 of the 5 workers to come up to the front to check if anyone was ordering or picking up. So they finally did and the wait was on. 20 minutes go by and I was gonna go up to the counter to ask about my order, but decided to wait and maybe see how long it would take for them to either bring my food or ask me again my name for the order. So person after person comes in and not once did they come to the front to see if they were gonna order or pick up. They only came up once an order was complete to announce the name. They called order after order after order. Maybe about 6 or 7 orders before finally calling mine. I'm not upset they got called first, cuz they probably had their order placed online too. I actually thought it was funny that as soon as a couple different people walked in their name they as called and they were out as quick as they were in. One hour and 2 minutes. That's how long I waited in the store for my food to be finished. Plus the 20-30 once the order was placed to the time it was supposed to be ready. And not even a "sorry for the wait" which I did hear them say to someone was waiting for like 10 minutes. Not one time that I've gone to this location have I had a good experience service wise. The weird thing is. It's not just this location. I haven't had a good experience at any Wingstop I've ever been too. 3 different locations. It's like they go out of their way to hire people who don't care. If you have taken your time to read all this, I suggest you don't waste your time here. If you do decide to go, I hope your experience is way better than mine. The food is excellent, but not worth the trouble to me. You'll never catch me in this place again.
