The renovation is great! Clean, friendly, strong drinks and a couple TVs for various sports. The owners could NOT be nicer! One offered me and my friends shots both times I've been there. The bartenders are a group of sweet young ladies that are cool and never leave your cup empty for long. Dave on Sunday is a funny guy. I really hope this place stays a little more hip then the old school pubs around the area. I've lived in this area for a while and don't feel like I have a local watering hole. Here's hoping! I said I just gave them a $20 and then they said it was a $15 cover and refused to give me the extra 5 back. I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE COVER TWICE!! It changes by the second. And it's not about the cost because that's a fair price in NY at that hour, but it's the principle. I was basically lied to and stolen from. That's a horrible way to do business. The food is delicious and I love everything on their menu but the staff really needs to be replaced or trained on costumer service.
