Today's experience was great. My wings were perfect and so was everything else. I placed my order online and it was ready when I got there. I had to wait a few minutes before they could help me but I didn't mind. The store was empty but they were very much busy. The staff were nice and welcoming as well. It's my favorite Wingstop. read more

Ordered through Ubereats a 10 boneless wings, chicken sandwich combo, and a flavor line up wings. The ubereats driver dropped off order, unpacked to find half of the order missing. Called the driver, was told the lady at the front only had 1 bag for the entire order. Driver proceeded to leave and confirmed only 1 bag was given. I called the store to be transferred to the manager Travis. Not only did he keep repeating to take it up with Ubereats, but continued to interrupt me and speak over me. Note I am pregnant and irritable, close to driving over. Instead of making it right, kept putting it on the driver. Wingstop should do better with making things right with the customers and not argue that it's the 3rd parties fault. read more

Food is always make to my exact liking. The manager, Travis even checks to make sure we are satisfied without order. He also has a great memory or the way we ordered previously. I highly recommend the store. The food is awesome. The staff is great. read more

I tried the new extra crispy chicken tenders, but they weren't really that crispy. The hickory bbq sauce wasn't as good as the lemon pepper, but neither were crispy. The cheese fries were cheesy. But fries could have been crispier also. read more

Zero sauce on our order. We ordered mild and garlic Parmesan and could not tell the difference. So disappointed.

I don't know who was working night of 8/22/25 around 8 pm BUT YALL ARE THE DREAM TEAM. We got there and found out if we mobile ordered there was a bogo so we did that while in shop and then just waited and they were soooo nice and it was literally the best tasting wing stop I have ever gotten I don't get it often bc I always expect it to be trash and usually is lowkey but the DREAM TEAM killed it it was so gooood and they hooked it up love u all muah muah read more

My girlfriend went to order food by herself tonight (1/8/26) at around 11pm and she was harassed by one of the employees. He was asking very personal questions about her and made her feel uncomfortable. He stood very closely to her. This was extremely unprofessional on behalf of the staff and it should not happen again. read more

I go here all the time for pick up orders. Normally it's great. Today they forgot my Large Ranch (almost $5). I had to drive back to get it and the guy (new guy I think, never seen him but he has thick black framed) let me stand there for over minute then ONLY HANDED me the ranch. No sorry. No let me offer you something... but really? No apology? I'm disappointed. read more

My chicken sandwich was not cooked right it the chicken was raw and the workers didn't do nothing even tho I told them, no refund or anything. And I love eating Wingstop read more

I want to understand how is it that a restaurant can tell there gust. They need to leave based on the lobby being closed one hour before closing and associates mopping the floors? As I left I ask George the manager if he had ask my husband to leave bc lobby was close and his answer was no but we clean so that's the reason why they kicked us out! That's very rude ama unprofessional after spending a pretty penny with my family favorite place to eat. read more

Horrible service. Called in an order at 4:48pm they said it would be 18-20 min. I'm still here at 5:30pm and they have been nothing but rude. Not just to me but to every person that has walked in to place an order and to the people over the phone who are trying to place an order. Seems like the workers don't want to be here. No sense of urgency either. Won't be coming back to this location again. read more

Disgusting experience rubbery wings no napkins who eats wings without napkins. Soda was flat!

Super good, flavorful taste. Got free sample for the seasonal smoked chipotle wings. Owner/manager was super nice and helpful: five stars. Not very fast, but they made up for it. Owner/manager needs a raise. Sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good! read more

if I could give this place a zero stars I completely would. the service was absolutely terrible. the place has a horrible smell, I only ordered 5 wings and it took 30 mins and they had to keep asking me the flavor. Staff is very rude and unprofessional don't go to this location read more

When we first walked in the manager and an employee were just sitting at a table talking. Finally an employee came to take are order. They said it would be 18-20 minutes. We were the only customers at the time. Finally after 30 minutes we got our food. They did have takeout pick ups in that time also. When we got our food the wings were barely crisp. The fries tasted like they were fried in old oil and had so much sugar on them, they were horrible. read more

I see why this place only gets 2 stars...wings were bland, tasted boiled, and mild sauce had absolutely no flavor. They charge you $1.79 for ranch (none come with a meal). Plus they are super slow- wings will take 20 minutes. Much better wing places in the area. read more

The food was very good, our order was correct. The service was ok. Staff was having loud unprofessional conversation that customers could hear. The restaurant was dirty. Several tables were not bussed, the ones that were were not wiped well. The floor was very dirty, my shoes stuck to it. It was just an hour after opening so I'm guessing it wasn't cleaned well last night. A dirty guest area makes me wonder how sanitary the kitchen is. read more

