Crappy Service as mentioned in my previous review. However, the Chicken and Rolls are so good I thought I would give them another try. My mistake........Ripped off again on this order from same place on N 23rd McAllen. Ordered (and paid online) for 4 more yeast rolls. WE DID NOT GET THEM.....I ordered mashed potatoes with gravy on the side. WE DID NOT GET THE GRAVY. They did not put in honey that we specified DID NOT RECIEVE ANY. Now they have overcharged me over 5.00 the last two visits. Sorry that I gave you another chance. You notify the Management of these mistakes and they do nothing .....apparently their way of doing business is to cheat the customer out of anything they can. Very disrespectful and unbusinesslike practices. Yes the food is good (what they decide to put in) but they are really bad at Customer Service and filling orders properly. So sad. read more

So far, I really like the deals they have to offer! We got a TENder deal. Which comes with 10 tenders, 3 rolls for $14.99. I'm pretty sure we got 1 or 2 extra tenders I'd give it a 5 stars but my parents said they're fried Chicken was a little cold and seemed like it was just sitting there for a while. We stopped in here on a whim, and at first glance we noticed the cleanliness of the place. The menu was what you would expect at a fried chicken restaurant such as chicken express. There is an excellent selection of sides and salads. We particularly liked the junior combos, which are a smaller amount of food for a smaller price. It was just enough and made for an inexpensive meal. Our whole family had enough to eat for $15. The chicken was good; as where the sides, although the macaroni was slightly bland. The yeast rolls were fantastic, but you will have to ask for butter. There is free softserve ice cream available, but it is not the best. My daughter tore her chicken tender in half and noticed there was a small, dark, thick hair in the crust (my daughters hair is blonde and mine is long). She took it to the counter and the cashier looked at her real confused and asked her what she wanted him to do about it. After speaking to the manager, who was sitting at a table by the window during our entire visit, he gave my daughter 2 rolls. My daughter lost her appetite so I told her to take the one whole tender she had to go. When I picked it up, she noticed there was ANOTHER small, dark thick hair. I showed it to a female employee who was cleaning a table nearby and she said 'oh, I'm sorry, I'll get you another one.' On her way to the kitchen, she stopped at the table to talk to the manager and then came back and resumed cleaning. I was in a rush so I got up and told her I'd need the tender to go. She relayed the message to her manager who approached me and asked 'didn't you already get 2 rolls?' I reminded him that there were 2 different hairs found on two out of the four chicken tenders. I didn't give him a chance to say anything else, as a manager, he should've trained his employees to make every attempt to make things right and ensure customers leave happy. I love this place! The chicken both crispy and rotisserie awesome, however the catfish with green beans and corn on the cob is the best place I have ever ordered.
