For those not in the know, some crazy lady claimed to have found a piece of a finger in her Wendy's Chili and tried to sue. Anyways, long story short Wendy's fought it, did a bunch of investigating, and eventually it was discovered she and her husband bought the finger off a friend who lost it in an industrial accident. I did a mobile order for pick up. When I arrived, one staff was at the register helping someone else and several other workers, but no one bothered even looking my way. It was a little annoying as one staff was just walking around doing nothing and she still didn't offer any help. It wasn't until the cashier was completely done, that she helped me and my mobile order was already packed up and ready. Hot honey chicken sandwich: chicken was dry. Definitely has a kick. Guess who used to be a fast food shift mgr? That's me, decades ago. Back in the old days of the 12-6 turn and lay. Anyway, I stopped at Wendy's for quick burger. And hey, it was pretty good! Cooked fresh, obviously by an experienced grill person. Cheese melted to give it that creamy goodness. Condiments added neatly, well done. The small Fries were slightly off. They were good, but a tad dry. And that's caused by? The frozen potatoes were allowed to thaw, and weren't frozen when they hit the hot oil. It's a warm day, it's hard to keep them frozen. Worst Wendys EVER. Took my grandson to try the new fries, and ordered the baconator as well. The burger was NOT freshly made! Obviously that is a joke: In 2005, this Wendy's made international headlines when a lady placed her husband's co-worker's severed finger into her chili, claiming she was served the bonus meat. I've been going to this location for a long time. For a while, they've had the best meal deal, hands down (available in the Wendy's app): a small bacon cheeseburger, 4 chicken nuggets + ghost pepper sauce, small fries, large soda (upgraded for pennies from a small), often a bonus (free) small chili or large fries and any app rewards food you want to redeem for a very low price. They have 2 (!) Freestyle Coca Cola machines. The bacon cheeseburger isn't skimpy, either, including significant lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. I just love it. Meal in photo was $6.07 ($5.55 + tax). Stopped by on Friday night around 8:30pm and it was very crowded & drive thru was also very busy so I went inside. One cashier and man in front of me having an issue ordering. Young man (Saul) who was putting orders together saw me waiting. Saul opened another register took my order recommended another way to order to save me some money. Saul then went back to putting orders together & working with French fry cooking. The kitchen was busy but he updated me on my order. Got my order and he thanked ME. This location is decent in terms of quality and their food always seems to be fresh when you order it. My favorite time to come here is breakfast because I really enjoy their potato wedges. There was a woman that took a bunch of napkins forks and spoons when the staff was not looking and then asked the guy for a lot of condiments and she begged some drunk guy for money. The drunk guy had a conversation to himself. Now for the real review. The service was good as the guy took my order and food came out at a fast time. I ordered the pretzel bacon cheeseburger with strawberry lemonade and fries. Overall the meal eas good. The burger patty was a little dry but the bread was great. A little small for me but maybe it is a good thing since i am trying to reduce my food intake bathrooms was clean and had to wash my hands due to the lady taking the napkins. Both times they have charged me for food that I did not receive. Today I ordered a burger and small fries. Was charged over $8 and only got the burger. My fault for not looking in the bag. Food is good I haven't had any issues with the food itself. I work & live very close to this location so I eat here pretty often. I love Wendy's burgers wayyy better than any other fast burger place. The reason for the 1 star rating is because of the service I've received the last couple times. The employee named Jorge is just horrible. Both completely different times he messed up our order. The first time I thought maybe he is new the second time I realized Nope he is just horrible at his job. We went through drive-thru and first time he kept us waiting for what felt like 10 mins finally when we said hello three times he responded very rudely. He then rushed us through the whole thing. He talked over us and said "yea I know" when we corrected him .... obviously no he didn't know because he got our order wrong. When we pulled up to pay he kept our credit card with him he even walked away from the register we had to ask him for it. Both times he got our order wrong which makes us waste more time waiting at the window. The first time he got our order wrong he messed it up AGAIN we had to park and go inside to fix it. Such a headache dealing with this employee when we come to this Wendy's. If you decide to eat at this Wendy's and Jorge is still employed here, good luck! read more

Wendys has been advertising Steak Bagels for a while now. Early Sunday morning I called them. The guy that answered the phone was CLUELESS and spoke about 6 words of English. I asked if they have steak bagel. He replied yes open at 7:00am. We drove all the way over there to find NO STEAK BAGELS!! Ended up with sausage sandwich, so spicy it was NOT edible. The potatoes were COLD as ice and spicy HOT. The ice coffee tasted like it was drained from the oil crankcase of the car!!! No matter what we order we get it promptly compared to any other Wendy's I've ever been to. Recommend getting the grilled chicken-- the honey mustard goes well with the chicken, lettuce and tomato. Don't go to this one. They don't serve freshly made chicken sandwiches, at least for me. I literally sat down and my food was ready, which may be good to some, but I'm not exaggerating when it took less than 3 minutes for it to be done; that is not ample amount of time to cook something and have it wrapped ready to serve. You know when the edges of food get hard/chewy after microwaving and then letting it cool down a bit? That's what that chicken felt like. There's no way that thing was fresh. I immediately came to the first fast food place near me after finishing my diet. The interior was alright, it was a little bit dingy and the frying oil kind of overwhelmed the whole place so I got my food to go. I ordered a large chili and and some fries. The chili was pretty good (it comes with crackers and you can order cheese for extra and usually other fast food places don't serve it) but the fries were kind of soggy. Usually Wendy's fries are really crispy and they're one of my favorite fast food fries. Overall, not a bad experience after my diet but I definitely would only come if I were craving for chili. read more
