This is the best wingstoo to hang out after school love it here it's calm and crazy and the fries with cheese are bomb asf

My family was craving wings to watch the Mexico vs England game and Wingstop was the place everyone agreed upon. I wish there was a wing place closer in Encinitas, but this works. I placed an order online and when we arrived the order wasn't ready yet. They had a good deal with 35 boneless wings, fries, and ranch for $25. The deal was worth it, but the staff does seem to always be a little overwhelmed. Overall, a quick, easy spot for wings. read more

The food was horrible. We got 3 dry rubs (lemon pepper not photographed) and none of them were dry. We've been eating wing stop for years and recently moved to Carlsbad. We tried this location tonight and were extremely disappointed. My husband got sick eating the dry rubs because of how much butter was in them. We ordered dry rubs not wet butter wings. Absolutely disgusting. I do not recommend this location! read more

Wingstop - Dry Louisiana rub and dry garlic parm rub wings. Clearly not dry at all. - Chicken Wings Near Me - San Marcos, California

They served us cold food and when I went to go say something, everyone looked at each other and rolled their eyes, very damn rude I can say. After I got my food re made, they brought out my friends food which they took a while for, and once my friend got their food, it was COLD. So I went up AGAIN and told them the food they served us was cold AGAIN, and they just looked at each other and smiled, the shift lead Bryan was horrible and not attentive at all, this whole shift needs to go, with their horrendous attitude, how is it my fault the food is cold? HORRIBLE WINGSTOP I WOULD NEVER COME AGAIN. read more

This Wingstop needs better management. Food is not prepared well. Soda fountain looks so disgusting they don't even wipe down. I never eat inside so I can't rate the ambiance. But in terms of food and presentation there needs to be work done. read more

I don't even know where to begin. I've been to this location a couple of times and they are just wildly incompetent. There's so much to say but honestly I'm just too upset to get it all out. I'll just say this, the problem this time was I placed an online order over an hour ago and it's still not ready. A team of about 5 people can only complete one order every 10 minutes which is just absolutely insane. It's chicken wings. It's not rocket science. Do not come here. I can't stress this enough, it's not worth the aggravation. I pray this location struggles enough to close and something better replaces it. read more

Riley helped decide on best options, friendly, fast and yummy service. Convenient location. No one there so we had to ourselves.

0 stars fr. Waited 30 minutes for "chicken buffalo fries" and got no chicken. I was already on the free way when i noticed. I payed $12 for this btw. read more

They served cold fries cause they don't care. This is that last time I will bother stopping at this location. Employees too lazy to drop fries for a minute and chose to serve cold ones. What an unmotivated team. Back to five guys where you actually see them drop fresh fries and always serve them hot. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - San Marcos, California

I had a horrible experience tonight at the San Marcos, California location. Bryan was very rude. We did not receive the correct order and so we called the store to get the correct order. They agreed to remake the order but after over an hour we still had not received the order. I called the location to see what was going on, and they said they had no drivers for the order. After waiting another hour, I decided to drive to the location but I called to ask them to remake the order so I could pick up fresh food. Bryan refused to remake the food. I never received my food or a refund. read more

Braden is the best. Amazing customer service helped us out big time. Great wings too really well done

Our family ordered an online pick up at this location on 7/15. When we got home, we discovered mine and my husband's wings were missing, our kids received their sandwiches and strips, nothing for my husband and I. We called to let them know and they told us to come back. We live nowhere near this restaurant and only ordered because we left Kaiser appointments in that area. We were not driving back with a crying baby in traffic that took us 46 minutes to get home. We requested a refund that we were told would take 10 business days. They promised us a $20 refund for the 20+ wings we did not get. I'm really irritated that now I have to take time out of my day to file a complaint with BBB for "failure to deliver goods and services." Also, we had to wait 30 minutes for our order once we got there. read more

BEST wingstop in the north county area! My usual location and closer to my house is the one in vista but after coming here, I'll never go back to that old one. The customer service is better and food is wonderful!!! Perfectly cooked and sauced wings! French fries were actually crunchy and not mushy like some other WS locations! read more

Very clean restaurant, friendly service and attentive. Was happy with our order and freshness.

Great customer service very nice and caring workers the food was amazing would recommend to come here

The food came out really fast and was so fresh, great customer support, and was a very awesome vibe to be in

This wing-stop had my order ready in applicable time. I had placed my order online an it was ready by the time it said it would be. I was greeted with a smile and friendly staff. This wing-stop made it simple and easy to get my food and get out. The soda station was clean and unlike some other locations i've been to, they had napkins straws and lids available. Will definitely be coming back read more

This place Genuinly sucks and it's cuz of the workers. Placed an online order n 20 minutes go by and they haven't event started on it. All the workers were on their phones and the manager didn't even care. Hire better people or at least a better manager who actually can make sure people are working read more

My partner and I walked in to place an order. A young male cook from the back tried to help us place an order while his female manager, Mercedes (who had access to the register) refused to give him a pin to take our order because he "had access" and was on break. This let to quite a bit of waiting before we could even place an order. She then came up and gave her fingerprint access, seeming very upset to be disturbed, giving quite a rude demeanor to us and her coworker. The platinum haired cook was very kind and apologetic for the situation! read more

The most incompetent manager and worker, I'm not sure how a big mistake like this overlooked , As an employee let alone a manger you should be able to read an online order and what your menu consists of . We placed an order for " ALL IN BUNDLE " okay 16 boneless wings and 6 tenders X6! Meaning 96 boneless Wings and 36 tenders , after I watched them prep my order and hand me two bags I asked them " is there more" she says yes , I sit back down and the next girl says " do you need help with anything else " I was confused and responded yes your manager just said there was more ( as there should of been ) ... the manager then looks at me and says oh well that's everything in the bag I again say SO THATS EVERYTHING ? She confirms it was . I check my order and they out in 1 all in bundle and 16 fire trays !!!?? Baffled ... $140 dollars for one all in bundle and 16 fries Please make that makes sense The manager begins to show me her receipt versus my order confirmation and tells me the receipts don't lie .... Again baffled at the thought she believed this was correct .... read more

