Alright where to start... this is gonna be a really long review. But it's worth it... 1. Let me say how much I regret giving this place a second shot. It was only because the coupon I was using wasn't available at the one on bell which is where I've always gone after this first terrible experience and the one on bell never disappoints. 2. I have no words to describe how disgusted I am with the staff at this location.
Let me start with Aalexis, the cashier who was there tonight. First, she disappeared for awhile which seemed to have made her coworkers angry. Second, she was the most disrespectful little girl right next to her manager, who I'll get to in a minute. And it wasn't just towards me. This guy was asking if the whole order was in there and this little girl laughs and says how is she suppose to know; to look at the receipt and whatever is on there is going to be in the bag and he can check it himself. Like ... what? The guy responded by saying that he wasn't trying to be rude he was just asking and she continued to scoff and be rude af for no reason.
Then it came my turn to get disrespected by this child. I waited for an hour for an online order. I asked a couple of times what the estimated time was and kept getting told times that would pass by way over what I was told. Finally I went up, stood there calm, waiting for someone to come up. Finally got Aalexis attention and asked her what's taking so long (she scoffed. Don't know what was so funny. She was laughing at everything. Maybe that's what she was doing that she disappeared to get a little lifted... cause everything was funny to her or she was just that disrespectful... which I'm gonna go with the latter) she tells me she doesn't know cause she's up here and doesn't know what to do. I told her I wasn't blaming her and she continued to make stupid remarks. She made a comment about them cleaning the fryers and I told her it made no sense to clean fryers in the middle of a rush and 2 hours before close. So she decided to call her manager over, Dallas.
So let's talk about this little boy. 1. Someone needs to knock this kid off his power horse, cause he isn't anyone. Good job kid, you've got a title of manager at the worse WingStop in the Phoenix area... I'm sure it wasn't much competition to get that title anyway. Thumbs up kid! He comes over and I asked about my order he asked what the name was, gave him the name he walked away. Didn't come back, just went back to cleaning the fryer. I walked to the little window and Called him over. And told him I wasn't really finished trying to talk to him. He got mad at me and started talking down to me saying they're working on it and blamed it on the fryers being cleaned. I Asked him why they would be cleaning the fryers at this point and that it's hurting business and he starts to go off on me saying "NoT tO QuEsTiOn HiM oN HiS sToRe" and that I can leave and he was gonna call the cops on me for talking to him the way I was. Like... holy shit I wasn't even yelling. Not once did I call him a name. Not once did I even raise my voice. I've worked customer service, fast food, fine dinning, management. I've done it all. I will never talk to someone the way I'd hate to be talked to especially if it's not asked for. And I probably should have with the amount of disrespect that I got. And I regret not raising my voice and being a major "Karen/b*tch" like I probably should have. The other lady was trying to help. Hopefully she knew her manager was being stupid. But at this point the little boy is mocking me, making fun of me. (He really felt the need to threaten to call the cops because I said the "f" word out of frustration and wasn't even towards him and that I was questioning him lol) he continued to Talk sh*t to me and tell me to get out... so yeah my partner lost her cool and knocked their ketchup box over... I mean they wanted to call the cops, so why not give them a reason. He was refusing to give us a refund or our food. So you know, it got heated in there. We ended up walking out after that. Called corporate and got our refund and let them know what happened.
One hour for 2 chicken sandwiches, one order of voodoo fries and 8 wings... one hour for such a small order.
I'm still dumbfounded by how I was treated and talked to when I didn't even raise my voice. I wasn't rude. I wasn't any kind of "Karen" for anyone to have treated me that way. I know my review won't really go anywhere and I'm sure those kids will keep their jobs even though they shouldn't. But if I can keep people from going in there and getting treated the same way, I will. Go to the one on bell or any other WingStop. But save yourself a trip and headache and go anywhere else but here. read more
