We come here all the time and this is by far the best wing stop when it comes to customer service. I ordered online and got there quicker than expected- so i told the cashier I'd just go wait back in my car. I waited a few minutes and he brought them out to me! But I always say it's when things go wrong that you get the real measure of a service. Today, I messed up my order. I recited it far too fast (fourty boneless, ten each of four flavors), I was asked to repeat it, and I said "ten hawaiian, ten garlic..." and so on, which she repeated back. But I think I *didn't* repeat the initial "fourty boneless...". So I got 40 boned. Manager made it good out of their own pocket, added more boneless too, and waved away my apologies with a smile, even though it was very obviously my fault for not being clear, and not checking. I started going to this location when this place first opened up several years ago and for a time dropped by nearly once a week. It's a great place for wings of just about any flavor. And while I like the wings, my favorite item on the menu is the fries. Wow, those things are delicious especially with side of hot cheddar cheese sauce. Yummy! As mentioned earlier, there's only a handful of tables inside and a few more outside so don't go in expecting to eat there. You're better off calling ahead and ordering wings to go. read more

Wingstop's chicken is great! I totally understand why a lot of people gave this location poor reviews however. Let me give you a tip l learned via frustration--order ahead. This location is tiny, so it fills up fast and gets busy faster. Also, when you call in be very specific. Do you want flats or drums or a combination; or maybe you want tenders, or your chicken well-done, or sauce on the side, if you ask they will do it. That is another reason to call in, people will order at the counter and ask a lot of questions (and remember it is practically standing room only here) and it is easy to get frustrated if you are still waiting to order, then waiting for your order to be made. We learned our lesson and now we are Wingstop ninjas! Order placed, chill at home, swoop in, park, pay; and we out! If you follow this advice you will always enjoy your food here. Good wings. Good choice of sauce. Customer service is below average. Before I share my experiences let me briefly set the scene for you. These locations are very small. Don't come here if there are more than 5 of y'all. The occupancy sign says 75 so as you can imagine, you have people occupying ALLAH of the tables, then you have an unorganized line attempting to form behind the register to pick up to go orders. It's jam packed. This review is based off the two times I've ordered to go from this location. The first time, I ordered a boneless wing combo online. It was ready on time. I got back to my place and opened the box and low and behold: wings with bones! Definitely not what I ordered. I checked my online order to make sure I didn't mistakenly order it like that... And.. I didn't. They messed it up. I called them and a manager offered to give me my same exact order for free if I came in again that week. I agreed, and went back later that week and the order was correct. The second experience with them was terrible. I placed my order online, the website said my order would be ready at a specific time. So I arrive in Wingstop 1 minutes after said time. Not only did I have to wait 10 minutes to be acknowledged due to the fact that two couples were standing in line before me, but I was also told to have a seat because "my order wasn't ready". I found this to be odd because it only takes them about 15 minutes to make an order. By the time I was handed my bag, 32 minutes had elapsed from the time that they were supposed to be ready. My advice: don't order to go if you dont have any cushion time to spare because they may mess you order up or take 3x the amount of time to cook it. If you do go, try the mango habanero and atomic hot flavors. The fries are great as well, I usually get mine with a side of cheese sauce. They also sell beer by the bottle. read more

Wingstop at La Frontera is a very decent Wingstop. They may mix up your order from time to time, and it is probably best to actually go when it's busier, it's staffed well to handle the load. While your wings are always made to order, it just tastes fresher for some reason on that busy Friday or Saturday night. read more

Went there with low expectations because my friend up at Irvine told me that the chain there wasn't as good as the Bay's. Since Plucker's (which is famous for wings here, I guess) did not blow me out of the water, I really didn't have any high hopes. Boy, was i wrong. The wings were so crispy and tasty. I am not a wing fan, but I like good flavors when I can get them... Wingstop has always been a good staple for flavors on chicken when you need them. There are many places around town, so the competition is tight. I like the Cajun and the all things spicy here compared to other spots around town. Overall, I like the flavors, the staff, and the menu... definitely will go back, but just not as often as others may. read more

Fries are old school fresh cut but delicious and a great add on with wings! Family packs from 30-50 wings make ordering easy for groups. Monday's and Tuesday's are .60 boneless wings a la carte. The only reason I withhold one star is the people aren't always the most friendly and the stop in the name means you will stop everything you're doing for 12-15 minutes while you wait for your order. I always carry out from Wingstop, so I am not sure how the ambiance or service is when dining in the store. We usually order online, but they are nice on the phone as well. We usually order mild, hickory smoked BBQ, and Louisiana rub wings. Ranch is amazing! The rolls are also very good. The beans were not for me... I'm always happy with our to go orders. Fries are great, but they do have this special seasoning blend which is slightly sweet so that may come as a surprise. Ask for no seasoning or light seasoning if you're unsure about it. Sometimes if we're cooking burgers at home, I'll order just a large fry for carry out. They have it ready in five minutes and no one scoffs at you for ordering just fries. Dined with a group of 4 and there were 2 friendly people taking orders. PRO: Location is close to work in La Frontera. The menu was easy to read and understand with decent pricing and options to choose from. My meal came to the table hot, exactly what I ordered and tasted delicious. CON: The restaurant itself is very small and with little table room for inside dining. My wait time from ordering ended up being approximately 15 minutes to receive. Walked in, placed order, told the host the order was for DINE IN. After 20 minutes of waiting, we are called and the order is sitting on the counter wrapped up in a paper bag ready to walk out the door. The staff never read the order ticket that shows "Teresa" took the order and had "DINE IN' clearly displayed. The staff screwed up. We waited another 10 minutes for the employees to throw everything in paper containers on a plastic tray. The food looked like a sloppy mess and tasted COLD when we brought it to our table. But the experience here hasn't reached rock bottom yet. In this location they have a large window where you can see into the kitchen from the dinning area. The employees in the kitchen are pushing and shoving each other, teasing back and forth, yelling at each other, playing with their kitchen cookware. Then one employees runs out the kitchen from a door at the back of the kitchen area. He enters the dinning area where we are eating at a table towards the back of the restaurant. He runs out the kitchen, goes around my 2 year old son that is autistic that is sitting in his high chair eating. The employee starts tapping hard on the glass window that sees into the kitchen. He starts making facing and pointing to employees in the kitchen. The employees in the kitchen begin flipping him off and raising their arms, making gestures. This is a huge ruckus that causes my autistic baby to become alarmed, confused and frightened. No my son is trying to flee his high chair!!!! We're trying to help our kid, the employee is banging on the glass continuing to play games with the employees in the kitchen. The employee realizes my husband is starting to stand up to tell him something. We had the worst experience we've ever had dinning in a near empty restaurant!!!!! The worst Wingstop Location I've ever been too. Never again will we return to this F@! location. After the employee saw our faces, he stopped and ran back into the kitchen to continue his antics. NO apology, NOTHING. The staff at this location are rude, immature, and unable to read a ticket order. PLEASE GO TO Pluckers, GO to Wings n MORE, go to BW3, GO to KFC, Go to Wing Stop in Round Rock. BUT don't order at this location in Pflugerville next to STONE HILL Movie Theatres. Franchise Owner: Please cut your loses and fire the manger that was on duty.
