We stopped in late for wings and a beer. Service was top notch. Place had a lot of TVs as you'd expect. Wish they would've shown more things on them. Sitting at the bar and looking around, it was like the same 3 games on all those TVs A distance away we could see other games on TVs near the seats over by the windows but couldn't really watch them. Bathrooms were clean and supplied. For the most part, this was a very nice BWWs, and we would definitely go back. read more

The food was good no complaints there. When we walked in, we waited 10 minutes to be told to wait 10 more. Once we got seated, our table had been soaked from it being wiped down, and on the ground were leftover CHUNKS of food, that had been left from the people before us. After waiting 15 minutes, the waitress then came to ask for our drink order. 20 minutes later came with the drinks. I hope you see the pattern. The whole night was waiting.. waiting... waiting... and then finally getting our food. Unfortunate for my first time going, and unless you're willing to spend over an hour waiting on food at a table with crumbs all on the floor, I wouldn't go. read more

Came in early evening, place was not too busy. Didn't see a lot of servers but they didn't have a lot of customers either. Our server was friendly. Food came out slow and not sure if the server messed up or the cook, 1 of the flavors for our wings was wrong but wasn't a big deal. She insisted on getting us the right one. Burger was delicious. The place was clean and wasn't overly loud. I did ask for our wings to be fried hard but was still a little undone for my preference. Overall it was a good dine in experience! read more

I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We came in with a group of about 30 people and fully understood that accommodating a party that size takes time. We were completely willing to wait and be patient. Unfortunately, the manager handled the situation extremely poorly. Instead of working with us or communicating professionally, she was rude, dismissive, and at one point actually raised her voice at our group. It felt less like we were guests and more like we were an inconvenience. We weren't expecting special treatment just basic courtesy and respect. A simple explanation or a calm conversation would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction left a bad impression on everyone in our group. It's frustrating because we chose this location specifically to bring a large group together, and the experience was overshadowed by the manager's behavior. Customer service, especially from management, sets the tone and this was far below expectations. I hope ownership takes a look at how situations like this are handled moving forward, because no group large or small should be treated that way. read more

My daughter and I she's 15. We were craving wet, mild boneless wings so bad we drove from Roscoe to your establishment.. we got there at 5:50 PM. We had to wait for a good five minutes before anyone even came to the front. There was a couple in front of us. They wanted a table. I heard the host say that there's only one server and it would be 20 minutes so my daughter and I walked out and as the couple in front of us walked out. they looked upset like us. disappointing please do better luckily there's many options in that surrounding area, but I'm very shocked. Only one server at that time of the evening especially with Wednesday Bone In wing special.. so of course the place that never disappoints in the parking lot in front of Crunch Fitness we got the three for five dollar tacos at the Olivia taco truck. But still, what a disappointment. read more

Their service and food is absolutely despicable. I doordashed food from them and got a bunch of sauces, when it came there was NO sauces at all. They didnt put the ranch with the cheese curds that barely filled up the small box it comes in. I ordered the queso and chips and I got delivered to me a box of just chips NO queso. Wtf is wrong with them lol I had to reorder now going into the store and I will be bringing a pen to check everything off to make sure it is correct. read more

Online ordering is worthless! we made an online order for a hour out. Arrived at the pick up time waited another 25 minutes and when I got home half of my order was missing. Returned to the restaurant and waited at the front counter for another 10+ minutes before being greeted by a team member. Mind you several employees looked at me but no one said a word. Entire order now cold and had to go home and reheat everything. Our family frequently orders from this location and it has progressively gotten worse last 6+ months. Won't be returning. read more

Tuesday 9:45 30 tables were empty. And still had to wait 25 minutes for a table. Rockford location

Stopped here for a quick lunch early Sunday afternoon. I've been to a lot ofBuffalo Wild Wings, and this one wasn't out of the ordinary. The menu has changed a little bit, adding a few sandwiches, but their wing selection has gotten more sophisticated. We each got 15 piece wings, and a side of onion rings (that we split). Everything was fresh and hot, and our server stopped by several times to make sure everything was OK. Definitely a return trip. read more

We ordered wings for pickup on a Sunday evening, and the experience was really disappointing. The wings were inedible, tasting as if they had been sitting under a warmer for hours, the meat was not fresh and skin chewy and tough. Due to concerns about food safety, we decided not to eat them. my daughter just DoorDash me accidentally from Buffalo wild wings instead of Wingstop, big mistake, the lemon pepper wings sold at Buffalo wild wings are DRY RUB, they are not cooked in a delicious succulent lemon pepper seasoned sauce the way Wingstop's lemon pepper wings are! Just cold hard dry wings with NO FLAVOR! Unbelievably overpriced for plain dry unseasoned wings. Vulgar! Never make a mistake like this again. read more

