I normally go to this wingstop and I have been disappointed every time. Incredibly long wait times, dirty area, and multiple times my order has been incomplete. When I called to tell them my order was incomplete, I was met with incredibly rude and disrespectful employees. The lady I talked to insisted that she packed my order and that it was complete, but obviously it wasn't as I was missing half the order. I had to go back and forth with her and she has the customer service skills of a feral dog. I ordered a 30pc 10/10/10 flavor. One of the flavors was Garlic Parmesan When I arrived home after a 20min drive it was obvious that there was no sauce or parmesan cheese on the 10 wings, and they were just regular unsauced wings. I called the store and the Front of House employee informed me that he was sorry and that he could offer me a credit towards a new order or replace the 10 wings if I wanted to come back. I asked him if he needed me to bring the whole order back, or if the kitchen ticket would help him. (Check# 900546). He informed me that none of that would be necessary and that my new 10pc would be in the fryer and I could come back to the store. When I arrive, I show the front of house that I wasn't being deceiving and show him pictures of the order, since he told me that there would be no need to bring the whole original 30pc order back. He then went to his cooks and thought that I couldn't hear what he was saying but said that this customer has "snap chats" of his order, and began to laugh over my desmise. ALSO not to mention there was a lady in plain clothes and no uniform working the kitchen which seems VERY sketchy and unprofessional. When handing me the food he informed me in a very condescending tone that normally the store would only honor a mistake if the whole order was brought back. I told him that over the phone I said this and asked him numerous times if this was an issue. There is no reason to cop an attitude here, and the situation was resolved if it wasn't for a snarky comment. Then he acted like someone else (the cooks) were the ones who answered the phones, which is not true since the Front of House is the one responsible. We were quoted twenty minutes for wait time, so we went for a 25 minute walk. When we came back we went in the store and were rudely asked what we wanted. The food at Wingstop is always great I'd recommend the Mango Habanero wings, Lemon Pepper, and bold barbecue.
