I ordered via DoorDash and both of my orders were incorrect. Also my fries were soggy. I did however find the Parmesan Bone-In Wings to be really tasty, especially since I don't eat bone-in wings. That's the reason for my 4 stars. Although they messed up my orders. I was turn onto something new! read more

Wingstop - Original Hot (taste like buffalo) - Chicken Wings Near Me - Rockford, Illinois

Go here if you like cold food. I order my food 30 minutes before showing up and they still made me wait 15 more minutes, figured my food would be warm but it's cold. The manager there is Arrogant and provides terrible customer service, saw him give 3 white people free drinks and all colored folks got no free drink. Talk about racism read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Rockford, Illinois

I tried a chicken sandwich and it was horrible. The chicken patty was smaller than the buns and it was chewy and crunchy. The skin wasn't cooked and it was stretchy. I wouldn't feed that chicken to the vilest animal alive. If they battered a tire and fried it I wouldn't be able to tell the difference. Otherwise the lady at the counter was nice. read more

We were glad to find a Wingstop in our area and this place does not disappoint. Chicken is fried and seasoned to absolute crispy and juicy perfection. So good!! It's worth the drive. read more

Boxes MUST be labeled so customer know what flavor wing is inside. If I order spicy for me, mild for the kids, and sweet for the wife, we should NOT have to sample each box just to see what it contains... or if it's even what we ordered! read more

A while back, the wings were absolutely delicious. NOW, they are BIG, HUGE, TERADACTYL sized wings. Ewwwww!!!

Worst delivery experience ever. Did not receive one meal. So we called, they said they could NOT deliver the missing food. I offered to order more food just to get dinner rolling. Then I was hung up on. So I ordered extra fries. We kept the other food on low in oven. No other delivery even came! They completely ignored the order?! We gave 18% tip and even added extra cash (we always do). They didn't even bother to call us until 4pm the following day. Then gave us 8.99 for the missing food. Hardly makes up for the worst experience ever. Never again. read more

They say on the web site menu that they sell chicken wings. what I order was for 20 boneless chicken wings what I got was nuggets!!! It started off well. I ordered through the app for carry out. I called the store to ask for extra seasoning the employee was very friendly. When I got to the store I was greeted quickly and given an update that my order should be ready soon. But once I got my food can I just say The audacity of this place to have the name Wingstop! The food was horrible! I ordered the fried corn on the cob it was cold and some of it was mushy. The chicken lacked flavor and seasoning even though I called and asked for extra seasoning. The fries were not hot! I waited for my order in the store so there was no reason that my food was anything but hot and fresh! Smh do not go to this store. It tastes like shattered dreams and disappointment read more

Food is great and all but every time I order well done or everything it's also soggy as hell.. :/ just started eating this food and it's so good. But it just isn't how I want it.. well done. Literally order it every time and it's happened all of once... usually go in the evening. read more

Wingstop - Chicken Wings Near Me - Rockford, Illinois

Comparing Wingstop with Chili's Nashville Chicken and Buffalo Wild Wings, WingStop wins with flavor hands down! I ordered the 20 wing special today. I had the atomic, original hot, and mild. They all were full of flavor and very tender. The fries have a unique finish with a salty/sugary flavor. Everything was excellent and I will definitely order from them again! read more

The food was good. Service was decent. Definitely expect to wait 20-30 for your food. It's very heavy on pickup/GrubHub orders. Very little eat in which is what we did. It seems like you can order online ahead to avoid that if you want to eat there. read more

