DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have never ever written a bad review for a place. UNTIL NOW! Ordered for pick up and the order took about 1 hour and 10 minutes. I over heard that it was a new cook which I totally understand but the whole time employees were arguing and just playing around instead of trying to get orders out . A blonde lady who was apparently helping the kitchen actually yelled " THEY TOLD ME TO HELP OUT BACK HERE! The front is not my job!" Horrible just horrible. They charged us at 7:02pm. 7:40 comes around and they were already having issues with other customers, on one they forgot his order and he was just the dasher. They had messed up on another lady's order 3 times. and when I tell them to just give me a refund they said okay. I ask have y'all even started my order she says yes they were almost done but i was fed up at this point. she's going back and forth looking for her phone to phone a manager because there wasn't one on duty! Overall mess, the employees give good service a try but you can tell everything is unorganized. This leads to the employees being frustrated with their work and worse quality of their job. Came in after 30 minutes of putting in my order and was quoted an extra 20 minutes of wait. To my surprise it wasn't only me but everyone who came in to check on their order was quoted the same 20 minute time, in reality we all waited closer to 40 minutes to an hour. The ambiance was the worst I've had at any wingstop so far, frustrated faces on all customers because each one knows what is happening with the horrible time delays. Took almost 50 minutes for my order to be out. Wasn't mentioned they were gonna take long, I mean it was a calm quiet day . All these workers and take a long time and my food isn't even hot when I was called. Asked for seasoning and the cashier said it cost $1.29, no other Wingstop chargers seasoning but as from the cashier they do. They start picking up chairs even before 11. What's the rush on closing. I got here at 3pm told me it was going to take 20-30 minutes, 20 minutes pass and the people who were behind got there order. 10 minutes pass and my order finally came out but then when the girl was reading it to me she remembered that I ordered a sandwich and didn't put it in the bag, so I waited another 15 minutes and my order was still not out and other orders kept coming out. I waited a whole hour just to get 10 piece boneless wings, a sandwich, and regular fries, this is ridiculous and the girl in front kept on yawning in customers faces. I came in today to have lunch with a party of 5. All other individuals ordered a full meal I only ordered fries. I was the third person to order from my party and received my fries last(it's only fries). When everyone received their food plus the people after, I decided to get up and ask about them, I was told they were ready but they were going in order. I politely said I ordered before some people in my table but said thank you and sat down. After another 10 Minutes and two more tables after me getting their full meals, I decided to ask again. Once again I was told they were ready but they were given to me with attitude from the employee. At this point I began to get upset and remained standing until I received my fries. If the food is ready specially friend why not give it to the costumer, so you they were telling me my fries were just there but couldn't hand it to me, and they were getting cold.