So we get to Wingstop about 45 minutes before closing after driving a long way so I could quelch my chicken wing need before we head back to the hotel. We place our order and sit down but after once our order is complete they bring us a sealed bag and send us on our merry way. While we are sitting we are mesmerized between the person behind the counter that was talking to the POS people regarding the problems they are having and the lady in the corner talking to herself. "What comes with the corn?"; after a long pause, corn! I guess we are not eating here I said. We drive back to our hotel open the bag and yup, no napkins. Buffalo wings with NO napkins in our hotel room. Lets just say there was a lot of licking involved and NO keep your head out of the gutter. I am trying to avoid breads, tortillas and other high carb count foods so I thought this would be great but I have to say that the night before I had gone to a Barro's and just enjoyed their wings so much more. I got there around the same time before closing and they let me eat in the restaurant. What a concept. read more

I ordered a 15 piece chicken wings. I was given one small side of ranch. My wings were tossed in a sauce that barely covered them. I could barely taste it. It felt like they were pinching evey penny they could. In my whole life I've never had wings with so little sauce. I would not waste my here ever again. I forgot to mention how overcooked there Wings were. I wouldn't eat these again if they were free. read more

This place is the worst fast food experience I've had. The service was terrible. The cashier was busy on his phone watching social media while I waited to order. My order took a long time to make. Absolute garbage! I used to love Wingstop but I just went there for the last time. I spent $17.80 receipt number 20010. I ordered a 10-piece meal and the garlic parmesan wings are GUSHY, SLIMY and feel like they were boiled. Zero crispness and poor flavor. On top of that, the fries were cold. I couldn't even finish this meal it was SO NASTY!Over half in the garage can. Don't waste your time or your money! read more

This was the first time I had been inside this Wingstop. Customer service gets 3 stars staff is young & still learning. Wings gets 4 stars nice & meaty. The location gets 1 star reasons I score it so LOW = most tables dirty, floors need to be swept & moped. The fountain drink machine is filthy needs to be deep cleaned Ice machine didn't have any ice. Overall it needs some TLC it's a place where people go eat food. read more

Figured I'd give wingstop the good ole college try. Nahhh. The wings were taking their own grease hot tub bath in the container. The grease puddles covered most of the wings. Absolutely disgusting, will never order here again lol. Dipped ONE wing in the ranch and the entire top of the ranch had grease in it and turned the ranch yellow idk how people mess up wings and want to get paid 20+ an hour. UPDATE: Gave them one more try. NOTHING has changed. Well they now also like to argue with you on the phone. They completely messed up my order and wouldn't refund anything. The extremely rude girl said she didn't care if I liked it or not, and that she'd give the missing items if I went to pick it up (I had ordered delivery this time). FIRE all of them. Whatever you do...avoid this place at all cost. I ordered on the app for delivery (Huge mistake). I called because the first door dasher left. Then they say they have no order for me...then I get put on hold and then all of a sudden they found it. It's an hour late and I'm sure it'll be cold. I know..I ordered on the app, but we had a couple cocktails and we didn't want to drive - so sorry for being responsible. I will say, the guy on the phone was really nice...he apologized for the inconvenience...I tried to call back to get a refund and nobody answered. read more

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service here is AWFUL and I will not be back. I was missing part of my order (from here this is normal, order accuracy is NOT a priority for these people), I called in and the person on the phone (lady with glasses working around 6pm on 3/6/24) who gave me attitude in the store had a "what do you want me to do about it attitude". She even hung up on me. She has zero business working in customer service. Food was unevenly sauced and bland. The store itself is filthy and the staff look MISERABLE, the manager on duty looked extremely disengaged and her uniform was disheveled. The management here needs to do better read more

Being from the east coast I never had the privilege of having these as a convenience restaurant, so needless to say I had to stop in since I'm a wing fiend. You can't beat getting the boneless wings with their seasoned fries that always hits the spot!!!

Newer establishment that is located in the shopping center on the Northeast corner of 32nd & Greenway road (across from McDonald's). Excited to see a Wingstop in the Northeast Valley, since the last time I visited was like 10 years ago in the Arcadia-Phoenix Neighborhood. Nice to revisit after so many years and from I can remember the recipe has not changed, which is a good thing! Today I went with the Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan bone in wings! Amazing flavors of lemon, garlic and Parmesan cheese on wings. I also recommend there home style ranch. Ranch blended well with the wings, and thinking about going back today! read more

Had bad luck the first time I got wings here, but decided to give them another try and let me tell you.... First the order was wrong and wings completely burnt. AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. I wish I had read the other reviews before going to this Wingstop location. The cashier that took our order inputted it incorrectly. Therefore, after 45 minutes of scrolling through negative Wingstop reviews and regretting our choices, we checked on our order to discover that our order was completely wrong. At that point, we were so frustrated that we ended up going somewhere else. I am unsure how corporate has not gotten involved with this store location yet, but they need to ASAP. read more
