This is one of the best tuna sandwich's I've had. I got the #10 Tuna fish (Mikes Way with Mayo). Their sandwich, especially this location, was fresh and tasty. I would say don't get the soda because it's lacking a lot of flavor. I noticed some reviews about unfriendly staff and long waits but I did not experience that myself. The staff was very kind and paid great attention to detail. They were also fast even while working on online orders. The place was clean with a good amount of seating. Probably the worst Jersey Mikes I've been too. I usually go to the ones in Pasadena and or Northridge. This one not only are they slow but kinda clueless. There were 3 guys and only one was doing his job. Poking bacon, the other two were almost like frat boys. They got my order wrong and I didn't notice until I got home because I was paying while they were adding my toppings. But the reason why I am writing this is because it's a problem when you have more cheese than meat on your Italian sub. Can't believe I paid for it, never again. Was here about a week ago to get a sandwich and had an okay experience. When I first came in there was 2 people ahead of me and 2 people waiting for their orders so it was busy. But it was awkward because no one acknowledged me when I was standing in the order here area. It took so long that I thought I was supposed to order somewhere else even though I was standing in the right spot. It did seem like they were under staffed. Other than that everything was good the restaurant was clean and they have a good amount of parking. Staff was friendly once they starting talking with me. The food itself was very good. The food is excellent even better then my normal Jersey Mike's, the food took a bit longer than normal but I can here the manager encouraging and appreciate his staff working faster. I've eaten at many Jersey Mikes but have to say this is the worse one of them all. 4th time placing online order and it's never done when they say it will, they keep helping the walk ins first. Last time had to wait 10 extra minutes, requested extra tomatoes and none where added. Bread was hard and sandwich had no flavor of spices or dressing. So I had to drive 30 minutes back there because traffic. I get there to get a refund only to be questioned if Id really asked for no cheese, almost as if they were trying to put the blame on me. Its insulting to be asked if I "Really" asked for no cheese. On top of the gas money I lost I also lost my opportunity to eat dinner. Im on intermittent fasting and cannot eat after 530. I was born and raised, in North Hollywood, Calif., but at the age of 11, my family moved to the Northeastern corner of Vermont, due to my father's medical condition. I have eaten my share of "Hogies", "Torpedo's", "Grinder's" and generic, Sub Sandwiches. Alway's the best, were either from Philadelphia, or the Jersey Shore. I would only ask for a "seeded" Italian roll loaded with Italian meats, cheeses, NO Mustard or Mayo, "walked through the garden", dressed with a vinegar and oil with pepperchini flakes. I lived on these when I was drafted into the U.S. Army, and Stationed at Fort Dix, New Jersey for Basic Training in 1966.
