Took over 15 to answer phone to place an order. Before you ask why not order online l was driving. Employee was very hard to understand. Repeated my order about 3-4 times. Upon arrival at the restaurant It was noted to be very dirty. Counter tops were sticky, oily, and gross. Employees looked very unprofessional. No straws for drinks, drink area was very dirty as well. Missing +5 from the Classic and +5 add on and +5 add on boneless all lemon pepper. When I call to ask, the girl isn't paying attention. Puts us on hold and we were in the parking lot. Food is usually always good, however last time I went here I ordered an 8 piece combo and only got 6 wings, it's unsatisfying to get home to a wrong order. I let it slip that's time but today I decided to go for another try, I ordered all drums and got a mix of wings instead, food is still good but it seems like there is little attention to detail. Wings are not my favorite but this place sure makes them well! I really like the Original Hot wings, BBQ wings, and do not even get me started with their fries! Those fries are delicious and its all because of that special stuff they put on them! My biggest thing is for my wings to be fully cooked and sadly this wasn't on my last visit since the were still a bit red in the middle which isn't acceptable for me. The recommendation I would make to management is that they do need to improve their time since they currently take a bit to long for the orders. They are suppose to say under 15min but this is far from the truth. They usually take well over 20-30min and it can unmotivated potential customers to go elsewhere because of this. Most of the employees were not working the only person working was a cashier that she was really nice. The other cashier was complaining saying that the register was not working. She said it was like that the whole day and she decided to say that right now when there was a huge line and she had this horrible attitude. Another thing was that they were not wearing gloves and no thing to protect there hair from going to the food. Like wear a hairnet as well there was only one employee wearing a face mask I know it's not mandatory anymore but if you're going to be coughing while making the food and wearing a face mask go home like the customers don't want your germs on there food. read more

Employees & management are rude. Food is greasy, fries not crispy when I asked for them, & bread is cold. I got nothing but excuses from them. They gave me an excuse for each problem except the bread which they said they would replace but I'm not driving back there for a bread. I was there to pick up my food on time, didn't take me long to get home but I had to clean up the grease that spilled too. Literally only touched the chicken to take these pictures. Let it be known that I wasn't trying to scam them I just wanted the tenders, the two orders of fries, & the single bread replaced. I really like the wings here. Im not a big fan of wet sauces so when i found out they have luisiana rub, it definitely caught my attention. Plus, who can forget about the ranch. The ranch definitely makes the difference and gives it that extra flavor. One thing i dont recommend would be to order online. First they give us a completely wrong order. Then hung up on us. Once we get there the manager literally stares at us passing us by for 10 minutes. She knew who we were when we told her (even said our name on the order ) we are bringing back a wrong order then asks us to wait 20-30 minutes for a "fresh" order asking if it was ok to wait (after we already paid ) like what am I gonna do go home with out the food I paid for?! Didn't even say sorry for making us make a double trip. The location was incredible slow. So they shouldn't have been in the weeds but everyone was running around in confusion. I was gonna call for delivery but then decided to just take a drive and go get it myself which I thought would be faster.. when I got there I called from outside cause they didnt look like they were busy I thought hmmm it shouldn't take long I'll just call it in and wait till my order is ready.. I called and they put me on hold and they weren't even busy. So my husband went in and ordered and he came out and said the wait was gonna be 40min we waited outside for that long and when our order was finally ready we went home finally to eat .. lo and behold they friggin didn't add our veggie sticks we ordered a 24pc family meal so those veggie sticks were a must in our dinner.. I thought ok I'll call I'm sure they'll make it right.. nope all they said is..you want to come pick them up? Or do you want a 3 day credit? This location is really close to me, so I come by often. I noticed others complained about their orders, but they've never gotten mine wrong. It's never been full, so there's always plenty of seating, and they've had my order ready for pick up when I've pre-ordered over the phone.
