They don't respect the use of masks to protect from Covid 19. today, I personally witnessed two people walking around in the food prep area without masks (one of which I heard being called the Manager) and one employee wearing his mask with is nose out. My husband this round got the Mango Habanero and he said that he loved the lingering aftertaste of the spiciness on his palate. We also got the Louisiana Rub which are my favorite and I would eat those daily if I could. They have a nice dry rub and a spicy sauce. As a bonus, we got the Lemon Pepper. Hubby describes them as "Lemon with chicken" and I would agree. There is so much lemon flavoring that it borderlines on artificial tasting. It would be awesome to see them balance the citrus out a little better in the recipe. The staff are nice and patient as they have a lot of multi-tasking they are doing: register, boxing, bussing tables, answering phones, and cooking. If I could give 0 stars for this location I would..the only reason why I gave them 1 star was because if the nice staff, other than that a complete 0. I've been to this location twice since they've opened and both times were bad. The first time I ordered over the phone and when I came in to pick it up they never even wrote down my order so then they gave me someone else's wings and the girl even said "well nobody claimed these so you can just have these if you want" or they offered me to wait an additional 30 min to make my order even tho I had already placed mine 30 min prior ..so I got a refund and left. The second occasion was this past Friday when I ordered the same order I usually would get (from the Archibald where I should have went in the first place) and when I got home and started eating I noticed that the meat was extremely fatty and my "sauce" wasn't sauce but red grease/oil. When I called even the girl said "yes sorry about that the mild has been very greasy for some reason , I think the person in the morning is mixing it correctly." So I was already irritated because why sell a product ESPECIALLY FOOD if you know that it's not right?