Y'all take it from me when I say DO NOT ORDER from here!! If I could give it negative stars I would, the best part was probably the free drink that the lady started passing out to practically the entire restaurant, front staff was nice. For the most part. When my friends and I had gotten our orders, we were met with half-decent wings (do not order garlic Parmesan flavor) and undercooked, under seasoned fries that had BURNT pieces of what looked and smelled to be of corn?? I've worked fast food so I don't really understand how burnt corn got into our fries?? Isn't that some sort of cross contamination? Maybe cooking things in the same baskets? (The man working the front counter had been giving my friend a refund for her order, when I had gone up and asked for one as well, which he seemed to get pissed off and or upset at me for asking for one as well) Not to mention whilst waiting for our food, we were met with the sight of grease dripping from the pan/wall/holders and stuck hardened sauces on the (what seemed to be weeks-old unwashed) pans. Now I don't mind me a bit of ghetto. I either said this place was gonna either hit in a good way or hit in a bad way, and it was pretty bad. Kinda disappointed too since I've heard good things about WingStop, will not be returning at all! Hope none of you do either! (Ps, not to mention half the workers had been on their phones, not wearing gloves, and talking sh*t in the kitchen ) read more

I ordered online and arrived exactly when the app said that the order would be ready, which was at 4:00pm. The place was empty, no other customers. Four staff members at least. I visited today and I found the wings to be unseasoned, extremely small and super over priced and greasy. The wings were not good at all! We ordered 6 chicken wings, and it came with a fry and a drink, they're not even complete wings, they're drumettes. Do your self a favor and get more bang for your buck and go across the street to POPEYES, because you won't at wing stop. I don't see the establishment being around very long! Unless your leaving the club and your drunk as hell, because they're open till midnight! No Stars! "Don't believe the hype" read more

The East. State Rockford,IL Store purposely do not answer the phone. Both the manager and the employees. I have seen them watch the phone ring and take the phone off the hook so it gives a busy signal. Sad! This store is very unprofessional and makes it hard to support the business for buying customers. A coworker and I stopped in here for lunch today. A friend of mine raves about the place, we were nearby and both love wings. We thought we'd give them a try. Now normally I like to wait 2-3 months after a place opens to give them a try, so I may go back to try them again, but it'll be a while. The first thing we noticed, is that it's a little hard to find if you don't know where to look. Their building front sign kind of blends in. Also, the location is rather small. There are some booths, buy not many. You walk into the counter area, and to the left is the dining area with a window in the kitchen area. The fact it's a order at the counter and find a seat kind of place, not a positive to me. When we walked in there was no one else there, it was around 11:30. My coworker went first and made his order an 8 wing basket, 2 sauces, side of fries and a drink. He choose the garlic parmesan and mild sauces on traditional wings. Me, being the lover of spicier food decided to try their Mango Habenaro and Hot on boneless... with the same meal choice. We get our drinks, and they have one of those pick your own flavored soda machines I love, so big bonus. We pick table and sit, shortly after another customer walks in and orders, and then another comes in to pick up his to go order that he phoned in earlier. I over hear the customer talking to the girl at the counter. His order isn't ready and she's apologetic. Apparently he had ordered well in advance and was not happy. Right after that my order comes out... wait... I ordered second, but I went boneless so they do cook faster.. okay. I watch as other orders come out and my coworker still hasn't received his. Around noon (I wish I was exaggerating, but I'm not.) he asks about his order. The girl at the counter tells us that traditional wings take about 5 minutes longer to cook than boneless... It'd been more than five minutes. Now we're watching the time as we have work to do. Finally at 12:10 according to the time on our phones his wings come out. According to the receipt he placed his order at 11:32. In between there others that ordered after us, had received their food first. So if you're in a hurry, make sure you get boneless unless you have 40 minutes to wait. As for the wings themself. Eh, they're okay. The Mango Habenaro which was supposed to be their second hottest wings had barely any heat to them at all and the flavor was okay. I've had much better at many other places. The hot was kind of bland with no heat. Now to be fair I eat a lot of hot and spicy food so my idea of hot and others differs, but no... I wouldn't consider these hot on any scale. I've had mild wings at other places that were just about as hot as these. Then on top of it the flavor was kind of bland. I was not impressed at all. The boneless wings themselves looked like store bought chicken nuggets. I know they're not, but that's the size and shape of them. My coworker didn't enjoy his either... he didn't like the flavor of either sauce and the wings were kind of on the small side. Overall there are so many other places, chains and local owned, that have better wings. Also, $10 for 8 wings seems a little on the pricier side for wings. Even if the wait wasn't so long I'd probably end up going elsewhere for wings as these were so unimpressive. read more

