I can count on Chick-fil-A for my chicken sandwich cravings. The drive-thru moves very fast and the staff is very friendly. My usual go to order is the original chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a drink and sometimes the cone as well. There are days when the waffle fries are soggy so I would request if I can get the waffle fries a little crispier. And sometimes I also get the chicken nuggets which are so good. My favorite sauce is the Polynesian sauce and it goes perfectly well with the fries, nuggets and the sandwich. I cannot wait for the new location opening up on Silver Creek which will ease up this location a bit. read more

I genuinely love Chick-fil-A. I eat here often, and most locations are consistent, friendly, and reliable. That's exactly why this one is so frustrating. This Monterey Rd location constantly forgets the sauces I clearly select in my order. Not once. Not twice. It's become a pattern. At this point, I almost expect to open my bag and find dry nuggets and sandwiches staring back at me. It might sound small, but sauces are part of the meal. When you pay for food and take the time to customize your order, you shouldn't have to double-check the bag every single visit because the same mistake keeps happening at the same store. The food itself is usually good, which makes this even more disappointing. This feels like a basic quality control issue that just isn't being taken seriously. I want this location to be as good as the rest of the brand, but right now, it's falling short in the most avoidable way. read more

My friends and I had lunch here recently on a Saturday and really enjoyed ourselves. Yes, its fast food but its very tasty fast food. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food came fast and was correct. I had the 4 piece chicken strips with waffle fries and a soda. All tasty. Love the different sauces though I figured out I don't like the Chick Fli A sauce. Honey mustard is my preference. Since we ate in, they refilled my large drink with no questions. All good! read more

Came here to try the breakfast menu. Let me just say it did not disappoint. The customer service was excellent! The cashier was super nice, friendly and helpful. When i received my order they forgot an item. When I told them they apologized and gave me a" free cookie." Let me just say that the cookie was soo good. We arrived and walked up to the door where a lady was leaning on a counter/table placed by the front door. I waited for my husband to finish parking. As soon as he walked up, she decides to tell us "drive through only". Why wait until he got down when I was standing there for a few minutes?? This seems like a sign of the type of service and food for this location. I don't come to chick fil a for your "typical" fast food low budget experience. OK.. took the kids (Gavin and my 2 nephews here) after we finished passing out food to the homeless. We were at the drive-thru. The line was long, the parking lot is small and congested. It was quite annoying, but we are here by choice, so we just waited until we were able to place our order. Once the order was placed, the wait to get to the window for your meal is less than 10 min. It's just the wait from the queue to the person you need to place your order w/. Service for payment and service at the window was fantastic. So sorry for the gentleman giving us our meal to have to put in another combo for us because the person that took the order did not seem like she was happy to be working. We ordered 3 #1 (2 lemonade, 1 Sprite), 12 grilled nuggets, and 12 chicken nuggets. All w/ their Chick-fil-A sauce. We got to the window and found out she did not place the order for the 3rd combo even though we repeated the order, and she confirmed the 3rd drink. I love Chick-fil-A but perhaps management needs to reevaluate who they place as the forefront to face customers. It does not matter what type of establishment you are; service is key. When you are getting catering it is important to understand that you need to order the fries separately because they get soggy waiting for pick up. Chick-fil-A is my favorite!!!! I love the chicken here. My usual is the spicy chicken deluxe with some waffle fries. Sometimes, I will get a sweet iced tea. The food is always good. Well, Chick-fil-A always has good food. Some will beg to differ but I like it here and it is convenient for me when I am craving a spicy chicken sandwich. The service is average. It is a hit or miss. While going through the drive-thru, there is a lot of cars wanting to get some delicious chicken. It takes time for them to prepare which is understandable, but sometimes it takes a while like any fast food chain. I do get annoyed that sometimes, depending on who is bringing you food, gives you a few of the sauces you asked for. Like I am not sure why we have a limit on how much sauce we can have. This is during the pandemic and it is still today. Before the pandemic, they will bring you a lot of sauces of your choice. Overall, it is a hit or miss here. Mostly, it is my favorite. Never a bad day when I grab my favorite chicken sandwich. However, it is sometimes hard to get here. When I mean by that, it is so packed in the drive-thru. Everything tasted freshly cooked, was hot, and hit the spot! The chicken and fries were crispy and not soggy at all. I don't come to Chick-Fil-A often but their chicken is much better than the chicken at other fast food chains. I got the new pimento sandwich and it was actually pretty good! I didn't know that it was cheese lol it has a strong flavor of melted cheese. I personally hate that Taco Bell fake cheese taste and it didn't have that. It was handsome but I will not get that again. I feel that it's too cheesy for me. The waffle fries were gas! Normally I don't write reviews but I had to get this out. My experience has been subpar at best every time I've been here. Food? Decent for fast food. Service? Decent, depending who you get. Management? Horrible. I went in to order at the register once and there was a girl taking my order and she was coughing. After she took my order I went to go wait on the side and I noticed her grab water and walk towards my direction on the other side covered by a wall. And then a few seconds later some Asian lady wearing a button up flannel presumably the manager, walks toward the girl and gets mad at her for drinking water when there's still guests in line. WTF? Why are there kids forced to be outside at drive thru when there's clearly a fly infestation problem? I felt so bad I tried to tip with cash but the person taking my order said that they're not allowed to take tips and then sent me to the window. read more

As someone who used to work at chickfila - I expect better quality and service than was received. I ordered the limited edition chicken bacon pepper sandwich. My cheese wasn't melted on the sandwich which felt very incomplete. The fries weren't well salted. However, the food did move pretty quick. Interesting experience here because the drive through line and inside line are very fast - best part about this restaurant. Wasn't the normal ambience you get at chickfila with smiling faces. Wife and I walked in around 11am and welcomed by what felt like the entire staff. Kim took our order and repeated it back to us politely. We sat down and almost instantaneously got our food delivered to us. We ate our meal with a chill and relaxing vibe. (some places may charge extra for tomatoes) That hack brings the sandwich to the next level. Still prefer Popeye's spicy chicken as they just give you a bigger breast of chicken. And bigger breasts are better. The wait time at the busiest time of day is just ridiculous. Whether you are in the drive-thru or try to go inside, you'll have to wait at least 30mins. The amount of Uber eats and door dash orders is just incredible! It appears they fulfill those more than they do regular walk-ins. Best to order on the app and then wait curbside. So 4 star for taste and wait time combo! If you go towards the open, there isn't a wait, but eating a caloric sandwich too early just ruins the day. read more

I always get confused turning into the right parking lot because there isn't an obvious sign, so I ended up parking in the lot right next to it that isn't connected and walking over. I don't know why everyone insists on waiting in the drive thru line when it nearly extends out of the parking lot because it is so much faster to order through the app and tell them when you're there. We picked up our order within a few minutes! My mom and I both got the Deluxe Burger with Colby Jack. I have no complaints! Usually we get the cobb salad but wanted to try something different.
