Once we got seated, our table had been soaked from it being wiped down, and on the ground were leftover CHUNKS of food, that had been left from the people before us. I had a very disappointing experience at Buffalo Wild Wings. We came in with a group of about 30 people and fully understood that accommodating a party that size takes time. We were completely willing to wait and be patient. Unfortunately, the manager handled the situation extremely poorly. Instead of working with us or communicating professionally, she was rude, dismissive, and at one point actually raised her voice at our group. It felt less like we were guests and more like we were an inconvenience. We weren't expecting special treatment just basic courtesy and respect. A simple explanation or a calm conversation would have gone a long way. Instead, the interaction left a bad impression on everyone in our group. It's frustrating because we chose this location specifically to bring a large group together, and the experience was overshadowed by the manager's behavior. Customer service, especially from management, sets the tone and this was far below expectations. I wish they would change the salsa recipe or offer different kinda, everytime I get the chips and salsa I immediately regret my decision once I taste the salsa, it has a strange taste. The classic chicken wrap is decent if you aren't in the mood for wings. The fries and potato wedges are never what I hope for, not fresh, pretty soggy. I love wings, and I especially love their Asian Zing wings. They are my favorite of them all. They are not too hot, have a great flavor and are just wow. This location is one I frequent on a semi regular basis. I can go here with the entire family and get something they all like, and during football season I'm generally here at least once a month for a football game. The location is clean and the staff is friendly and nice. I've only had one bad experience in 2 years with a waitress and the manager made quick amends about it with multiple coupons for free wings. They have three really great servers that if you sit in their section or they are behind the bar, service is beyond all expectations. As for drinks, they have one of the best Mojito's in town. I had gift cards, so we decided to go use them on Tuesday when their wings are 60 cents each or something like that. Other than our most recent trip, I've only been to eat here twice since it's been around. There was a little bit of a wait, maybe close to 15 mins. We got seated in a booth where it was cold. I'm so glad I had a fleece zip up on..you could just feel the breeze coming through the window. Our server was Colten, he greeted us, but it just felt like he didn't want to be there. He honestly tried though. I ordered a drink from the bar & he forgot to put it in, so that was a bit of a wait. There was 4 of us and our whole orders consisted of 2 burgers and 2 orders of medium wings (15 wings each). It just felt like forever...probably close to 30 mins for our food. Though the appetizer did come out quickly. I just wish they let us know what was going on instead of walking by our table and let us wait. We ended up having to ask our server what was going on and was told that the kitchen was backed up on orders and ours would be coming out shortly. I honestly couldn't enjoy my wings as much as I wanted because I was so cold sitting by the window and ended up taking them home. I may try again when it's warmer our for the in dining experience. If I am craving them in the winter, I'll just order for pick up. As far as taste of the wings & the cheese curd burgers, the flavors were definitely there.
