If I could give this Wingstop zero stars, I would. To start, they don't answer the phone at all -- they disconnect it or just ignore the calls. Then when you get there, they don't want to take orders because the place is overcrowded and completely disorganized. The cashier was in the kitchen playing around with the cooks, and they made me wait an hour and forty minutes, only to find out they never even put my order in. The staff is unprofessional and clearly not trained for proper customer service. If they're not comfortable taking orders, answering calls, or communicating with customers, then maybe this isn't the right job for them. It shouldn't take almost two hours to make wings and fries -- especially at these prices. The issue isn't Wingstop as a brand; the problem is the manager and the people they choose to hire. The entire location is poorly run and completely disorganized. I do NOT recommend this Wingstop. Save yourself the frustration. read more

I placed and online order at 4pm today for pickup at 5pm. I arrived at 4:50pm and waited 30 minutes for my food. What is the point of setting a pick up time and still having to wait 30 minutes. If I had to wait 30 minutes, I could have showed up and ordered. This place service is Trash .I asked for extra fry seasoning, guess what no extra seasoning. To wait and still not get what you orderd is insane. I'm so mad right now. Yall have to do better! read more

"I am extremely disappointed with the service at this location. I placed an order at the wrong store by mistake and called immediately--multiple times--to cancel it before any food was even prepared. It took over 10 minutes of being repeatedly placed on hold just to get someone to speak to me. When I finally got through, the staff flat-out refused to cancel the order, stating they 'didn't want to lose money.' It was handled as if the refund was coming directly out of the employee's own paycheck. There was zero effort to help or find a professional solution; instead, I was told 'oh well' and to deal with it elsewhere. This location needs more knowledgeable management and employees who understand basic customer service. Upon arrival Pablo Asked for the name of my order and then said it wasn't ready. I then asked for my soda cups and he asked how many, while handing me my soda cups I asked for a cup holder Pablo pointed said "right there" I had to reach over the counter to get the cupholder. Filled my cups and sat down. Watched Pablo place multiple orders on the rack including mine. He handed out multiple orders before calling my name after my bag had been sitting on the rack for about 10 minutes. Pablo spoke with terrible attitude toward myself and my child and provided unacceptable customer service. I hope that this behavior is addressed and corrected by management. read more

Every time we order food here, the wait is over an hour. We also can never order over the phone because the number shown on the company site does not work. This is ridiculous. Not only that, I went in this evening around 7:26 pm in hopes of picking up my order and the girl working the cash register was incredibly nasty. I have worked customer service for a long time and her attitude was unacceptable. She did not have a name tag, or I would mention her by name. Took almost 45 minutes for my online order to be completed. Order was placed at 4:15, ETA was for 4:35 and it was not completed until 4:58. This is not the first time that this has happened with this wing stop but absolutely unacceptable. The guy also almost forgot the chicken tenders in the order! Negative 1 star review. They messed up my order once was NEVER able to get a refund. Kept getting the run around from all managers. Just tried them again. Wait time was 20-30 on my order but it was actually over an hour. I asked why do they not update the app with actual wait time. Worker said manager doesn't like them to do that. Wingstop is slowly becoming my go-to chain-place to get wings, over Buffalo Wild Wings. They are cheaper, and the sauce combinations IMO are better. What BWW has is the sports bar experience, with the screens & alcohol options... maybe that's why it's cheaper. I'd love to see if this chain tried out a bar experience to see how they would rival b-dubs. read more

Last time we got food here they gave us one order completely wrong had to drive back to get the right order. Nothing was done about the wrong order. Tonight they gave us wings that didn't taste right. We got a family pack total 40 wings. 3 different flavors they all tasted like oil. I don't know if they kept using the same oil after needing to change it or if they just let the wings sit for a while before seasoning regardless everything had the same flavor from the wings to the fries and corn. Definitely never coming back. The place was empty and the kitchen was a mess. There was uncooked fries all over the floor towards the rack that they put all the to go orders. read more

I have no idea why, but someone there must hate me or something. The past 5 times I been there, they NEVER put any seasoning on my fries. I asked for light, regular and extra seasoning and always get fries with NO seasoning. t's pretty annoying, since the fries are really bland without seasoning. Usually i get good food good delivery from wing stop. Not this Saturday. I ordered like usual, i have all my info entered, i order about three times a month. This sat. I ordered, get a message my delivery is on its way, then message it was delivered. Nope. Never delivered. Call door dash it forwards to the wing stop. So i talk to an employee, cant find my order, give him the order number, nope nothing, but it was delivered! Asked to speak to a manager, kept on hold for twenty minutes.
