I said whatever, I'm already there and I gave them a $20 bill! Their brilliant accounting staff gave me back a $5 bill. I said I just gave them a $20 and then they said it was a $15 cover and refused to give me the extra 5 back. I WAS LIED TO ABOUT THE COVER TWICE!! It changes by the second. And it's not about the cost because that's a fair price in NY at that hour, but it's the principle. I was basically lied to and stolen from. That's a horrible way to do business. I'm not going back with my friends in the future. And this just to make the night a little worse, we got a bottle but didn't get a seat. I don't care about that part as much. Right near the tracks and parking lot, they play good beats (think classic R&B and 80s alt jazz), got live shows, a food truck outside, and regular bartender Joe is on point with his drinks. This Dave & Busters main issues are 1. the machines not working properly and 2. the attitude of the staff. Not everyone is mean but the majority of them are. It gets irritating coming here which is the exact opposite feeling you should get before coming into an arcade. This time around the machines took my money without the games actually working. The staff doesn't have a solution for this, they simply swiped us to play 1 extra game but it didn't make up for the credits the machine had already charged. Eating was also a hassle as the lady in the front had the most terrible attitude and the entire time I ate I was being stared at by one of the workers who I actually assumed was the manager of the area. The food is delicious and I love everything on their menu but the staff really needs to be replaced or trained on costumer service. I'll give it 3 stars mainly because the food is delicious but I would give it a one if it weren't for that.

I do wish the tables and surfaces of this establishment were cleaner, however. We had sticky matter and spots on the table.
