decent food for a small town. they work hard in the kitchen. crab rangoon is good. unfortunately, it's all meaningless when you have an impatient, rude cashier who doesn't know how to treat guests. The last two times I've ordered at the pick up window, they make me sign for a debit card purchase. i'm trying to hand the receipt back and then the pen. Lady has major attitude and says "I need the pen back" before I can even hand it over. this was after I gave them a four dollar tip for simply handing me food. unreal!!! probably not coming back until she's gone. read more

Mmm mmm! Try their kung pao chicken or shrimp. The crunchy celery and carrots pair so well with the soft chicken. It has a tiny kick and the peanut topping is a perfect addition. I also love their shrimp egg rolls with the spicy mustard sauce. We still love the stir fry beef and the crab Rangoon as well. They have a drive through which is convenient when picking up dinner after work. I think we've also never waited more than 30 minutes for their food. Having a local Chinese restaurant makes a nice change of pace when ordering takeout dinner. My daughters and I like their General Tso Chicken combo meals. They prefer the steamed (white) rice, while I like their fried rice. Their vegetable Lo Mein is also really good. read more

I came here today and ordered food. I thought I had ordered something simple. I brought the food home and checked my food, my sweet and sour chicken was missing sauce. I called the store and then claimed it was my fault that the chicken had no sauce on it because i did not check the bag even though when I was checking out they checked the bag right in front of me. They told me that I can come back and get the sauce if I want it because they do not deliver. I asked them to refund my order and take the food back upon arrival. When I came back to the store they told me that I should not be upset and that they were the ones having a loss because they had to throw away food and return money. After I explained that I was at a loss because I was the one who drove to their store twice I am still without food because of their mistake they said that I should not come back then if I am not happy. TL;DR : Manager got into a shouting match because he refused to apologize for their poor service. I will never darken their door again. read more

By far one of the best Asian cuisine venues I've ever been to. I would consider myself a regular at Panda Garden. Its extremely affordable, delicious, and family operated. It has a wide selection for everyone, me being a vegetarian I get Just the sesame sauce and rice (its delicious). The building is a little small but that's ok its comfortable. The family doesn't get very excited when I say "what would you like from the Chinese place" because of our past experiences. After trying pretty much every other Chinese place around here, we have finally found it. I went in to order take-out and I was immediately impressed by the cleanliness of the place. The girl at the counter was very nice and answered all my crazy questions about what the house special means. I ordered the dragon and phoenix, my wife and daughter ordered beef & broccoli with garlic sauce and the son had his go to orange chicken. Everything was fantastic as we picked off each other's plates. Pork egg rolls were great and for the first time ever, I enjoyed the fried dumplings (pot stickers) that were as good as homemade. I can't wait for my parents to come visit so I can see the surprise in their faces when they see we finally have a go to Chinese place after all of our previous failed attempts. The only thing I don't like about this resturant is they consider "Duck sauce" the same as sweet and sour sauce. If I could give less then 1 star, I would. The food here is less then average at best and the customer service is horrendous. The first time I ordered, they gave my food to the wrong person and after they accused me multiple times of never placing an order, I had to wait 20 minutes to have the food remade. No apologies, no refund/percent off/gift certificate for next time. This time, they forgot part of my order and after driving all the way back there from my house, there was a half hearted sorry said as they tried to throw the bag at me and shut the window. After voicing that it was not ok since my food was getting cold sitting at home and I had to drive back to fix THEIR mistake, the owner told me that it wasn't McDonald's and they didn't have to fix their mistakes and shut the window in my face. Our family has been going to Panda Garden since their opening. We have been loyal customers. On this one occasion recently, I found a stone in the spicy beef lo mein. We called and the owner was happy to give us a refund and replace our meal with fresh lo mein. When we got there, the owner only gave me the new meal but FAILED to provide me with the refund he said he would honor. When I brought this up he did a 180 and said he refused to give me the refund and argued the point that it's a business and 'why should his family suffer?' He raised his tone and argumentative all for $8. I asked if he were willing to lose a loyal customer of 8 years for just $8. read more

I had the General Tso's lunch special with fried rice. The chicken was generously sauced & not too spicy. The rice had lots of pork & flavorful but it lacked veggies. The egg roll was tasty as well. We ordered to-go. It took us about 30 minutes to get home & the food was still warm & egg rolls crispy. This may be due to their high quality packaging. They also have a better quality of condiments (duck sauce, mustard, hot sauce), not Asian Food brand. Also a higher quality of plastic utensils. Nice paper bag with handles.
