The staff doesn't have a solution for this, they simply swiped us to play 1 extra game but it didn't make up for the credits the machine had already charged. Eating was also a hassle as the lady in the front had the most terrible attitude and the entire time I ate I was being stared at by one of the workers who I actually assumed was the manager of the area. The food is delicious and I love everything on their menu but the staff really needs to be replaced or trained on costumer service.
