I'd characterize Fire Wings as that cute & casual jack-of-all-trades type wing place that has a lot of variety done reasonably well, though a bit tuned back on the seasoning. It's kind of a mix of traditional wings (a la wingstop and Buffalo Wild Wings) and Korean-style fried chicken, though the precise exterior texture depends on which flavor grouping you get. Dry rub and fusion have a batter, whereas the classics don't. Had a pretty solid time and the food was good, but not my personal favorite styling of wings. As a casual locale, expect to place your order up front and get a numbered placard to listen for as they call up order numbers from the rear. Not much interaction with staff as there's also an option to order via tablet, but they seemed pleasant enough. Everything else is self-serve. They have some pretty good deals going on though, so if you're in for a wing fix on Tuesdays for boneless wings they have an 85c deal going (wierd that I can't find it anywhere online and forgot to take a picture, but it's a thing if you look on their wall). I was at this location today with my husband, who ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. My husband always checks his items to make sure it was made correctly as this was not the first time that this has happened. We also ordered extra wet for the wings but it honestly didn't taste like it had extra sauce it tasted like normally sauced wings. This wing spot is comparable to Wingstop, except Fire Wings offers more flavors and more options for sides. The Lemon Pepper wings were good, but not as good as the quality at Wingstop or BWW, the chicken itself was juicy and cooked well, but it lacked in seasoning and flavor. The Jamaican Jerk wings were the opposite, there was almost too much seasoning, a really strong flavor of heat and not balanced enough. The Cali Rub was just right, tasted similar to the Jamaican Jerk, but with a better balance of flavor. The fries were pretty standard, nothing special (again, similar to Wingstop), but the garlic noodles were really good, a great mix of parmesan and garlic and a touch of saltiness that made it just perfect.  For beer, we tried the Cali Squeeze, which I liked a lot, a great tangy orange flavor. They also have self-serve soda machines. There's plenty of seating in this restaurant and a casual environment, with football playing on the TV's on a Sunday afternoon. The customer service was great, very helpful, and the worker even tried to accommodate our request for specific sports on one of the TV's this past weekend.
