I chose this store to be my pickup store because I was going to be in the area and wanted to use my T-Mobile Tuesday reward. I got 10 classic wings with lemon pepper and then the reward was getting another 10 wings for free so I did that and chose medium sauce for that one. I also did their 20 for 20 deal on the wings for my brother in law so he got lemon pepper and mild sauce. I chose my pickup time in advance so I was hoping it would be ready at the time I chose. I arrived like 15 minutes early because from my experience, other Wingstop store will have my order already done. I found parking just fine in the public parking location. When I walked inside, the place is very small and already had people waiting. I had to wait in line to tell them I was there for my online order. It wasn't until I told him my name, he printed out the receipt and put it in the kitchen which was already backed up. They also don't serve you in the order of the line, sometimes they'll just help other people who ask them about their order first. My order wasn't ready until 15 minutes after my pickup time. Wingstop website is very glitch when ordering. My order inadvertently went through twice. Upon pickup I was told I could leave 1 order and be refunded for the 2nd order. I've been getting the run around ever since. I was erroneously told it was already refunded and was told an amount that wasn't even the same as the order amount. My favorite wingstop. I mainly stop here a few times a week while I uber eats, and they are honestly the most put together, organized, and best staff out of any other restaurant I go to. A lot of uber drivers say they refuse to take wingstop orders because service is so bad + wait times, and I'll admit at other locations, it is, and I'll usually avoid accepting orders at any other wingstop. This is the only wingstop I accept orders for and I'm always so happy to come in. The employees are really organized and even when there's 10+ people waiting the two main guys at the register always remember everyone's name / what they're waiting for they're also just nice and have good customer service. I also notice sometimes when it gets hectic, it can get kinda confusing on who's next for what, and somehow they always catch it and notice who's next or who was waiting first, and tell people who kind of cut to please wait. Which is really nice and considerate, and again it's just the eye for detail + being on top of it. I also eat here frequently because, I unfortunately can't just deliver wingstop and walk in 4-5 times in a night, and then not want wingstop. The food is always perfectly done. I ordered online and had delivered Wingstop's 6 wing combo and an extra 5 wings, all bone-in. We nixed the sauce and the drink, and supplemented with veggies from our own pantry. This was dinner for my husband and me. The six wings were BBQ, the 5 were Hawaiian. I also ordered a side of extra fries. Cost-wise, this saved me a few bucks. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the food. The wings, although cooked to doneness, didn't have any kind of crisp to them. The skin texture seemed undercooked, though the meat itself was cooked. The BBQ had good flavor, but the Hawaiian was quite lackluster. I ended up getting my personal bottle of BBQ to enhance the underwhelming flavor of the Hawaiian wings. The fries arrived barely warm and were limp and soggy. I ended up putting mine in my toaster oven's air fryer, which did well enough to give them some heat and dry them out a bit. This is our second dealing with Wingstop and it will be our last. I'd much rather order wings from KFC or from one of the dominate chain pizza delivery establishments in San Fernando/Sylmar. My daughter and son-in-law, who live in the Inland Empire, have a Wingstop by them that always provides excellent wings, so I am going to assume that our experience isn't a Wingstop issue but management and its quality control. Wings were good. Walked in, ordered 10 individual wings, all flats, half lemon pepper and half buffalo. A side order of veggie sticks and ranch. I waited for my order (to go) and once it was called I grabbed the bag and left (this is where everything went wrong) ... maybe it was my fault for checking the bag before leaving the restaurant but when I arrived at my house and opened the bag, there was NO ranch and NO veggies. I looked at the receipt, and noticed that the young lady behind the counter never charged me for the veggie sticks! The ranch was on the receipt but NOT inside the bag. Now I don't know about everyone else but wings without ranch do not taste the same! ... this will not prevent me from eating here again.
