If I could give no stars I would. I placed my order of 4 chicken strips. After waiting 25 mintues I went up to the register and asked about my order. The manager came up and asked what was going on. I told him and then he went back and got it resdy. Well in his haste to rush the order, I got no dipping sauce, no napkins, no silverware, no nothing to make me think that my order from start to finish was a good experience. This was my very first and last time to WingStop!! read more

I was staying nearby, nice walk and I was welcomed when I entered and got my food shortly, 5/5, Would come again.

Traditional bone-in plain wings 30 pieces ordered yesterday 7/27/24 were so dry & so tough to eat. Many drumsticks were missing meat showing bare bone should be tossed out. Wingstop is really downhill. 1 star. Service is normal nothing special. read more

Been waiting for my single sandwich for 20 minutes now. I'm so hungry and I have passed away.

My son ordered through DoorDash this evening. When the driver went to pick up the food the order wasn't there. There could only be a few possibilities that happened. Either the driver took the food for themselves and lied about the order not being there. Or someone else picked up the order. Now my son is out $41 and we are having to battle with DoorDash to get his money back. I generally do not report things like this online because I am not into giving bad reviews but I am a momma bear first and I am not playing about my son's money. read more

Took forever to get food and it was cold. People working were really sweet. Clean establishment and smelt good.

Rude staff, looks at you but doesn't acknowledge you, goes back and chats with the kitchen staff. 45 minute wait for frozen chicken strips. Wild. How does this company stay in business? read more

So after day in and day out of seeing ads for their chicken sandwiches I could no longer resist. We decided to just get a bunch and see what the flavors were like. It's hard because with prices being so high nowadays they seem like small sandwiches for the price, but I'm not sure they're such a bad deal. We got a variety of styles and flavor profiles and thought they were all pretty tasty. Basically, everything tasted like what you'd expect. We also had fries and not going to lie, I kind of enjoy soggy fries, always have. So I was perfectly happy that they weren't all these crisp things, plus the portion was good. It scratched that itch I was having and was okay. Nothing too exciting, but decent. read more

I ordered via DoorDash a 6pc wing combo ($12.69), which includes six pieces of bone-in wings (lemon pepper and cajun), large fries, and a drink. Pick up was a breeze since they deliver to your car after you call them to let them know that you've arrived. The wings were delicious and the flavors were evident in each bite. My favorite was the Lemon Pepper because of the zesty taste with slight spice from the peppers. The cajun was good too and packed more of a spicy taste than I thought. The wings were cooked well throughout with a slight crispy skin. I only wish there were more wings or larger sized ones for the price of the combo. The fries were seasoned with cajun spices and had a crisp exterior. The interior was a bit dry due to over frying. It was delicious to dip it in the bleu cheese sauce, which was meant for the wings. read more

Made me wait 30 minutes for the wings to not even be made right, half the wings missing sauce and mostly all of them without having fully sauce on the wings, i asked for wings not for wings with half the sauce missing on each wing, this is tne only wingstop that always does this they can never make the food right and take long and had the courage to ask what was wrong with my food read more

If you are after great wings at a great price, this place is a the find you might be after. The wings are the star. Never under or over cooked, never bland. Consistently better than other wing spots. All we get is wings and we take them to go. Please remind them no plastic when picking up. Doesn't even need extra sauce but definitely grab extra napkins or take home before eating. Oh and if you call it in, it's done when they say. No 30 minute wait when you get there. Love it! read more

Having eaten here 9-10 times, I can attest that the wings are good/very good. Depends on the flavor you choose, and the fries are very good. BUT: after having ordered takeout here many times, this evening I ordered 15 wings + fries, and was informed my order didn't come with dipping sauce. "It's not a combo!" said the person helping me. What wings place do you know that doesn't include dipping sauce? "It's $1.50 for sauce." - he says. "But I've spent $30" I say. He repeats himself. " Either include sauce or cancel the $30 order" that he can't sell to anyone else. Wordlessly, he cancels my order, hands me a refund receipt and chucks my order. What the duck? read more

