Wingstop on Constitution serve better food quality. My wings and fries tasted very stale and there was no seasoning on my fries. I'm not the one to complain about food, but the food tasted old. The employee service is not great at both of these locations. They do got teens working mostly so be aware of some attitude. Customer service is terrible. The girls that work there are always chit chatting and not helping customers. I have ordered lemon pepper seasoned fries several times and always get plain fries never seasoned. Same as wings they dont have much flavor. lemme just say this: some of y'all are so sensitive. really lemon pepper with no pepper. Ok. Literally impossible but anything to get free food right. And the one with the strikes. First of all everything there is literally raw. The potatoes for fries the chicken (bone in, boneless, tenders) ya of course you're going to have to wait! Unless you want raw food which I doubt. When paying with Credit cards whether is been prepaid or not) she went to go tell you (you were waiting in your car) you came down asked her what she had ordered then when she told you, you told her to change it even though she had ordered what SHE wanted. "Why are you getting a six piece get a ten" then when told that they would have to ask a manger to void it you rudely said "i can wait for your manager" while there was a while line of people waiting just on you. ok so that's that. To the one who said "she told us there's trays on the tables and napkins in the corner to wipe it yourself" ya right. Literally who in the world would say something so disgusting and rude. And if a name gets mispronounced it's because the cashier who took it simply couldn't spell. And yes the cook time is about 16-20 mins. 5+ for well done chicken. Oh you want it extra crispy well guess what it has to be in the fryer longer. People swear as if they hold your order up on purpose. Get a clue people. So this is what happened on I won't one day to Wingstop right here in this location in South Main first they messed up on my fries I paid for the price I never got them I called them back they were going to give me a 10% discount it happened I went and I still messed up my order they got my order completely wrong I called him back just to let them now and let the team know that they really fucking up and the manager did my fucking order this is so so upsetting watch out check your orders... read more

Ordered food here & was disappointed to find dry and burnt wings. The fries were also bad, some of them being undercooked and other fries being burnt. I couldn't even eat the wings, only ended up eating one out of the six I bought. You couldn't even bite into them. Aside from that, we also ordered as a family and one of us got food poisoning. read more

I've been twice in the last week or so and both visits have been disappointing. My first visit, even though I specifically asked for my fries to be crispy/well-done what a got back were greasy, floppy fries that I could barely eat. Many reviewers have talked about the slow and overall poor service and I have to agree. When I placed my "for here" order I was told the wait would be 16 minutes even though the place was almost empty and there were lots of people standing around in the kitchen, doing what I don't know...that seems way too long a wait. Also, there were no napkins - only a roll of what looked like brown bathroom paper towels that weren't even perforated so trying to eat wings with lots of sauce - well, you can imagine the mess. I don't plan on coming back, there's just nothing to recommend the place, not the food, not the atmosphere and not the service. I hope they turn this business around, it could be a great addition to the neighborhood. read more

This the first time I recieved horrible service at a wingstop. I usually have the "not of enough sauce complaints or cold fries" which is rare but this time I was shocked at management and their actions. So I went in to order my food as I had to wait for a prescription at cvs. So I figure if I had to wait for my those for 20 min i could run and order my food 2 birds one stone right totally wrong, so I ordered my food and went back to wait at cvs. After I picked up my prescription 23 min later I went back to wingstop to pick up my food. When I got back I was told I didnt have an order. When I insisted and showed receipt, the counter person, went back to show the manager jazmin they conversed for the moment along with 5 other people then she had another person come up and tell me sorry someone took my order. At this point I had ordered my food at 6:20 and it was now 7:10. They stated oh we will have your order up next I asked how long 7 min. I noticed 4 other orders were made and sent out and placed on hold for pick up...then I see jazmin collect her freshly made wings. I thought to myself as a manager why didnt you approach me and apologize and make sure my order was completed before you recieved yours especially if a customer is standing there watching..after all that it took me an hour to receive a food. I know this is not the type of service the Young family would deem acceptable. read more
