My wife wanted something light for lunch so I suggested we try the chicken salad factory in Donna. The staff Ed helpful and friendly I ordered the scoop salad which comes with 2 scoops of your choice of chicken salad choice of spinach, or greens one mix of both and saltines or jalapeño cornbread muffins I selected the signature factory chicken salad and creamy cilantro avocado chicken salad with a mixture of both greens and spinach along with some saltines they scoops were quite small just a little bigger than a melon scooper and was given just. Full scoop of each the signature factory tasted like an average chicken salad nothing special while the creamy cilantro avocado had more avocado and bland chicken taste to it than anything i couldn't taste any cilantro and it needs to be seasoned my wife ordered a famous Waldorf chicken salad sandwich on wheat bread but I don't know how that ended up for her as we picked up and I brought mine home and she had hers at work. Not sure if I would return because the portions are kind of a Let down compared to other similar restaurants in the area and the food was not as flavorful Ias I expected it to be.

I have lots of people who ask me my suggestions but today I have to address the service. I Have stopped here several times in the past but today took the cake! Service was awful! Our server Amanda needs a desperate refresher in customer service, very short , no greeting no suggestions just what did we want....... Talked extremely fast and I couldn't even understand her. After getting our salads we ordered she Never came back to ask if we wanted a refill, never checked if that's all we needed, waited and waited for our check, had to get up and pay, then asked where to pay and told that the server was our register after asking 3 waiters and also being blown off.... I'm just so disappointed in the overall service. Would not suggest if you're definitely short on time. As for a monetary tip, none was left, but I suggest Shes looks both ways when crossing the road.

We were actually on our way to eat somewhere else when we saw this place and decided to try them…read more Good move! Their main food are - you guessed it - Philly Cheesesteak sandwiches - but with a twist. We tried the A-1 Philly which had beef, bacon, grilled onions and provolone cheese with A-1 sauce. For this one we opted for fries in a cup which are fries with bacon and melted cheese whiz in a cup. The bread for the sandwich was fresh. The combo of the flavors was really good. I'm not a big A-1 fan because it can really overpower everything it goes on, but with this one, it was just enough to give it the subtle flavor but not overpowering. Very good. The beef was soft, flavorful and moist. The fries - I was skeptical when I heard 'cheese whiz' but I was pleasantly surprised - very good. We also tried the South Texas Philly which had beef, bacon, grilled onions, green peppers, tomato, lettuce and provolone cheese. I opted to leave the mushrooms off. It was also a really good sandwich with good flavors. I order the 'regular' fries and they were that - hand it fries - prepared well. In hindsight - I'd order the fries in a cup. I was very pleased with our food. The dessert menu is extensive and their specialty is a milkshake/dessert combo. The milkshake comes in a Mason jar and then the dessert is literally on top of it. I've never seen anything like it - the presentation was amazing. We shared a Nutti Salty Shake which was essentially a chocolate shake with pretzels, a brownie and Nutella. The top outside of the cup was lined with Nutella and pretzel pieces. The brownie was tasty - the shake great - it was just a super awesome combo dessert. We would absolutely come back here!!
