I ordered a couple Garlic Parmesan Tenders recently and this was the 2nd time where the tenders were barely tossed in with the flavor sauce. Garlic Parmesan is a wet sauce and it was giving very dry. I went in to tell them and was charged $1.61 for sauce that should've been on my tenders. Wing stops are hit or miss these days. At least they are for me. This is a fairly new location. My usual go-to is the one in La frontera but I happened to be on the waitlist for a tire so I stopped in at this location. The service was friendly. The place was a bit busy. Almost all tables taken but there was nice upbeat music playing. The restrooms were immaculate as well. I ordered lemon pepper and mango habanero with sides of ranch. The cashier, Jesse , gave me a drink while I waited. I had called ahead to find out the wait on my order to see if the trip fit my scheduled car pick up time. They didn't disappoint. Yup, I'm a fan. I've picked up a side of fries a few times here for a craving since it's super close to work, but I have yet to indulge in a full meal until today. First of all, bring your stretchy pants. Even the small order is more calories (and honestly, food) than a human being should eat at one time. I split it and was totally satiated. The garlic and parmesan was a little buttery for me, but if you like that sort of flavor, it was an excellent version of this. The traditional HOT was more like a medium, but it's exactly what I wanted. The chicken was hot and fresh even after walking it back to the office, and the fries never disappoint (even after they cool off). The joint is small, but I like it. There's 5-6 tables and can get packed pretty quickly during after-work hours, but most people come in for take-out anyway. The staff is probably the place's weakest link. Like previous reviews, their customer service is below average. As often as we come in, I don't recall ever seeing the same staff member twice. The past few times, we didn't have time to wait (since we come in for a quick bite on the drive home from work and on our way to pick up the little one from daycare). So, we started calling in our order while we're on the road and it's ready for us to sit down and eat when we get there. The wings here are pretty tasty. My favorite is the Lemon Pepper and the Atomic. The Lemon Pepper has some tingly zesty taste to it, even the kids like it. The Atomic flavor is definitely not for everyone. I like my food extremely spicy so the Atomic really hits that craving really well without going overboard. Don't get me wrong, I still sweat up a storm but at least I can eat ten of these without losing sensation in my taste buds. If you don't eat extremely spicy food, stay away from the Atomic!
