Really an experience worth experiencing! The omelette which my husband and I shared was so delicious. We ordered it with red onions, mushrooms, bacon, bell peppers, and mozzarella cheese and it may have been the best omelette I have ever had. My daughter in law made reservations in advance and was not told about an exclusive menu which required $55 price per person with an automatic 20% gratuity for Mother's Day. We asked for the regular menu twice and were told we couldn't order from it. We complained but only the 20% was removed but we still ended up paying twice as much as we would have if we had our choice of food. Food was cold and looked like it was sitting for a while before it was brought out. Poblano pasta tasted only of garlic, not poblano peppers. The dessert ran out so we were just taken whatever they had on hand to make up for it but also not given a choice for the substitute. We were lied to because we saw everyone ordering from the regular menu. The waiter wanted to ensure his gratuity but the management had to have created that menu in the first place. Ruined my daughter in law's first Mother's Day meal. We will never go again or recommend anyone to this place. read more

Three stars because I bumped into a friend who said he had reservations at 11 AM for three and was sitting in the front sofa for over an hour. I gently asked our waitress when we were paying at around 12 if my friend and his party could take that table since they had arrived on time and had reservations but was coldly told no. Due to this incident, I will be wary next time I try this place out. It seems they don't take reservations seriously and I always make reservation because I cannot stand a wait. It was my first time here and I was pleasantly surprised until I saw my friend and heard he had been waiting over an hour WITH a reservation. That's UNACCEPTABLE. read more

One of my favorite meals is Crab Cake Benedict and this place did it right! The atmosphere is so cute! It gives me Breakfast at Tiffany vibes and the coffee and small touches gives it more of a boutique feel than an industrialized one which is all too common these days. The servers were very kind and friendly. The food did take a little longer than I would expect however I take in to account that it was made with love and I went during a busy Sunday morning. I really wanted to like this place and I dined here twice. On both visits the service was subpar. When we placed our order we asked for a French toast order to be placed once our food arrived. This review is only based on the Macaroons. I wanted to love them because of all unique flavors they have. Mole? Tamarind ! Chipotle wow very unique but fell very short in taste in my opinion. If you have never tried macaroons you might like them but in all honesty they are just sugar no flavor whatsoever. I do not like to compare to other macaroons as each place is different but I have been around the block in the macaroon department. From trying many in France to various places across the World and the United States , I can honestly recommend to save your 15 dlls plus tax on a box of 5 Macaroons from here and go elsewhere. Never have I left a box full and I had to pass on them as they were not tasty. Also they are quite big and break not very enjoyable. I recommend CC's Sweets and Treats here in Mcallen amazing and Bakery Loraine but that's in San Antonio Tx worth the trip! I only took the macaroons to go and I can honestly say this place is 5 star on the decor very chic and swanky! Nothing like this in the valley very LA NYC trendy luxurious place. We also indulged in a buttery croissant which is out of this world flaky and light and a buttery delight! The crab cakes were okay but left an odd after taste but the grilled veggies were amazing and crisp with the perfect amount of olive oil. The French soup while tasty, lacked the toasted bread and the broiled cheese topping that is traditional. The Croque Madam was missing the béchamel sauce and had very little gruyere cheese.
