Great food! I made a quick stop just for a sandwich for take-out, and arrived at noon, a very busy time. The line was long, but moved fast. Everything was excellent, as I always expect from Chick Fil-A. Delicious food, served hot, fresh, and fast. The service, as always, was exceptional. There was plenty of parking, even at noon. There are some spaces reserved for online pick up orders, but still, plenty of spaces. The ambience was positive, all was clean, and I enjoyed my visit. read more

Denise that is in charge of Hr is very toxic! she told me all the secrets so i'm telling everyone so you know the work environment !One of my friends was working there for over four years and she was telling me that Denise likes to boss everyone around in each area as if it's her own. Like my good friend was a CT and she was the most happiest person there everyone knows she likes to joke around and since denise came she became quiet because she can't take a joke literally.... Like she tries to overrun the training director, she gives suspensions and write ups like nothing!!!! And that's why everyone is quitting left and right! Nobody likes being there because of her and because they don't give breaks at all, there only nice when they want something or when your putting your two weeks in there are super nice to you and beg you to stay, and for most the worst of of all they take advantage of your talent!!!!! This is a great addition to the chain of Chic-Fil-A's in the valley. When I arrived, there was no one in line, but plenty of people were seated. I placed my order, (a #1, no pickles, add American cheese) and I placed an order for my wife. Since my wife hadn't arrived and I didn't know what she wanted to drink. The kind young lady behind the counter suggested that I just take a cup and wait for her to arrive and get her choice of beverage. Then, I wanted to use the app to collect points towards a free food item. Since I hadn't opened the app in a while, it asked me to write my email and password again. This can be a time consuming process. The lady behind the counter didn't make faces nor did she make any comments about being frustrated. She just smiled and said she understood and waited patiently until I could log in. Great experience on an otherwise long day. Good option to dine in. read more

So, here I am, writing to corporate--again--about yet another shitty dining experience at a Chick-fil-a restaurant. The exact, same Chick-fil-a restaurant where I had a shitty dining experience just three weeks ago.....followed by a complaint to corporate. Once again, I ordered, almost 15 minutes later, the food was served to me after someone cleaning tables saw the knitted brows and glances at my watch and decided to inquire. Once again, the sandwich and waffle fries were room temperature. This time, however, I vowed that it was my fault. It was truly my fault for going back into the same, sub-par establishment where the first shitty experience was had. I should have known better. At the very least, I should have eaten at a different Chick-fil-a. So, ultimately, this is my fault for giving you another chance. That won't happen again. Chick-fil-a rather obviously doesn't follow up on complaints to corporate, have employee meetings over QA and follow common business flow items such as time between ordering, bagging and delivery. If you cared about such things, I wouldn't have been served room-temperature food twice in three weeks at the same, sub-par restaurant. This was my final experience of a once great dining experience which has believed the press it receives, decided to coast and may start closing restaurants and go the way of Burger King. I have no desire for a response from corporate this time or the offer of a free meal. I would rather starve than ever set foot in another Chick-fil-a. read more

Was going to pick up lunch for my daughter and made it on time for the free chicken biscuit sandwich. Our friendly cashier, Brissa, gave us options in picking a sauce since we'd never visited for breakfast and weren't sure what would taste good. She listed sauces and recommended the Chick-fil-A sauce. That was winner for both of us. Dined in for breakfast and ordered lunch to go on the way out. As always, great customer service! read more

On 8/31/2021 @ 5:30pm I spoke to Manager Oscar Garcia and explained the order of 4count strips were missing and he said he could add to ChickFilA app for future. I explained I'm not satisfied with that's since it was a poor experience and and I drove all the way home before I found out. Now I get to go hungry cause my family will be eating the rest. He said I can call the GM tomorrow and that's the policy only gift the strips missing in the Chick-fil-A app. I placed a call to the Pharr Restaurant and spoke to Manager Oscar Garcia. He was unprofessional and stated he has been working 3yrs there and they are not going to change the policy just because (regarding the missing 4 chicken tenders). He was condescending and disrespectful and was not helpful very unacceptable and unbecoming of what's expected by a Chick-fil-A employee; and a leader. If that's the training he is passing on to subordinates, I would definitely be having a retraining moment with him if he was my subordinate. Please get it together and provide me with (2) -4 count strips for the inconvenience and lack of customer Service. Update: Below is what I received from the Marketing I would first like to apologize to you for your strips being left out of your order. The manager was correct that is our policy, we are only allowed to give to the guest what was missing from their order. I will load that onto your app now. For my first time eating inside it had extremely great food and very friendly. Was greeted from the moment we stepped in. Food was nice and fresh and the refreshments were just perfect. It's very hard to find a restaurant that has drinks that aren't flat. Plus one of the employees kept asking if everything was good and refilled our drinks even though it doesn't have waiters. I never knew chick fil a had rude employees. Some lady came to kick me and my baby boy out the play ground because he had a piece of bread in his hand. I took my boy out and the lady kept coming over to check if my boy didn't have any food. Me and my wife finished eating so we went to sit in the playground area with our baby and she kept passing over hovering on us to make sure we didn't do anything. She sends another employee to kick us out of the playground again because we still had our cup of coke with us. Im never one to act rude so I just told my baby boy that we were leaving which made him sad and start crying and the employees did not care and just walked away. I'm a marine so I'm all for following the rules and discipline but ruining a kids meal and day and acting rude to guest who go at least twice a week at a restaurant who prides itself with friendly customer service is unacceptable to me and my family. read more