Honestly don't know where to start. Incapable of answering their phone. Staff is absolutely atrocious and rude. rude customer service, my tenders were drenched in oil and leaked through the paper bag. Took 1 bite and threw it all away, literally like biting into oil and you can't even taste the flavor of the hot honey. The girl cashier had an awful attitude. the tenders also smelled awful (like dirty socks) and gives me the impression that whatever they cooked it in was not cleaned. I've been to three different wingstop locations in Washington and they were all fine but this one in Oregon is the worst of the worst I've been to. read more

Those wingstop is horrible the crew is just always lallygaggin and messing around. They hardly wash their hands after touching their clothes or the register/money. They are always forgetting food and then sometimes the food is cold and sitting on the rack. The tables always have garbage and sauce on them the soda machine has soda overflowing. This place is ridiculous and the worst part is i just come in for doordash orders. I will never eat here read more

this wingstop in particular caught me off guard because the customer service was saying I was rude ever since I pulled up in the joint with having a conversation with my friends and loved ones. I don't know why I was talked to about my behavior when I wasnt doing anything rude and the cashier was on edge the whole time and very rude to me. then after I was talked to she she went back to her crew mates and started laughing about how she adjusting my behavior when I did nothing wrong. and at the order she seemed like she wasn't wantong to help me and it felt like she wasn't being nice/trying her best to great the contomers read more

Hungover? Get yourself some comforting, delicious fried chicken. If I'm near a wingstop, it's game over. Skip boneless wings- that s@*t is for amateurs. On a first date? Take them here, judge them if they do not appreciate the finger licking goods and save yourself a few months of dating a sour dud. Now go find your wing mate. Pretty darn good! I've only been to Wingstop twice now but wow. Wingstop really won my heart because I never really liked wings but these? Delicious! I can't really remember my first visit aside from the best fries I've ever had! That I remember. I believe I ordered boneless? I can't remember but I've been converted to bone-in wings since Wingstop because it's that great! I like the BBQ sauce ~ Hawaiian is okay.. the Mango Habanero is definitely spicy but I like it! Makes me feel like I'm living life on the edge. Oh, I remember I had the Garlic Parmesan one I think but that was too salty for me.. Anywho, I really like the seasoned fries if you didn't get the memo. read more

Wingstop - FRIES!!! - Chicken Wings Near Me - Portland, Oregon

This place has it's moments. Some days they can take a lifetime to get your food (last time I waited about 30 minutes even though we were told "17 minutes"). The staff can be rude at times as well. Nonetheless, the food here always hits the spot and is better than most other Wingstops around. There is one time I've been where the chicken was room temperature even when we were dining-in. One thing I really enjoy about this Wingstop is that they have the fancy soda machine that gives you a variety of flavors. They have limited seating that's usually packed. I would definitely come here again, just hoping that I don't experience room temperature wings again. read more

I waited 30 minutes past my original pickup time for 6 wings. I ordered ahead on the app, original pickup time was 5:25-5:30. Came in at 5:30, was told 6 more minutes. Came back in at 5:36, was told 12 more minutes. Came back in at 5:50, told 5 more minutes. They didn't even give me my drink when I finally got my food at almost 6pm. There were only 2 other people waiting and maybe 5 tickets on the line, there is absolutely no reason that 6 wings should take an hour to make. Staff was very rude and acted put out every time I asked if my order was ready yet. This wingstop NEVER has the order ready on time even if you order ahead on the app. What's the point of offering online ordering if it still takes an hour to put 6 wings in a fryer? Also, having people work on the line with 1.5 inch acrylic nails is not food safe and quite disgusting read more

Wing Stop.... Hmmm with there being so many wing places in the city it's hard to get wings that aren't so great knowing that you could've went somewhere else. We ordered the 50 wing family pack that comes with two large sides, carrots and celery and 4 different flavor choices for the wings. We got some boneless and some traditional, a large fry and cole slaw. Most of the traditional wings were dry in my opinion and I only ate a couple, the garlic Parmesan boneless wings were the only ones I liked but I could've lived without those too. Their fries have this salt, sugar, herb taste to them that I really don't like. I should've left that sprinkle of strange off, but I never eat here so I forgot. We spent $60 on food and I definitely wouldn't come back... Only because, like I said there are too many wing places in the city to get a bad wing. Oh, and they take a long time, we called in our order and he said 14 minutes (which is a strange time frame) and it took 30 or longer!! The carrot sticks were probably my favorite thing in the bag and their ranch is AMAZING!! Happy Yelping... read more

