Tried this place out for the first time right before Christmas and I have already been back twice. The service is great and the food is AMAZING. Their pizza's are delicious! Something in the way that the ingredients are equally portioned. My husband has the calzone and said this is the first time he has had a really great tasting calzone in the Valley. Don't be fooled by the generic looking establishment, what it lacks in curb appeal (not their fault) it truly makes us in the quality of food, service and price. Highly recommend this place. This place is located in a freestanding building in a shopping center. It was freezing in there, so beware and take a jacket. There is a nice variety of pizza, flat breads, salads, and items you can get as a sandwich or a wrap. My coworker and I each ordered a wrap. I got the portobello and garlic wrap with tomato, lettuce, and a chipotle mayo and she got the fajita pastor wrap with salsa. They both came on freshly made flatbread with a side of black bean salad and a side of vinegar coleslaw. The food was very good. The mayo was very light and I almost didn't realize that it was there. The plates were large and neither of us was able to finish our meals. It was tasty and someplace I would recommend to someone in the area. The only issue was parking. Seriously yummy food! The location might surprise you because it's a small place inside a strip mall, but please don't let that put you off. Went with some workmates because we were in town on business and several of the locals had said this was a great place to eat. We started with their dip sampler which came with 2 flatbreads to share which was plenty between 4 people (no extras required), and we really enjoyed the roasted garlic & olive oil spread and the goat cheese/roasted garlic spread. We made sure breath mints were available so we didn't have to eat our main courses in silence! We also got the barbecued shrimp dip, but it was basically shrimp in a cajuny-flavored water which was not something that was really "dipable" with the flatbreads. Tasty, but not a good choice for a dip. On to the main courses! We had heard great things about the pizza and I have to tell you that as someone who can't eat tomatoes I was super excited to see something as unique as their Colorado pizza. Roasted red bell pepper sauce instead of tomato sauce, combined with goat cheese and chicken was awesome!! We heard lots of ooh'ing and aah'ing from those that had the traditional pepperoni pizza and the "shroom" pizza was loved by our veggie loving workmate.