Was on this side of town last night and decided to try out the new wing place ahead of time so i ordered ahead. First, this place is kind of hard to find as it's tucked away in a strip mall. You really gotta be paying attention to where you're going. Service was good but that's almost where the good stopped. When i first got my order, it smelled phenomal. When i got it home i was not as impressed. Everything looked good and smelled good but the taste. That's where it got mediocre. The wife and i both got the 10 pc combos and we had a total of 4 different flavors and were wow'd by none of them. There was nothing that stood out from the crowd of other wing places. Spicy Korean Q was not that spicy and the Honey BBQ wasn't that great either. The best part of the meal was the drinks and the fries. I got the regular seasoned fries and my wife got the cajun seasoned fries which were really good. I'd say try at your own discretion. The place is clean but small and YMMV when it comes to the flavor of wings but for me, i won't be making any special trips out here anytime soon. read more

The staff is always friendly which is super cool, and the restaurant is always clean - even better. The wings are kind of unpredictable; one time there were tiny, the next the wings were the right size but overcooked, and then a few times right on point. Just have to cross your fingers and hope they do it right when you order :) LOVE the ranch. Seriously, it's good. And, the fries... delish! Especially the seasoning. read more

I haven't even had my wings yet it's going to be a 20 minute wait per cashier which wouldn't be so bad if service was better. Walked in one employee smoking right outside the door the other two in the back of the store, waited literally three minutes to be greeted then another three for the gentleman to tell the other lady to please take out order. I have had wing stop in past and I have been to different restaurants usually they have good service the lady who took our order definitely acted as if we bothered her. read more

The wings are pretty good and always hot and fresh! The place is pretty small but clean and comfortable and the staff is nice and friendly! I would have put 5 stars but the menu is kind of pricey and they only have special's on boneless wings unlike any other wing place have special's on both...so that was my only downfall about this place! If your looking for a quick run this isn't the spot considering they make the food fresh so it's a little bit of a wait but it's worth it if you like fresh food!!! read more

I would give them a minus if it was there. The night manager was there on Friday afternoon when I returned an order from Thursday afternoon that the owner said they would replace. The boneless wings (lemon pepper and garlic parmesan) tasted like a salt lick for deer. The manager was very loud, stating rudely that they don't exchange wing orders. They come that way...! In other words you don't like it f.u. When I explained that I called and got it approved he replaced my order. I now know why door dashers do not like to go there. And they burned the fries. read more

One star for the wings, and here is why. I first call up and the phone rings for literally like 3-5 minutes as I lost track of time and now trying to see if maybe they have already closed online. Then all of the sudden the phone picks up mid ring, I'm startled, then "click"! Oh so someone with potentially greasy fingers may have dropped the phone? So I call back because mistakes happen. I have to say the motivation and listening skills of the person who answered the phone took away the thought of a person with greasy fingers. After a long conversation to order 4 strips & 30 wings, all drums, all same flavor, I'm inquiring about when I should come down and his response was 14-17 minutes. Well I calculated that meant 30-45 minutes. So upon arrival I now get to see who I have been talking to and why this seemed harder than it was. There are 3 workers that's it. Two guys cooking and one girl who was working the counter and taking phone orders. There was one call in ahead of me and 5 people behind me. 5-7 people already seated waiting to hear their name called. I waited 15 minutes and finally get my food. Overall 45 minutes seems quite long for a call in order. Wings were good, but one sauce for that many wings seems chintzy. We most likely won't be back. read more
