Very disappointing. We ordered takeout boneless wings as a Superbowl meal, as we have in previous years. Last year, as in previous visits, the wings were delicious and we wished we had ordered more! NOT THIS TIME. The dry rub wings were very hard and dry, and lacking flavor. The lemon pepper in particular were small and very dry, like rocks. I'm not sure if all flavors were correct-it was hard to discern flavors on most. Only the bbq were edible. Wingstop has always been my favorite wing joint. The prices are high so it's rare that we do decide to come here, but when we do we're always excited for our next visit. The fries are sweet, salty, and perfect. They have so many delicious sauces to try and even the dry rubs, like lemon pepper, are juicy and mouthwatering. This time, the online order said 16-20 minutes. They usually aren't right on time so we showed up about 30 minutes after ordering and they still didn't have our order ready for another 10 minutes. Food is good but the service is terrible or at best hit or miss. They don't have trash cans for customers to throw their trash away so dirty tables are common. Wait times of 7-10 minutes to order and 15-20 minutes to get your food after ordering can happen. Some of the people taking your order simply don't care however it really appears to be a lack of leadership that's the main service problem. Again the food is good.
