    Spicy Southwest Chicken

McAlister's has yet to disappoint when it comes to sandwiches. I took my wife there and the place was fairly empty so service was quick and the area was very clean. After much pondering...I finally decided the spicy Southwest Chicken looked good and my wife ordered herself the McAlister's club. Each sandwich basically checked off all the marks...they tasted fresh. The ingredients felt crisp...they appeared deceivingly small but they were definitely filling. The sides were fairly standard....potato salad and a bag of chips. They were the perfect complements to the sandwiches... Everything was tasty....good service...nearly 5 stars...was there anything lacking? I would say no...but still definitely recommend for a quick delicious bite but maybe if they had original sauces like other local establishments do....then a definite 5

Club sandwich and broccoli & cheese soup

Food was fresh & hot. Tasted so delish! I had the McAlister's Club, Broccoli & Cheese Soup and an Arnold Palmer. It's a great portion size that I ended up with enough leftover for my dinner

Ordered carry out and let me say I was impressed. Food was surprisingly yummy for deli sandwiches. Tea was brewed to perfection. Quick and easy restaurant. Will def be going back for a dine in.

Admittedly, the salad looked better when it was first delivered, but this is a fair representation.

I'll say this: usually my experience is 5 star, but unfortunately - this wasn't one of those times. While the chili was AWESOME, the service and ordering experience left much to be desired. From time of order to seating: 5 minutes. Time from order to serving: 7 minutes. Order: Caesar Salad with Grilled Chicken. Bowl of Chili. Croutons on the side. Diet Dr. Pepper. Ordering process: I made sure my order was accurately relayed to the cashier, multiple times. When my receipt was printed, I said, "I ordered the Caesar salad with grilled chicken ... this says 'grilled chicken salad.'" I was assured that it prints that way, but that I would receive a Caesar salad with grilled chicken. While, at this point, I should've known better - I accepted her response. Reason for deduction: Wrong order. Customer service. Weird odor. The server came with the correct order of chili, and the wrong salad order. I informed them that it wasn't correct and I was asked for my receipt. After showing her my receipt, I was told that I ordered the "chicken salad." After needing you explain (again), she left with the wrong order (mumbling something like, "okay I'll be right back"), and the manager returned around 3-5 minutes later with my correct salad. He was polite but did not apologize for the confusion (which I can forgive, considering he may not have known the whole story). There was a weird odor that my friends and I could not identify, but I guess it was likely that it was food that I wasn't accustomed to smelling in the restaurant. Food quality: The salad was fresh, but had several brown pieces (one of which can be seen in the provided picture). Otherwise, the food was good, the dressing was rich, and the croutons came separate as requested. I've been here several times, so maybe today was just somewhat off, I'll be back but I'm hoping I won't have difficulty in getting what I order next time. Climate = good, cool and comfortable, A Social Distancing = A+ Masks = A+ Gloves = A+ Sanitizer provided = A+ Customer Service = B- Cleanliness = B+ (weird odor otherwise clean) Food = A Overall experience = B+

    Not a difficult order

I had a French dip with added horseradish, and subbed a tortilla soup. Sandwich tasted good but no horse rad, had to ask again for horse rad. Waited finally had to go again to the counter to ask again. ajus was cold, as was soup. I was most disappointed with the little things about this meal, y'all were not real busy, but clearly to busy to have hot soup or aujus. I travel every week for work, wanted to give y'all a try, not likely to try again. First impressions matter. I didn't even finish my soup.

The small piece of toothpick was inside sandwich from the other toothpick, was broken n left inside sandwich

Our first time at this restaurant n my daughter almost lost a tooth n poked her mouth pretty bad. Ordered a sandwich n she bit into the sandwich n a part of the toothpick from another slice of sandwich was inside the sandwich. Will never go back to this restaurant again !!

Decent food-pretty much your standard McAlisters fare. Was pretty busy overall during lunch rush.

Their main food are - you guessed it - Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches - but with a twist. We tried the A-1 Philly which had beef, bacon, grilled onions and provolone cheese with A-1 sauce. For this one we opted for fries in a cup which are fries with bacon and melted cheese whiz in a cup. The bread for the sandwich was fresh. The combo of the flavors was really good. I'm not a big A-1 fan because it can really overpower everything it goes on, but with this one, it was just enough to give it the subtle flavor but not overpowering. Very good. The beef was soft, flavorful and moist. The fries - I was skeptical when I heard 'cheese whiz' but I was pleasantly surprised - very good. We also tried the South Texas Philly which had beef, bacon, grilled onions, green peppers, tomato, lettuce and provolone cheese. I opted to leave the mushrooms off. It was also a really good sandwich with good flavors. I order the 'regular' fries and they were that - hand it fries - prepared well. In hindsight - I'd order the fries in a cup. I was very pleased with our food. The dessert menu is extensive and their specialty is a milkshake/dessert combo. The milkshake comes in a Mason jar and then the dessert is literally on top of it. I've never seen anything like it - the presentation was amazing. We shared a Nutti Salty Shake which was essentially a chocolate shake with pretzels, a brownie and Nutella. The top outside of the cup was lined with Nutella and pretzel pieces. The brownie was tasty - the shake great - it was just a super awesome combo dessert. We would absolutely come back here!!

The food came out quickly, and it was really good, I got the chipotle philly cheese steak and the dressed fries. Would definitely go again. They had an extensive desert menu as well that I wish i had had room for