Was craving wings so placed an order to go. Order was ready quickly. I got the garlic parmesan rub and the lemon pepper chicken. The seasoning wasn't very flavorful. The chicken was tough and overcooked. There was a good mix of wings and drumsticks. It's unfortunate that they don't include one sauce for free with your order and any sauces cost extra. The ranch tastes good. The cheese sauce didn't have much of flavor and was bland. read more

Absolutely terrible, took well over 45 minutes to get food (3 piece chicken tenders and fries), 45+ MINUTES for 3 Chicken Tenders and some fries!!! 45+ MINUTES!!! And NO ONE CARED!!! They offered NOTHING for the completely ridiculous delay, this should have been a 10 minute order... I asked for a refund as I needed to get back to work and they couldn't do anything as all refunds need to go through Corporate (because VERY obviously they do NOT trust their inept local location "managers" to offer any type of refund or any other type of "Customer Service"... This place is an absolute JOKE... The food was greasy and not good, the place is filthy. None of the employees seem to care about anything and they're very inattentive. Most of the employees apparently were on their "Break" during Lunch Time!!! REALLY?!?!?!? I sat waiting for my food when one guy came out and ate his complete lunch while surfing on his phone, no care that people were sitting waiting 20-30 minutes for food, he had his, so who cares!!! When I inquired about the extremely excessive delay for such an absolutely SIMPLE order, all the kid kept saying was "I made a mistake, it'll be 6 more minutes" but he told me that at least 4 times (totalling over 30 minutes, and he gave me a coupon for 5 free wings on my next visit... I AM NEVER COMING BACK!!!) WTF!!! If you screwed up my order, fine, just put it at the front of the line to get done! Nope, that actually requires common sense which absolutely no one at this locate possesses... No one cares, they are doing the absolute minimum necessary... GO SOMEWHERE ELSE with your money, this place is disaster... No oversight, no management, no one cares... If I could give 0 stars I would, this place needs to go out of business, it is an absolute disaster... read more

Used to work right across from this place. Don't think I've ever had a positive experience, definitely the worst Wingstop I've ever been to, consistently. Trashed and messy interior at any hour, rude employees, terrible food quality. Probably should be a revoked location by corporate, but I'm sure the high school keeps their sales up to standard. read more

I go here once a week, usually on Monday or Tuesday for the boneless wings deal. I order ahead on the app and it's ready 15-20 min later. My order has always been correct and portions are generous. I love that they have a Coke Freestyle machine, bonus that it's stocked with Ginger Lemon Diet Coke. It's hard to find. read more

Gross. The place was nasty dirty. The wings were so dry that I almost choked a few times. Save your money. No trash can, so everyone just piles their trash on the back table and it sits there all day, apparently. read more

I have never been so disappointed by any customer service, as much as I am with this specific location. I didn't believe when I was told that this was a horrible location up until I went myself. Let me tell you, the rumors are true. There's usually two or three workers and most of the times that I've came only one worker does anything at all. The last time that I was here it literally took me 1hr and like 15 minutes for my food. Ridiculous. As for the place, it's so dirty. They never have any drinks, no napkins. No tables ever available. NOTHING. Also don't get me started on the young guy that usually is cashier. He never treats you or states that he's ready to take your order. He stares at you blankly and mad that he has to help you out. read more

Do not do any kind of mobile ordering from this location. We ordered a 50 piece online so you would think they would get it right but they didn't. Placed the order early in the day for a 5pm pick up. My daughter went to go pick it up for a party starting at 530. My daughter shows up and they hand her 1 bag, she looked at them confused and said "is this everything?" They tell her yes. I get to the part and she hands me the 1 bag, now I'm looking at her confused because 50 wings, fries and sauces all fit in the 1 bag that mind you felt really light. I open the bag to find 10 wings, 1 order of fries and sauces. So I call the restaurant and they really didn't even care. Spoke to the manager on duty and she was like to you want to come pick up the rest of your order? Oh ya I totally want cold wings She finally agreed to remake my order so I personally travelled back to the store to pick up the order. We walked in, no greeting from any of the 5 employees working, all the employees just look at you like they hate their job. Manager on duty didn't apologize or anything. Asked her for the district managers number and he was equally as non caring as the employees. Honestly this is the worst location I have ever been to and will honestly never return. If you want don't want your order, then come here. read more

I understand it was busy, but they need the help. Aside from that the workers were so sweet. My food was delicious. But please staff more people @ the managers. read more

Great and very wholesome customer service . I will like to go again. The wings are flavored correctly and not making them too spicy

Easily the WORST wingstop to exist!!! Before you even walk in the trashes right outside are ALWAYS overflowing, I've never seen them empty ever. Then you go inside to a bunch of employees who all seem like they're on a break Want a soda? Well, theres going to be sticky soda on the counter, no ice, and most likely not even the soda you want! Whole place is dirty. Bought a combo the other day and they had no sodas at all and didn't even give me my fry. So I paid for a combo and only received my wings. save yourself and avoid this location at all costs. read more

I don't know where to start! Filthy dining area, No Ice in the soda machine, Regular Coke was pure syrup, no regular Sprite, and no lids for my drink. Very understaffed as well. I will not go back and the food was cold to the touch. Took close to 30 minutes for my food. There was a positive in my experience the male cashier with the limp was very nice and overwhelmed.