Buffalo Wild Wings. Food is mediocre at best. They do have some good sauce choices, I prefer the honey BBQ if you don't like spicy. The hot BBQ or mango habanero if you are going for spicy. I wish they would change the salsa recipe or offer different kinda, everytime I get the chips and salsa I immediately regret my decision once I taste the salsa, it has a strange taste. The classic chicken wrap is decent if you aren't in the mood for wings. The fries and potato wedges are never what I hope for, not fresh, pretty soggy. We work really close to BWW's. Once a week for years we get carry out. At the beginning things were great . They actually recognize who we are by name coming there so much . They occasionally got the order wrong , no big deal . Then they would short the order. Finally they achieved the worst ...looking like the box was kicked to the desk . Still one more try to support our local restaurants and the chicken is raw and sauce on the side spilled all over everything. Come on !!!! Are you trying to destroy the chain !!! Garbage service. Absolute garbage service. Do not order from here. I ordered delivery through their app. Their app, not anyone else's, their app. The order was 40 minutes late, and was missing items. It was late entirely because of them. The DoorDash driver sat in line for an hour to get the food. She wasn't given the food by B-Dubs until 30 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered. When I sent them a polite message expressing displeasure at the delay and missing items*, they responded rudely telling me it was the fault of DoorDash. No part of that is the fault of DoorDash. *(I didn't ask for anything, just letting them know about the problems) read more

I love wings, and I especially love their Asian Zing wings. They are my favorite of them all. They are not too hot, have a great flavor and are just wow. This location is one I frequent on a semi regular basis. I can go here with the entire family and get something they all like, and during football season I'm generally here at least once a month for a football game. The location is clean and the staff is friendly and nice. I've only had one bad experience in 2 years with a waitress and the manager made quick amends about it with multiple coupons for free wings. They have three really great servers that if you sit in their section or they are behind the bar, service is beyond all expectations. As for drinks, they have one of the best Mojito's in town. It's the best one that we've found outside a resort that doesn't specialize in those types of drinks. read more

Last few times we ordered online & picked the food up. Each time the food has gotten worse & the wait time at the front desk for somebody to help you has been ridiculous. Back one more time and this place is worse than ever. Had to ask for napkins then silverware. This place is so under staffed you have to wait 45 minutes for boneless wings. Bring the chainsaw to get through them. First 2 beers on tap we ordered were out. Really?? They are on the menu. Wtf. The food is horrible, service non existent. They all hide and yack on their phones. ..service Is terrible here. Ive seen people come to the bar to pay for their food while sitting at the bar. This place seems to have a reputation of telling people online that their food would be ready at a specific time yet when you arrive you have to stand around and wait another 20, 25, 30 minutes before they bring your food out. My receipt said my food would be ready at 6:30pm - it's 7pm and my food still isn't ready. I'm writing this review as I'm standing around in Buffalo Wild Wings waiting for my food. I'm not sure what happened to this place but I was NOT impressed with it at all. The only reason I came here to eat is because my daughter wanted to. The lack of customer service it's just pathetic. We walk in there's no one to greet us. If it wasn't for my daughter's friend who works there we'd probably would have waited to be seated. Let me clarify that it was not busy at all. So we get seated and I notice how dirty the dining area we were in was. Our table was dirty, my daughter had to take a baby wipe from her son's bag to wipe off our table. Then we waited for at least 15 mins before I had to get up and ask for a server to come wait on us. Now mind you it still wasn't busy. It was 4- 4:30pm. I will say the server was ok. She was polite and checked on us. But the Lack of customer service is very poor. Wait staff looked ghetto as hell. No one looked happy or smiled as they talked to you. Also the food took forever to get to us. We had the .65 wings n fries. To top it off the BBQ wings looked like they were a day old n didn't taste fresh. Not sure what happen to you B dubs....But I am so disappointed. I think I'll stick to Hooters. read more

I have ordered cheeseburger and tater tots a few times on Grubhub- it is the best I have had for awhile

The only times I've had B dubs is on their special promo days, otherwise I wouldn't pay for these. I had gift cards, so we decided to go use them on Tuesday when their wings are 60 cents each or something like that. Other than our most recent trip, I've only been to eat here twice since it's been around. There was a little bit of a wait, maybe close to 15 mins. We got seated in a booth where it was cold. I'm so glad I had a fleece zip up on..you could just feel the breeze coming through the window. Our server was Colten, he greeted us, but it just felt like he didn't want to be there. He honestly tried though. I ordered a drink from the bar & he forgot to put it in, so that was a bit of a wait. There was 4 of us and our whole orders consisted of 2 burgers and 2 orders of medium wings (15 wings each). It just felt like forever...probably close to 30 mins for our food. Though the appetizer did come out quickly. I just wish they let us know what was going on instead of walking by our table and let us wait. We ended up having to ask our server what was going on and was told that the kitchen was backed up on orders and ours would be coming out shortly. I honestly couldn't enjoy my wings as much as I wanted because I was so cold sitting by the window and ended up taking them home. I may try again when it's warmer our for the in dining experience. If I am craving them in the winter, I'll just order for pick up. As far as taste of the wings & the cheese curd burgers, the flavors were definitely there. I ended up getting mango habanero and parmesan garlic. They aren't stingy with the sauce. read more
