I've never had any issues with this location until recently. I used to order through the app, pick up my sandwich, and head to work without any problems. My sandwiches were always made correctly and tasted great. However, over the last few visits, my orders have been disappointing. Ingredients have been missing, and the tuna has been spread so thinly that it barely covers the bread. What used to be a convenient and reliable stopped and has now become frustrating and inconvenient. I hope the quality and consistency improves soon. read more

For the past half year I've been dealing with the worst customer service I've ever had at any place I patron. Today I found the employees name is Surinder he is an older gentleman that every time I come in he is in a terrible mood and has even worst manners. I place my order online every morning and stand in line but he refuses to help me and rather take the next customer and proceed to make me wait until everyone is gone until he starts my order completely wasting my time which is always nerve wrecking not to mention I'm working from 5am to 4pm and simply want my breakfast! He has done what was just described countless times to me and my coworker and has even CALLED THE COPS on me because I forgot to ask for my sandwich to be toasted and he started an altercation when I told him I wanted it toasted, Dude!? The final straw was 6/5/24 at 6am when I placed my order and got in line. He again decided to take the person after me even though he had my order in his hand and when I asked him why he was skipping me he told me to sit down and he would tell me when to get up!????? What?? I told him no that I wanted to watch him build my sub to which he then angrily threw my order receipt on the floor and told me I could fucking leave that he wasn't going to make my order! At this point I had already paid!!!? No refund no nothing just a hateful employee with terrible service that's been harassing me nonstop. I would have let it go like I have countless times before until I saw him get into an argument with an elderly lady right after me over the choice of bread she had asked for!? The app doesn't work inside the store when you try to redeem an offer or get the barcode to appear to get points for purchases. For the barcode and offers to appear, must turn the app on from across the street, parking lot or sidewalk bcoz there's no free wifi available like McDonald's offers if you need to use app. And when you present barcode or offer, they're scanner is dysfunctional and is unable to scan barcode on app. They're understaffed and customer service is terrible. They don't offer solutions when you're aggravated at app for not functioning like informing you that you can use your phone number to gain points. The owner needs to offer free wifi for paying customers who need to use it to help the app work properly and receive satisfactory customer service read more

Idk if management changed or all the workers changed or something changed but they used to give you a decent amount of tuna/meat in your sandwiches. Now they literally hardly give you barely anything! It's like you're paying for the bread and lettuce only ! I'm so sick and annoyed of this happening recently at this specific location. This is by far the BEST Subway I have ever been to. They always have fresh ingredients & great service. The employees seem to care about their jobs. They are near an industrial park, so they are open 24 hours a day and deliver! I gave this location 2 stars just for getting the ingredients correct on my online order, which has been an issue at other locations, and the convenience of being 24 hours. However, I ordered sandwiches online to grab on my way to the airport and when I got on the plane and opened my turkey & ham sandwich, it was completely inedible. It was sooo soggy! The bag was soaked with mustard and mayo and the wet wrapper just tore where the sandwich was cut in half. But of course there were zero napkins in the bag. Not sure what happened but lesson learned to pick up early to inspect the sandwich and request a redo immediately in the future and maybe get the condiments on the side (but past experiences at other locations resulted in not enough or the correct condiments included). My kids and I came in late at night after traveling all day. Not only were our sandwiches probably the best we've ever had from any subway (we all agreed to that!), but the service was outstanding!! I believe our hostess/sandwich artist was Patricia. She was genuinely friendly, outgoing & accommodating.
