I visited this location yesterday 6/25/21. I'm hella mad, and here's why. 1. Three of my colleagues sat a table after placing their order to wait for their food to be ready.. This beautiful African American cashier came over and asked them to stand by the counter, instead. After leaving the table, the cashier pulled 2 tables to block the seating area. This was rude and uncalled for. My colleagues and I were dressed in scrubs and pretty much on their feet ALL DAY giving covid injections. Couldn't even sit and wait for their food which took FOREVER. 2. I waited over 20 minutes for my medium combo. And when I finally received my meal, the wings weren't crispy. They were swimming in sauce and I prefer crispy over saucy. The fries were popping, however. 3. I know this may be strange to some, but I don't like huge wings. I like small to medium sized. I received some small pieces and some humongous pieces. I feel that care should have been taken to ensure the pieces were similar in size. 4. (The most disappointing) As I waited for my food, an elderly African American gentleman came in and informed the beautiful African American cashier that he recently saw a commercial about thighs being available. The cashier informed the gentleman that thighs are ONLY available via mobile order. The gentleman, although very kind, turned around and walked out in disappointment. How could the cashier let a hungry customer leave to patronize another establishment when Wing Stop was the first choice?? I would be livid if this were my business. In my opinion, it was the cashier's responsibility to make sure he knew how to PLACE AN ORDER ONLINE. From one human being to another! Where is the compassion? Going above and beyond in a customer service role must be a thing of the past. read more

I overheard the gentleman saying that their online was down and so had many of the other customers standing around us. Not once did one of the employees come and ask everyone to be patient they were just walked to the front and completely ignored the fact that everyone was standing there. One of the customers that was standing around leaned over the counter and asked " Excuse me is your online down?" Instead of saying " I apologize for the delay I'll be right with you sir" we hear a gentleman's (employee) voice yell from the back "hold on." If this wasn't the rudest shit I've ever heard. I'd be knocking down dam doors if someone said that too me. There is a reason why majority of these employees work here AND IT SHOWS! Finally after 15-20 min after ignoring everybody a unfriendly employee came out and started to work the line.
