You can either do the all-you-can-eat option, which includes as many appetizers, sushi, and Mongolian bowls as you want (It's a good deal if you're hungry and eat a lot), or buying single things a-la-carte. I'm glad they offer both options. The sushi rolls are great, they have a lot of options and it tasted fresh. The bowls are the heart of this place, and they were tasty. First you choose your base, either white rice, fried rice or noodles, then you get an empty bowl and go through a bar full of different vegetable, meat, sauce, and seasoning options. Fill it as full as you can! Once you've created your masterpiece, you hand the bowl to the chef and they cook it for you right there at the grill. You can stay and watch or go back to your table. Once it's done, a robot will deliver it to your table (no joke, it's pretty awesome) and you get to enjoy that probably no one else in the place is eating the same thing you are! It's a very fun experience and definitely worth trying if you've never done it before. The atmosphere is great, like fun modern Asian. This used to be a slew of different places like Hardee's, Dunkin' Donuts/baskin Robbin's, and you'd never know it with the way they remodeled it. They are new, so there were a few kinks they need to work out, mostly staffing-wise. I think there was only one actual waiter for the entire restaurant when we were there and he was super nice and trying his best, but obviously a little frazzled and forgot a few things in our order a couple times. But I'm sure every place needs a little time after opening to work out all the details. The other staff were super nice and made us feel very welcomed. Also, I made my bowl with too much soy sauce but didn't know it until I got the bowl back and it was way too salty. Unfortunate that you can't get a redo when buying just one bowl, but at least I know for next time. For that reason, I'd recommend not choosing soy sauce as one of your sauces for your bowl, it's not needed, and if you really want more, there's soy at all the tables to add later.

So what they recommended was that I order off the menu and they recommended certain items that would definitely not have msg. I did go by the buffet, and it was very clean, full of interesting options, and fresh and maintained. Because of my allergy, I adored the after the menu and I got General Tso's chicken.
