When you walk in, the host brings you to a table and asks for your drink order. Then, you're free to go to peruse and choose your food. There are three rows of food, plus the raw oysters, hibachi fixings & STEAK!!! On the far wall are more desserts - cake, mousse, cookies & ice cream. My husband loved choosing his own steak and how to cook it on the grill. For me, the food was tasty, but it was the vast variety that won me over. Good experience. $17.99/pax for dinner.
