Wing stops are hit or miss these days. At least they are for me. This is a fairly new location. My usual go-to is the one in La frontera but I happened to be on the waitlist for a tire so I stopped in at this location. The service was friendly. The place was a bit busy. Almost all tables taken but there was nice upbeat music playing. The restrooms were immaculate as well. I ordered lemon pepper and mango habanero with sides of ranch. The cashier, Jesse , gave me a drink while I waited. I had called ahead to find out the wait on my order to see if the trip fit my scheduled car pick up time. They didn't disappoint. I love the garlic Parmesan, original hot and lemon pepper wings. On this visit, I decided to try the voodoo fries. Oooo yea! You get the Wingstop fries topped with Cajun seasoning, ranch and cheese. The more fried we are the spicier it got. I loved that! I ordered these to go so I bet it would be even better if I dined there to avoid the fries getting soggy. It was still good. Ordered food at 3:50 and was advised it would be ready at 4:25. I arrive at 4:20 to find out they hadn't even started my order. States they only had one cook at the time. After over hearing them talk it appears my order never generated to the back. It is now 4:46 and I still have not received my food. The joint is small, but I like it. There's 5-6 tables and can get packed pretty quickly during after-work hours, but most people come in for take-out anyway. The staff is probably the place's weakest link. Like previous reviews, their customer service is below average. As often as we come in, I don't recall ever seeing the same staff member twice. The past few times, we didn't have time to wait (since we come in for a quick bite on the drive home from work and on our way to pick up the little one from daycare). So, we started calling in our order while we're on the road and it's ready for us to sit down and eat when we get there. The wings here are pretty tasty. My favorite is the Lemon Pepper and the Atomic. The Lemon Pepper has some tingly zesty taste to it, even the kids like it. The Atomic flavor is definitely not for everyone. I like my food extremely spicy so the Atomic really hits that craving really well without going overboard. Don't get me wrong, I still sweat up a storm but at least I can eat ten of these without losing sensation in my taste buds. If you don't eat extremely spicy food, stay away from the Atomic! Overall the food is good, but the main reason for the five stars. One time I ordered a bunch of wings for party. 15 minutes after I left when I was almost to my destination, Wingstop called my cell and told me they had left off 25 of the wings I had ordered.