Been eating here throughout the years (14years) and the fries and food were always good. Last week I ate at this establishment and it did not taste fresh and I got a sore on the tip of my tongue ( I immediately felt a weird sting on the tip of my tongue while eating the wings). :( read more

I've eaten here quite a few times and I am a regular. Out of all the chicken wings spots I've had, Wing Stop is one of the best that never fails to deliver good food. I personally prefer this place over Fire on the Mountain and Buffalo Wild Wings, for they deliver the best flavors of sauces and the wings a fried perfectly with the batter being crispy and crunchy. Some sauces I recommend: Cajun, Lemon Pepper, Louisiana Rub, and Mango Habanero. My personal favorite is the Cajun and I cannot not order this when I come here. The only con of this place would be that the wings are somewhat small, especially in comparison to Fire on the Mountain (and some other places I've tried in the past) however they're definitely not too small. THE BEST PART ABOUT THIS PLACE: The french fries. They are hands down the best fries I've ever had. I believe they are coated in black pepper, but I don't know. They're just great, and I even like them more than the wings themselves. read more

I used to love Wingstop so much and I never thought there would be the day I would feel otherwise. Went recently and didn't enjoy it and thought it was a fluke. Went again this week... came to realize that something changed and I'm just not impressed anymore. Lemon Pepper Bone-In, Garlic Parmesan Boneless, and the fries were always enough to get me to come here. Idk what happened or if something changed in the way they cooked lemon pepper but the flavor is NOT what it used to be. It wasn't seasoned enough our last visit, so we asked for a little more seasoning and got nothing but a pile of dry rub dumped on our wings. It was too salty and there was so much seasoning I literally was coughing/choking on the dry rub every other bite. I loved when the wings used to be a little more oily and the lemon pepper seasoning wasn't just a rub (more soaked into the wing itself). Now the wings are drier + dry seasoning = no thanks. The Garlic Parmesan was also so salty I couldn't get through a couple pieces. Idk if it was the wings that got saltier or the seasoning, but even dipping in ranch was hard for me. I got sick of it fast and was disappointed because I love a good boneless Parmesan. Fries were fries. You ask for crispy, they're soft, when you ask for extra crispy they're a little burnt and dry. Overall still okay but not enough to come back here alone. The only thing I liked was the Original Hot wings. Maybe they oughta go back to basics because it seems like in the midst of changing/keeping it up with other joints, they lost what I loved most about the place. Another downer was the soda machine was literally out of anything you'd want to drink too. read more

We love their wings. And I'd say we order a large batch of bone-in's about every other week or more. Today we picked up our order and upon opening at home discovered 12 PLASTIC FORKS. We got wings. Where to start? I think the photo will speak for itself. This is the second time I received uncooked chicken. I chalked it up as executive management putting in place amended processes & procedures for frying chicken (thighs) seeing that there was an issue with orders as they expanded there chicken pieces. The Wingstop organization from my point, disregards individuals health for profit. Is this out of character, or is it just how they truly deliver product? read more

It doesn't help that this Wingstop is right across from LA fitness. I'm leaving the gym, trying to go home, and all I smell is Wingstop enticing me to grab a bite. It can get pretty busy here during lunch and dinner hours. Ordering is pretty quick and the food takes about 15-20 minutes. We got fries with ranch and the following flavors for our classic wings: lemon pepper, original hot, and garlic parmesan. It's worth the extra cost to get their side of ranch because it's house made! This place is SO much better than Buffalo Wild Wings. I refuse to step foot in a BWW unless it's the last resort and if I have 2+ hours to waste. Wingstop's wings are so crispy, full of flavor, and the meat on the wings are so much bigger than the small and sad looking wings BWW serves. Sometimes I have to ask for an extra side of sauce at BWW because they skimp on the sauce so the wings don't have much flavor. Wingstop will always have a special place in my heart read more
