I arrived like 15 minutes early because from my experience, other Wingstop store will have my order already done. I found parking just fine in the public parking location. When I walked inside, the place is very small and already had people waiting. I had to wait in line to tell them I was there for my online order. It wasn't until I told him my name, he printed out the receipt and put it in the kitchen which was already backed up. They also don't serve you in the order of the line, sometimes they'll just help other people who ask them about their order first. My order wasn't ready until 15 minutes after my pickup time.
