So I go in today, Super Bowl Sunday at 2:30pm. Only one person ahead of me in line so I was mad hype I could get my "15 flat wings" and get out of there before it gets to busy... NOPE! Ordered at B 2:35, got my food at 3:15??? 3 ppl had come in, ordered and left before me! (At this time around 18 ppl has walked in), 1 was an online order so I expect they would get their order before me. So I'm waiting and the pregnant young woman that was expediting asked to see my receipt, she went to the back and returned with "it's coming". So I'm still excited and hungry at this point to get my "15 wings". Now.... I say 15 wings because when I ordered the nice young woman said they Aren't doing any special orders today... because I prefer and ordered "15 FLAT WINGS". Not 25, not 50, not 100, just "15". She did not provide an explanation, however I assumed because it is Súper bowl Sunday they wanted to keep each order simple, whether it was online, walk in, delivery etc... Now issue #1. If I'm paying you over $20 for 15 wings, I expect to get what i want, no matter what day it is. I also ordered a 10 piece Cajun corn. ( rushed, bland, didn't have enough seasoning as I have had in the past) issue #2 the wait... 3 ppl got their order in front of mine. Even the nice cashier came to me and stated, " you've been here far to long, let me see the name on your receipt again so I can check on it." I eventually get it and everything looks good, HOWEVER the taste for all was BLAND! It tasted rushed, not cooked properly (still pink at the bone!!!) I had to put them in the oven to crisp them up because they weren't done. I've asked for well done before, but they were damn near burnt. Now ppl, my order was correct, and the cashier was very professional and friendly! That's why i gave 2 stars, one for her and one for my order being accurate. However not being able to get "all flats" and ppl being served before mine and the time I waited AND the taste of my food is why I didn't give them 5 stars. Get it together Wingstop! Out of the issues i stated above, not being able to get what I payed for (all flats) really got under my skin, And the pinkness at the bone of some of my wings. Horrible all around. Ridiculous wait times. Dirty tables, I ended up just cleaning a table so I can sit down and eat. Dirty and under stocked condiment stand. No garbage can in the lobby at all not even one outside. Now onto the food. Wow.. horrible. The wings were just as bad as the wings from 7/11. Small over cooked wings with no seasoning. Never never never order delivery from this restaurant. I received no sauces for my food, napkins or anything. When I called to inform the manager however polite, the customer service was I was fed a bunch of excuses for why I didn't have the items. And was also told that if I had put it in the notes I would have reviewed it. But I did request the cheese sauce for the fries on the side. Ordered online and it came pretty fast, which I was surprised about. I ordered 2 10 piece combos and was missing a soda, which is not at the fault of the driver. Our wings were not hot AT ALL and had to throw them into the oven to heat them up some. It used to be good when it first opened, the last two times I ordered from there I drove from the Bronx to Pelham and mind you I have a wing stop in Fordham Road and another in Burnside only to have the hostess tell me the order never came thru on there system even though I showed them my emailed confirmation screen with all the details. I ordered classic bone in wings and when I got back home after waiting an additional HOUR for my food they had gave me boneless, a complete was of $30 since I don't eat boneless. On the second occasion again the order did not find its way to there system I gave her my confirmation number and the looked it up manually. Again I waited from 7:45 when the order was originally placed to 9pm when it came out and in my opinion it was only because my wife kept complaining. There were no Carrots, No blue cheese dip, the soda machine was pure seltzer. Another $30 down the drain. The manager was very rude to the workers in the presence of the patrons and the hostess was complaining that the back of the store kept getting the orders wrong leaving her to answer for it. i tried on three separate occasions to see if things would change. the customer service has slightly improved, but "THE CHICKEN IS HORRIBLE" if u get a dry rub chicken its overcooked and dried out. the wet one are overcooked as well but because there wet its bearable. to this day wing street from pizza hut is better. this is the only wingstop chain iv'e eaten at. im going to try one with 5 stars and see if theres any difference.. read more

I've gone to this place 3 times. You can see the employees working but I find it to be a dirty place. The floor where employees work is very greasy, and slippery. The French fries I ordered were soggy and bunched together making it very unpleasant to eat, and the last time I ordered take out, the chicken was way over cooked or old. My husband got sick from it. My girlfriend and I was waiting for this place to open to try out their wings and we were both thoroughly disappointed. The chicken wings absolutely SUCKED! The first bite was all fat. I could honestly say out of the ten pieces of the chicken 65% of it was skin and fat. The chicken seemed under cooked and not seasoned aside from the sauce. The worst wings we ever had. The sauce on the chicken was not bad, we had the Garlic Parmesan and Spicy Korean. On the positive side, the fries were decent , the seasoning on them was good. The place was small, seating for about 15 and it was clean. We didn't try the boneless wings, wish we had, because it would have had to be better than the regular chicken wings. read more

For years I've only been able to get Wingstop wings in Florida. I was overjoyed when they opened in New York a few years ago, and even more so when this location opened in my neighborhood. Wingstop wings are still delicious however customer service at the Pelham Manor location leaves much to be desired. read more

Ok so I'm writing this after being sick from this Wingstop location specifically. It was recommended to me and, don't get me wrong the food is good, but this place deserves 0 stars. First off, the girl at the counter was incredibly rude. Doesn't even try to pretend to be friendly to customers. Second, I could see clearly into the kitchen and see workers making food. That's not the issue, though. Only one worker back there was wearing gloves. So that was lovely to see them handling mine and everyone else's food with their bare hands. And the icing on this sh*t cake was the fact that none of them were adhering to COVID guidelines. Every worker in there had their masks pulled down onto their chin. When the girl couldn't hear you placing your order, she would come around the glass (the one that's put there to prevent covid spit in your eyes) with her mask down to hear you or tell you what she said. Easily the worst experience I have had anywhere in a while. Pre-ordered for Super Bowl Sunday only to show and have a hundred or so people trying to pick up their orders too. No orders had been filled going back and hour. Eventually had to give up and asked for a refund. Still ten days later no refund issued so even had to deal with that. My kids wanted to try it so went back that same week and was fouled twice thinking a Tuesday evening would not be busy and an easier experience. Again ordered in advance, order still not ready, waited 40 minutes after it was supposed to be ready and then given an incomplete order. On top of the wait, the food itself was not great. I don't think this review is unique to what others have experienced. Long and short of it, it wouldn't bother me so much if not for the fact that after giving feedback on my displeasure, they didn't even respond to me by phone or email to try and discuss my experience. read more
