Check your order in this place. I paid extra to get breast pieces instead of regular piece. Not only did they not put the breast piece in, they shortchanged the other pieces all together! In other words, I was charged for the extra breast piece and they not only ignored that, they shortchanged the order by not including the piece I would have gotten had i not paid extra for the breast. I made both them and the web contact email address and the web site did respond and said they had contacted the Customer Service Rep who would get in touch with me. ...........Crickets....... I understand mistakes can be made but they should at least contact someone who takes the time to write to them to correct THEIR mistake. They apparently could care less. Don't tell me they care about their customers. I hope they care about the quality and safety of their food more than what they show. read more

Just came in for my wife's favorite chicken strips and it was amazing that the service and customer care was so awesome. A fast food place where someone actually cares about their customers. Charlie was amazing. He came to our table and said hi to our daughter and gave her a clucky stuffed animal. My daughter was so happy . That was beyond a great thing to do. We stopped in here on a whim, and at first glance we noticed the cleanliness of the place. The menu was what you would expect at a fried chicken restaurant such as chicken express. There is an excellent selection of sides and salads. We particularly liked the junior combos, which are a smaller amount of food for a smaller price. It was just enough and made for an inexpensive meal. Our whole family had enough to eat for $15. The chicken was good; as where the sides, although the macaroni was slightly bland. The yeast rolls were fantastic, but you will have to ask for butter. There is free softserve ice cream available, but it is not the best. But either way you can settle your craving for something sweet. Overall we were pleasantly surprised and will eat here again. read more

My daughter tore her chicken tender in half and noticed there was a small, dark, thick hair in the crust (my daughters hair is blonde and mine is long). She took it to the counter and the cashier looked at her real confused and asked her what she wanted him to do about it. After speaking to the manager, who was sitting at a table by the window during our entire visit, he gave my daughter 2 rolls. My daughter lost her appetite so I told her to take the one whole tender she had to go. When I picked it up, she noticed there was ANOTHER small, dark thick hair. I showed it to a female employee who was cleaning a table nearby and she said 'oh, I'm sorry, I'll get you another one.' On her way to the kitchen, she stopped at the table to talk to the manager and then came back and resumed cleaning. I was in a rush so I got up and told her I'd need the tender to go. She relayed the message to her manager who approached me and asked 'didn't you already get 2 rolls?' I reminded him that there were 2 different hairs found on two out of the four chicken tenders. I didn't give him a chance to say anything else, as a manager, he should've trained his employees to make every attempt to make things right and ensure customers leave happy.
